Global Announcements September 2nd - October 2?

From another room, In case you haven't seen it: there is a very "coincidental exodus" (recess) of our Congress starting September 25th along with the British parliament which will be on vacation; Germany's government and their President Merkel will be on vacation and even the Pope has cleared the calendar from 25th of September forward. The U.S. Congress will remain in recess to October 15th. This is unscheduled (at least officially) and an odd coincidence/anomaly especially considering the U.S. Funny that, and how Comet Elenin is expected on the 25th!
