Laura Tyco Channels Salusa from the Galactic Federation of Light

Laura Tyco is one of only two people that have publicly claimed that they have psychic contact with an extraterrestrial named SaLuSa.  Mike Quinsey is the other person who channels SaLuSa frequently. SaLuSa claims he is from Sirius and is part of the organization called the Galactic Federation of Light (GFL).  The GFL also work with light beings claiming to be Ascended Masters who live in the higher dimensions of this Universe.  For many years they have been in contact with Humanity and most recently have increased their presence on Earth and in humanities lives. The reason for this is that they claim that they are here under Divine orders to "help" the people of earth to Ascend into the higher dimensional realms of this Universe.  It is up to you as an individual to feel into your Heart's Center and determine what is best for you in these most historic of times leading up to December 21, 2012.  Major events are about to unfold in the public arena which will lead to humanities evolution of spirit.  I always advise that you use discernment when reading any messages from the GFL and/or Ascended Masters.  They say that they have humanities best interests in mind but it is really up to you.  Do you believe they have your best interests in mind or do you believe that you have your best interests in mind? e~

Laura: Good evening SaLuSa, my friend would like to ask you the following questions: “I have something for SaLuSa: Will we meet him after Disclosure? Is he a part of the Disclosure announcements? What will he do after Disclosure – continue his message? Write through the press? Go on TV?

SaLuSa: I will not get the opportunity to meet you straight after Disclosure. I am not directly involved with of the Disclosure process, this part is for the Earth Allies to do, and for them alone. I will continue with the channelled messages after Disclosure. We would have to wait till First Contact has been successfully and peacefully made between our worlds, for me to be in a position where local newspapers would be interested in meeting me and giving me an opportunity for speaking to the general population. After this point, I am confident that I will also be able to give regular updates on TV, as long as your media is no longer controlled or influenced by the cabal.

There are subtle differences between Disclosure and First Contact. It is has not yet been decided how long a gap will there be between these two events. It will entirely depend on the speed at which Earth’s collective consciousness would be able to absorb the fact that you are not alone in the universe, but also that you have been lied to by your own elected representatives, by your own government. This realization will give way to a renewed questioning concerning government transparency, and the chain of command. Along with these events there will take place a restructuration of your power structure. Once these events take place, and that a trust atmosphere settles in, we will consider discussing with the Earth’s Allies when and where to proceed concerning First Contact.

This First Contact procedure will be entirely in the hands and under control of the Earth Allies. We will comply with the needs and demands of your Authorities, once the corruption has been purged from your political system. You will find it surprising to know how fast and swiftly the changes can be done in that area. Our main concern is for a democratically fair elective system to be rapidly implemented. However, you, Earth citizens, will set the pace for this also. While this takes place, we will make agreements with your various governments around the world for repeated and low fly by, over heavily populated areas, so that everybody can realize that our craft do not represent any threat.

It is our deepest desire for you all to understand that you will be in control at all times of how far and how fast you can deal with our presence with calm and peace. Although, again, there is ultimately some time restraints, given the fact that cosmic events are about to occur, in relation to planetary and cosmic alignment. Think of this perhaps as a first date, in the sense that there is much anticipation and there are many expectations. There is a division among the Earth human collective consciousness concerning extraterrestrial presence on your soil.  We wish that our presence in the skies will reassure those who fear us. Because of the free will law, we will have to ensure that every single person’s wish will be respected. Because of this, those who do not desire our help, which they perceive as interference in your private business, will have to be relocated in a different timeline, or an alternate reality, where we are not welcome and they will have to make it through the Ascension process alone.

Their departure will be possible end of October, and on 11-11-11. There will be ulterior dates for those who are hesitant in deciding weather we are welcome or not. There will be others who will leave Earth for other reasons on those dates. Yes some of you will ascend earlier than others, but the divine plan is that Earth ascends with her inhabitants. Mother Earth will need as many of you to pull her up in the dimensions. There is a lot of work left to do, and we would need all the help available to that intend. After June 2012, all obstacles will be removed from your path.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, as you can see there is little time left. Although the final run is sometimes the most challenging and time seems to drag forever during that intense period, as far as we are concerned, Earth’s Ascension is a done deal. So, you see, dear friends, there is nothing to fear on that subject and all is going as planned.

Selamat Balik! We return in a state of joy! Progress is being made on many fronts as we put in motion the final directives which will shortly allow the funding to begin. Concurrently, a series of meetings have cleared up certain misunderstandings between our Earth allies and us. These discussions brought up a number of issues that were worrying several groups about how the announcement process was to proceed, and this led to some adjustments to our broadcast agenda. These hiccups are now resolved and we are ready to use our technology to hasten the next phase of bringing forth your new reality. Another matter that was holding things up was various squabbles over exactly how the lead-in to disclosure was to be carried out. In essence, it was all about priorities and how best to wrap up the removal of the dark cabal. Also at issue were various moral and legal points concerning the cabal's final surrender documents, and this too has been judiciously settled. So now the stage is being set for the dark to remove their minions from office.


      This present time has turned into an opportunity for us to review everything dealing with disclosure and first contact. The political system that rules your world is, of course, a construct of the dark cabal. Various secret, sacred groups are putting together the procedures whereby many nations in Asia, Africa, and Europe are to be legally replaced by caretaker governments. The purpose of this is to remove every last vestige of the dark control and to bring to power those individuals and groups dedicated to manifesting your new reality. Disclosure will go ahead smoothly once the new governance and those groups long dedicated to the rise of a spiritually oriented consciousness on your world are at the helm. Your Ascended Masters have forged a global network that includes your Agarthan cousins and us. Already several banks around your globe are diligently abiding by the new international financial protocols and these rules will come into effect universally once the dark has been ushered out of power. 

      The first contact fleet continues to add new human star-nation members to its lists. We are expanding the number of specially trained mentors and matching up your personal mentor to your place of origin, as we have discovered that you tend to be more comfortable with a mentor from the star-nation whose ancestral genes run most strongly in you. This seemed sensible despite the fact that most of you are an amalgam of many different star-nations. We intend to make this final consciousness shift as effortless and gracious as possible, and as you take on your new fully conscious identity, you can begin to recall your ancient antecedents. The dark, too, were aware of and used the importance of ancestral genealogy to control you by creating the concept of hierarchy and making you think that they were 'better' than their commoner subjects. In the first age established by the Anunnaki after the fall of Atlantis, all of you thus became a type of 'mongrel,' which is quite laughable! 

      Every star-nation has developed a unique culture that they are proud of. We hold cultural festivals throughout the galaxy which display the various dances, chants, and rituals unique to each star-nation. At certain times of the galactic year, we come together to heal and sustain this galaxy, and we welcome the addition of your star-nation to this fabulous mix. We know that you are to come together with the Agarthans to form the springboard for what you are to create. You possess one of the most stunning planetary systems in the galaxy, and as you begin to occupy the inner realms of your four water worlds, you will then merge with the energies of each planet. Out of this will arise a variety of possibilities which will coalesce into a foundation for your star-nation's culture, and we look forward to your participation in our cultural exchanges and festivals. Your planets are to become host to galactic and intergalactic conferences which will shape the history of this section of physicality. As you can see, there is much for you to look forward to. 

      Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! The time is near for the transformations we have promised you! Our many associates, both in Inner Earth and in your global societies, are completing those tasks specific to unblocking the abundance deliveries and allowing the investiture of new governance. The dark ones continue to search for ways to steal any funds it can to funnel into their plans to maintain themselves in power. Previously, we relied on the Galactic Federation to locate these stolen assets and reclaim them; now various Agarthan liaison teams have assumed this responsibility. For the present, we will be holding on to these funds until the 'coast is clear' and the dark safely removed from your societies. The dark ones who were involved in carrying out these thefts have been taken into custody and are being sequestered in a special holographic environment maintained by our Agarthan associates. 

      There are a number of funds currently being denied distribution by the dark. The stance persisted in by various dark-oriented governments demonstrates unequivocally the need to remove these governments from power. In pursuance of this, we have now been asked to focus our attention on this matter, and so a series of coordinated moves are underway that will achieve this Heaven-decreed activity in a legal and ethical manner. We are also finishing up a project that is making it very clear to the dark that each and every one of its ambitious strategies to counter the Light is failing! Once this is done, we can at last implement the global deliveries and use our legal and 'other' means to disempower the old order and remove the remaining cronies of the dark. Very quickly on the heels of this will come the announcements and new caretaker governance! 

      As you can see, a mighty struggle has erupted across your globe for the last time! The dark is a very slippery and resilient force; it possesses many allies and also the remainder of a formerly vast conglomeration of financial funding. However, it finds these funds shrinking fast with no options for replacing them. Our relatively simple task now is to use those legal, administrative, and military resources provided for us in the most efficacious way possible. We thank the Creator for the many blessings and the divine grace that have been bestowed on us during this mission. Now the time approaches for us to carry out the promises made to you by Heaven. Your coming prosperity and new governance is a very 'thin end of the wedge' of what awaits you. The ancient Mayans had contact with alien visitors who left behind evidence of their existence, according to a new Mexican documentary.

Sundance winner Juan Carlos Rulfo's Revelations of the Mayans 2012 and Beyond is currently in production for release next year to coincide with the end of the Mayan calendar, reports the Wrap.

Producer Raul Julia-Levy said the documentary-makers were working in cooperation with the Mexican government for what he said was "the good of mankind". He said the order to collaborate had come directly from the country's president, Álvaro Colom Caballeros.

"Mexico will release codices, artefacts and significant documents with evidence of Mayan and extraterrestrial contact, and all of their information will be corroborated by archaeologists," he said. "The Mexican government is not making this statement on their own -- everything we say, we're going to back it up."

Caballeros himself was conspicuous by his absence from the statement released by Julia-Levy. So far, the minister of tourism for the Mexican state of Campeche, Luis Augusto García Rosado, appears to be the highest-ranking government official to go on record confirming the discovery of extraterrestrial life, but he's not holding back.

In a statement, Rosado spoke of contact "between the Mayans and extraterrestrials, supported by translations of certain codices, which the government has kept secure in underground vaults for some time". In a telephone conversation with the Wrap, he also spoke of "landing pads in the jungle that are 3,000 years old".

The documentary is believed to focus in part on previously unexplored sections of a Mayan site at Calakmul, Mexico, as well as a number of sites in Guatemala, where officials are also backing the documentary.

"Guatemala, like Mexico, home to the ancient-yet-advanced Mayan civilisation ... has also kept certain provocative archeological discoveries classified, and now believes that it is time to bring forth this information in the new documentary," Guatemala's minister of tourism, Guillermo Novielli Quezada, said in a statement.

The Mayan calendar ends on 21 December 2012, a fact which conspiracy theorists have used to predict imminent apocalypse. However, according to Mayanist scholars there is no evidence that the Mayans themselves expected cataclysmic events to occur once the calendar had reached its denouement. More likely, it would simply mark the beginning of another 5,125-year-long cycle.

Foreigners Dump $74 Billion In Treasurys In 6 Consecutive Weeks: Biggest Sequential Outflow In History

Over the weekend, we observed the perplexing sell off of $56 billion in US Treasurys courtesy of weekly disclosure in the Fed's custodial account (source: H.4.1) and speculated if this may be due to an asset rotation, under duress or otherwise, out of bonds and into stocks, to prevent the collapse of the global ponzi (because when the BRICs tell the IMF to boost its bailout capacity you know it is global). We also proposed a far simpler theory: "the dreaded D-day in which foreign official and private investors finally start offloading their $2.7 trillion in Treasurys with impunity (although not with the element of surprise - China has made it abundantly clear it will sell its Treasury holdings, the only question is when), has finally arrived." In hindsight the Occam's Razor should have been applied. Little did we know 5 short days ago just how violent the reaction by China would be (both post and pre-facto) to the Senate decision to propose a law for all out trade warfare with China. Now we know - in the week ended October 12, a further $17.7 billion was "removed" from the Fed's custodial Treasury account, meaning that someone, somewhere is very displeased with US paper, and, far more importantly, what it represents, and wants to make their displeasure heard loud and clear. Whether it is China - we do not know: we may have a better view in two months when the September/October TIC data hits, but even then it will be full of errors, as Direct Bidder purchases by the UK usually end up being assigned to China at the yearly TIC audit. And the sellers know this all too well. What they also know is that over the next few days (or weeks - ZH tends to be a little "aggressive" in its estimates for popular uptake), as soon as the broader population understands what has transpired, concerns about the reserve status of the greenback will start to resurface, precisely as many have been warning. And what has happened is that in six consecutive weeks, foreigners have sold $74 billion, or more government bonds in a sequential period of time than ever before.
So... perhaps it is time to reevaluate US intentions for a trade war with any of its "evil" mercantilist, UST-recycling partners. Unless, of course, they want $74 billion to become $740 billion, and to force the Fed to have no choice but to intervene, only this time not with a duration sterilized procedure, but one where the Fed has to buy everything that China et al are selling.
On the other hand, judging by the traditional reaction of various precious metals to this kind of fiat suicide, perhaps it is not such a bad idea after all...

Much to say this morning in a message that is for me, along with that from the Arcturian Group today, definitely a keeper. There is a significant bloc of lightworkers today who are pooh-poohing channeled communications but this message from SaLuSa shows just how useful they are. Much of this information cannot be gotten anywhere else.



SaLuSa confirms that the cabal is being deprived of its underground bases – its logistical headquarters, shelter from the nuclear war it planned, experimentation centers, etc. Don’t forget that Area 51 is one such base as is the Cheyenne Mountain military headquarters. But he also provides us with a missing piece and that is that he identifies the Earth allies as the ones who destroyed the bunkers. Until now, I’m not sure anyone knew for certain who was doing this.

He tells us that “countries” have come together to fight the last cabal. The finance ministers conference off Monaco could be pointed to as one demonstration that whole countries are coming together in opposition to them. He repeats that the Illuminati end was to annihilate the population and reminds us that there is no reason any longer to fear any outcomes.



For me this is a very significant statement because many people are orienting towards events as if the cabal, Reptilians, etc., represent a clear and present threat. But SaLuSa, and the Arcturian Group earlier today, are telling us that the threat they represented is diminishing every day and will eventually disappear.

So in terms of needing to know when we can begin to shift from and relax our posture of vigilance, here are some messages that allow us to gauge matters. Some lightworkers continue to speak as if the threat level is high but it may even be possible to sense from the falling away of weather-warfare events and the lack of discussion of such things as pandemics that the forward momentum of the dark ones has been broken. I’m tempted to say that all that remains are their instruments of local control like the police and the mainstream media. And I’m willing to believe that we may soon see shifts there as well.



We hear of people moving to Sedona and Mt. Shasta and other significant places and SaLuSa says here that the moves we make at this time are important, are part of our life plan, and are seeing that we are in the right places for our final time before Ascension. He tells us that most of us have already made our decision as to whether to ascend or not. There is about his message an entire sense that the threat level has diminished (perhaps as a result of the destruction of the underground bases, perhaps as a result of the financial corraling of the cabal).



He tells us that these developments and our increasing knowledge that life is organized should help us maintain “a calmness around you without any fear whatsoever.” Those are words we could afford to commit to memory. He reminds us that our knowledge of all that has happened, the fact that we’ve been conscious during these events, can attest to them later, can vouch for the fact that they happened, will be very useful later when the pace of things picks up and people need validation for what the Company of Light says has occurred and is going on.



He tells us that meeting the galactics, Agarthans, returned masters, and our guides will overawe us. He reassures us that NESARA is waiting in the wings and will lift us to new levels of prosperity. He tells us that our exposure to the galactics will be through our media, which implies a shift in their coverage.



He tells us that discrimination between male and female will disappear. He assures us that our bodily changes are happening now.  He ends with an inspiring description of what our experience and knowledge will soon be.
