Lo and behold you are now entering the most striking period of your history. Stakes are at an all time high and all is now in readiness. Your channelings circulating are all preparing you now to merge fully with the fifth dimension. All is in readiness as I have already said. November coming is truly a magical month. Earth is in readiness for her final merge with the fifth dimension.

 

Lightservers have completed their role of giving where required and now is the unprecedented time where you receive back. All have dreams of the new world and these are actual realities just beyond the veil. Having trust and faith is vital in the coming times. There is a band of love that connects all ascending hearts as one and it is this love that carries you victoriously into the new world.

 

As the vibration on the earth continues to rise synchronicities will become an all the time occurence. Humanity have yet to grasp the enormity of the change in the air. There is no more old world. It has fully dissolved. You currently rest in an in between time. 11-11-11 is the beginning of fifth dimensional living becoming a living reality. There is no more waiting, the time is now at hand.

 

Let your concerns dissolve as you follow your heart in all matters. And so begins a new way of living. The dawning of the age of the one heart. You will know right away if these words resonate for you. Ascension is in reality becoming the energy consciousness you truly are and the new earth is the home of your true nature. Toronto [ZNN] – Wall Street may be occupied but the prestigious Wall Street Journal is indeed ‘occupied’ by matters of the Extraterrestrial kind.

The Wall Street Journal, America’s esteemed and largest selling newspaper by circulation, has made a daring editorial decision to cover the We the People Petition to the White House to acknowledge an ET presence now engaging the planet.

In light of a precedent setting on-line article by WSJ journalist Laura Meckler, there appears to be an unambiguous move by the ownership of the WSJ [News Corporation] to expose what the government may be withholding about the matter of extraterrestrials. Her article may represent the first real attempt in contemporary mainstream journalism to expose the US government’s wall of secrecy around the UFO/ET issue and reveal the powerful political and national security implications of the UFO/ET issue.

Meckler wrote: “When the White House promised to answer citizen petitions on the most pressing problems of the day, it may not have had extraterrestrial life in mind.”

In Meckler’s interview with Stephen G. Bassett – sponsor of the ET petition, Bassett said: “The fact is that there is an extraterrestrial presence. I know this because I’m familiar with the research and a couple of hundred government witnesses have come forward in the last couple of years. Acknowledging this E.T. presence is about open government.”
Yet many still ask:

• Might the government be asking for trouble by allowing this petition to move into the White House and perhaps onto the desk of the President of the United States?
• Will this bold effort by the WSJ be thwarted by a political ‘end-run’ to eliminate any public discourse about government secrecy surrounding an extraterrestrial presence that might underscore the serious political and national security implications of America’s inability to control what is occurring in the airspace said to be dominated by their Air Force?
• And – why has a US Congressman decided not to reveal national security information in his possession about ICBMs being compromised by craft of unknown origin over American nuclear installations?

This precarious set of escalating questions presents a Pandora’s Box to the White House and the many intell-agencies that manage the truth embargo – one they will not want to open.



Meckler has also established that White House petition officials are bound by the terms of petition guidelines to consider those that reach 5,000 signatures. The ET petition has more than qualified. To date the ET petition has accumulated over 11,212 signatures and ranks 20^th in over-all petitions.
Meckler Questions White House Officials

In the article, Meckler wrote: “Asked which official or agency would tackle the E.T. question, Mr. Phillips [director of digital strategy at the White House] said it would be decided at a meeting the next day. Asked after the meeting who drew the assignment, a spokesman said they wouldn’t be commenting until the official response is ready. What about that truth embargo? ‘You’re going to have to wait,’ Mr. Phillips said.” Political psycho-babble or clear intention to move a long a continuum of truth?

A spokesperson for an international UFO Disclosure group told ZlandCommunications, “In secret vaults, scores of government documents have been uncovered by a world-wide network of researchers leaving no doubt whatsoever – the UFO/ET matter has been discussed at the highest levels of governance for over 60 years – not only in the USA but in other major G20 countries. It is clear that America’s largest selling newspaper has opened a serious fissure in the government’s wall of secrecy; one that the government cannot renege upon. The Wall Street Journal just might be the X-Factor – tipping the fluid balance in mainstream media towards an open challenge to the US government to come clean on this issue. Obama says he advocates for ‘open government’. If his previous track record in openness is to be taken into consideration - get set for more and elaborate forms of prevarication. Let’s see if his words are where his mouth is. The next several weeks will tell if the Wall Street Journal’s volley towards the White House is a severe wound to the secrecy machinery or a mere chink in the secrecy armour.”

Who is Next?
In the USA, local CBS, NBC and ABC affiliates and larger mainstream news organizations like Fox News, CNN and the History Channel are picking up on UFO sighting reports. Does this graduated and escalating form of coverage reveal a trend in wider and more intense exposure of the UFO/ET issue?

Now that the Wall Street Journal has stepped forward – it remains to be seen which other mainstream news outlet might be next to press the White House for answers to sensitive political and national security questions behind the intense governmental secrecy concerning UFOs. Or, will government find a way to bury the massive on-line and print circulation coverage by the Wall Street Journal of the ET matter and purge this politically explosive yet burgeoning petition from the democratic process?
One can only surmise that if the venerated Wall Street Journal has taken on the political implications of the UFO/ET issue, can American television’s most prestigious and popular investigative news program,60 Minutes on CBS be next to take up the gauntlet?

Congressman in Possession of UFO/ET Affidavits
One place to start for 60 Minutes would be the office of Republican Congressman Peter King. As reported in March 2011 by ZlandCommunications, Congressman Peter King – Chair of the House Homeland Security Committee – already has in his possession sufficient national security information about the UFO/ET issue to put the White House Petition over the 25,000 mark. Seven notarized documents by former ranking military officers concerning unauthorized incursions over nuclear installations and missile shut-downs by craft of unknown origin were sent to the Congressman in December 2010 by ZlandCommunications.

These craft – according to affidavits by base launch commanders – were responsible for disabling dozens of ICBMs.

ZlandCommunications is unaware if Congressman King or any of his constituents have signed theWhite House ET petition or if King has made any attempt to bring these documents to the attention of the President, Congress or the Homeland Security Committee which he chairs.

Summary
It stands to reason that because the White House has launched an open-government process, officials are obligated to follow their own procedures – unless they find another Machiavellian way to side-step the Extraterrestrial question – just as they’ve done for the last 64 years.

Occupy movement returns to streets demanding answers after teargas canister hit Iraq serviceman Scott Olsen in the head

Protesters have returned to downtown Oakland, California, to demand the resignation of the city’s mayor and an investigation to explain how an Iraq war veteran, Scott Olsen, was hit in the head by a teargas canister at close range, leaving him critically injured.

About 2,000 people – half as many as Tuesday night – massed in front of City Hall on Wednesday, tearing down a steel barricade intended to keep them off the grass in Frank Ogawa Plaza.
When the city closed down a nearby underground station, preventing dispersing protesters going home, they organised a spontaneous march through the centre of the city, chanting: “Whose streets? Our streets!”



Police had been under orders to let them have the run of the plaza until 10pm. Officers stood guard at junctions in patrol cars and motorbikes to deter people from jumping up on to an overhead freeway. The police were more lowkey than on Tuesday, when they manned barricades around the plaza and fired volley after volley of teargas that filled the surrounding streets and smoked out businesses.
As the protest continued late into the night both sides appeared afraid of engaging the other. Many marchers wore scarves over their noses and mouths in anticipation of teargas. Some had gas masks.
When officers wanted the crowd to move out of a traffic intersection they sent an ambulance in with its siren blaring, not a police vehicle.

One sign taped to a lamppost delivered this message to the police: “You’ve fuelled our fire.”
Speaker after speaker demanded the resignation or recall of the city’s mayor, Jean Quan, who had initially voiced her support of the protesters. “Mayor Quan you did more damage to Oakland in one evening than Occupy Oakland did in two weeks,” said one slogan scrawled near the entrance to her offices.

In an afternoon news conference Quan had struggled to explain the decision to clear the square in the early hours of Tuesday morning and again when protesters returned that evening.

She gave the impression she had been as blindsided as anyone by the decision to close down Occupy Oakland. She had been in Washington at the time and said that although she knew there were hygiene and public safety issues that needed to be addressed, she did not expect that to happen while she was on the other side of the country.

“I only asked the chief to do one thing: to do it when it was the safest for both the police and the demonstrators,” she said, pinning responsibility for the decision on her police chief and the top city administrator. When pressed for more details, Quan said: “I don’t know everything.”
Scott Olsen, 24 – a former US marine who friends said served two tours of duty in Iraq – has become a figurehead among Occupy Wall Street supporters in Oakland and elsewhere. Organisers took to Twitter and other social media urging protesters back into the streets.

Acting Oakland police chief Howard Jordan told a news conference his department was investigating the injury to Olsen as a “level one” incident, the highest for an internal police inquiry.
In Portland, Oregon, a crowd estimated to number at least 1,000 joined in a march organised by the AFL-CIO labour federation in support of the anti-Wall Street movement.

Hundreds of protesters also gathered in New York to march in solidarity, leaving the Occupy Wall Street base in Zuccotti Park and marching around the financial district and city hall. Protesters in New York voted to send $20,000 and 100 tents to their peers in Oakland, according to a Twitter message from a protester identified as JA Myerson and retweeted by the Occupy Wall Street group.

The Oakland crowd was a mixture of eco-activists, families with young children, nurses and teachers, as well as a handful of young men with bandanas or Palestinian keffiyehs covering part of their faces. Many said they were shocked by what happened on Tuesday and were bracing themselves for further confrontations with the police.

“Quan let the [county] sheriffs in to do her dirty work and then said she didn’t know who was responsible for the decision. She’s got to go,” said Robijn Vangiesen, a local activist and organiser.
Vangiesen was in the plaza when Olsen was knocked down by a teargas canister. “He was out, man. Totally non-responsive. He had blood pouring out of his nose,” Vangiesen said. The initial teargas volley was followed by another projectile from the police straight into the small crowd trying to help Olsen. His friends said it was a flash-bang grenade, pointing to a video distributed on the internet as evidence, but police have denied this.

Many of Wednesday night’s protesters expressed anger. “When the rich steal from the poor it’s called business. When the poor fight back it’s called violence,” a 25-year-old solar energy company executive, Cory Rae Shaw, wrote on a banner.

“Who’s really the bandits here?” said Demarion English, a 23-year-old security guard. “I called them bitches. I call the police bitches to their face. We’re all fighting for a real cause… and we got teargassed.”
