But some of the power structure controlling China still carries vestiges of the bad old regime. Those elements fight against freedom of information, the Internet and even the freedom of private text messaging.

Yet those powers are being distracted as China's economy is floundering and most of their time and energy is now spent on the growing problem of supporting a slumping economic system.

With China's emerging economic woes the leaders' main worry is forestalling potential civil unrest: millions of poor Chinese from the rural areas continue to flood industrialized cities seeking jobs—jobs that are drying up.

Because China is in a state of flux—both politically and economically—decades-old restrictions designed to muzzle people like Sun Shili have loosened. And as China's grip eases, truth, in all its facets, begins to shine through like sunlight peeking through turbulent storm clouds.

Over the past two decades, UFO and paranormal investigatory organizations have sprung up in China like proverbial flowers after a rare desert downpour. Today, China has more UFO organizations supported by real scientific organizations, universities and the general community, than any other nation on Earth.

Many of the organizations are now funded by the government that once suppressed them. Almost all fall under the banner—or are associated with—the National Society of Extraterrestrial Studies (NASETS).

Directly supported and funded by the government, NASETS is something Chairman Mao would have frowned upon in his day.

The organization's the exclusive domain of accredited engineers and scientists and one-third of NASETS members are also government employees. The rest hail from universities or industrial research centers.

Compare that approach to the subterfuge and misinformation the military-industrial-government complex in America and other Western countries regularly foist upon their hapless citizens.

I can assure you that NESARA [the National Economic Security and Reformation Act] is for real. I say that because I and my colleagues have talked to Bill Clinton, King of Swords (KOS), Ashtar, Mother Sekhmet, Lady Master Nada and 14 members of Congress who contributed their expertise to crafting various sections of the Law – not a bill! KOS and Seal teams recently moved the original signed document to a safer place so it will be available to Lady Master Nada when she makes her TV Announcement.

NESARA [National Economic Security and Reformation Act] was signed into Law by Bill Clinton in Oct 2000, but sealed from any attempt to prove its existence until it is announced, at which time it becomes fully enacted.


What are your sources on NESARA?

What I know comes from Faction 3 Intelligence, which is 38 levels above the President, which involves KOS, ACIO [Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization] of which I am a member, Ashtar Command, Ascended Masters, Mother Sekhmet, the president of the Solar Tribunal, and White Knights within the top levels of government and intelligence.

One of my friends was originally contacted by the team of 100 wealthy visionaries over 33 years ago and asked to help get the word out and be a liasion between parties. My friend, Rama Arjuna, who is Ashtar’s incarnated son, was contacted by Ashtar to combine their efforts with KOS in 1979 to help bring this to Announcement. All of these folks are real and backed up by Galactic Federation support, around the world in every country.

The sources of our information, come from both alternative broadcast media–like Air America Radio; local media personalities and, most importantly, from those at 38 levels above the President in the ACIO/Seal/Delta Teams/King of Swords/King of Egypt (code names of course); Mother Sekhmet through direct channelling; OOB meetings with Ashtar, Sananda, Ascended Masters on the Starships and Solar Tribunal Councils.

KOS has an encrypted telephone network through which he sends people messages to get information out to the public. He is based in D.C. and was appointed with St Germain by the World Court in 1999 as head of the worldwide militia of over 4 million, and is a high ranking member of the secret service.

One source was approached more than 33 years ago by the wealthy visionaries and asked to assist with what became NESARA. She has continued with that work to this moment. And, NO, this is not Dove. Rama goes up to the ships almost every night to work with Mother Sekhmet, and many others. We are all dedicated to getting NESARA announced and bringing the New Republic into full manifestation and to full Planetary Ascension.

Our summaries are sent to a very small circle of close friends. We try to only include what we have personal knowledge of even though–like everyone else–information comes in dribs and drabs and some questions and exact times will not be answered until it is safe to do so. I mention the designations of those we get info from even though some congressmen have checkered political records. Some are double agents and will soon decloak and spill the beans as to their roles. Filters are about to be ‘cleared’ and new mission assignments will be downloaded, internally, to each of us as these current events transpire. I should mention that many existing leaders may well surrender their vehicles to fully awakened galactic walkins. This has already happened in many cases…in addition to the hundreds of involuntarily cabal-cloned ‘standins’ we see on TV.


What does NESARA mandate?

The illuminati controllers will do anything to prevent its implementation as it immediately spells their removals from political and economic control over the people and resources of this Planet. It requires full return to Constitutional and Common Law principles by 190 countries starting with the US. It involves — due to present fraudulent practices — mortgage debt forgiveness; cancellation of all credit card debt; student loan forgiveness; ends IRS collection of Income Tax and substitutes a National Sales Tax on non-essential items only with no tax on food, medicines or used goods. It requires all existing congressional/administrative heads to resign; all lawyers would have to take a 30 day Constitutional Law course as statute laws will be dissolved.

The world economic system will shift to transparent operations — Basel II was implemented in the month of April — precious metals backed currency and the federal reserve and its collection agent [IRS], and most corrupt alphabet agencies will be dissolved. Current Federal Reserve notes will be exchanged for US Treasury bills backed by Gold, Silver or precious metals on a $1 for $1 basis.

Special Trusts and 78 programs which were originally created by St Germain over 200 years ago for this time, will provide the means to offer free education to all and assist all in upgrading quality of life. Suppressed technologies, secretly being used by the controllers, will be made available to the public. These provide clean and unlimited power for home, industry and travel. Replicators will be made available with First Contact landings to provide most items.

There will be a worldwide re-indexing of currencies, 30 days after announcement, so that while you now receive $100 income and pay sales taxes and income taxes on that amount, you will only pay sales taxes on $10 when spent for non-essential items after re-indexing. This is to remove much of false inflation from the prices of goods caused by use of fiat money instead of precious metals backed currency.

Peace is a requirement and no more wars or nuclear weapons will be allowed. The methods and means to achieve this are already in place and can be implemented upon a single command.
A single molecular change in the nuclear process will make all existing nuclear processes benign. Galactic/human teams will clean up air, water, soil and toxic contamination in the first two months following Announcement. Polluting industries will no longer be necessary as their replacements will be non-polluting and the old plants will be removed by processes that re-cycle the energies.

Benefactor programs will become available and gifting programs are extensive and worldwide to ensure that all will experience unprecedented opportunity to make new choices for their future occupations and enhanced learning programs will be available to quickly upgrade or learn new skills. Diagnostic/healing methods and technologies will become available to reverse all medical conditions and restore optimal health. All these technologies and methods presently exist. Many others have been suppressed but will be brought forth for all to benefit from.

Our new financial foundation has already been laid and is being powered up now. St Germain and Kuthumi are in charge of that aspect. Massive arrests and millions of Starships will be decloaking over all the major cities on the planet. That will be followed by direct broadcasts from all satellites…connected by nanites to the bridge of the New Jerusalem the Flagship of the Galactic Federation …with messages from Ashtar and Sananda. First Contact landings will occur within 7-28 days following NESARA’s Announcement. This is why the NESARA Petition and the Disclosure Petition are intrinsically connected.

An interim government will be enplaced with full revelations of the truth about our origins and the galactic presence that has been actively kept from us for over 70 years. Everyone will be told what to expect next and all areas of life will be invited to participate and share in the abundance–free from credit card/mortgage/student loan debts…with NO IRS; NO war; all military brought home immediately and given positive new employment and educational options. Constitutional Common Law will be fully restored. Peace will be declared. Skies/water/air/land will be cleared of all toxic substances and all DNA is being raised to higher awareness. Everyone will experience an increase in quality of life…no matter what age.

Enhanced educational opportunities will become freely available along with enhanced medical care and a new worldwide communications system–’Internet 5′… will begin to replace existing communications systems. Zero pollution energy systems will become commonplace along with new transportation methods. New housing methods will quickly be introduced and congestion in cities will no longer be necessary as new transportation innovations will not require roads or petroleum products.

There will be a National Sales Tax payable only on NON-essentials, with food and medicines/medical treatments non-taxable. Within 30 days of NESARA’s Announcement there will be a worldwide re-indexing of currencies on a 1:10 ratio which will mean that a 10% sales tax on $100=$10 vs $1000 x 10%=$100…a major savings for each of us. This is needed to wring out the inflation caused by fiat/worthless paper currencies, worldwide.

These funds and others will result in the end all poverty on the planet within a 12-15 month period. That will then ensure that all will have the opportunity to receive spiritual education about who we all are; our purpose here as an expression of Source essence in physicality.

The world economy looks pretty bleak at the moment.  As I have written in the last three articles, there is way too much money and debt sloshing around in the world, too many entitlements, too much complaining and too little production.  Interest rates are increasing in Italy, Spain and even France.  The debt/death spiral has begun.  But what if I told you that we have a temporary fix?  Just remember, you heard it here first.  I’m not going to back this up with a bunch of links because no one is talking about it and no one is supposed to even know about it.  This is hush-hush.  But the “powers that be” are about to come upon trillions of new dollars. 

Let’s all say it together:  “Now wait a Wall Street Minute . . .  how could that be?”  Printing money and monetizing debt will only lead to ruinous hyperinflation.  What you see is what you get.  There is no unfound wealth left in the world and gold’s nearly at $2,000 per troy ounce.  Ah, grasshoppers, but what if there is and you just don’t know about it?  What if the government doesn’t want you to know about it?

 

Before I get to the meat of this, let me ask you a question:  Just how did Bill Clinton not only balance the budget but come up with surpluses in his last couple of years in office?  These surpluses were in terms of how the budget is figured … there weren’t real surpluses if you count unfunded liabilities.  Notwithstanding, for the first time in years, these surpluses showed up out of nowhere.  

Now, let me ask you:  Is that because President Clinton was such a frugal spender?

Was that because Congress all of the sudden got fiscal religion and stopped “ear marking” legislation for their districts?  Was that because they cut back on military spending?  The answer is “no” to the first two questions and a qualified “yes” on the last one, referring to military cutbacks.  But hidden in there is a dirty little secret.  The First Gulf War was paid for – not just by the Saudis but also by the Kuwaitis. 

During the war the value of the Kuwait Dinar collapsed to pennies, but the U.S. and a few speculators accumulated billions.  There is no way of knowing exactly how much but that is the main source for the Clinton surplus.  It took seven or eight years to see it, but it finally paid off.  The dinar went from pennies to about $3.60 to one dinar, making it one of the most valuable currencies in the world!

 When the second Gulf conflict began, Bush and Cheney assured us all that the war would pay for itself.  Bush set a plan in motion.  When the first Gulf war began, the Iraqi Dinar went from $3.22 to one dollar to a fraction of a cent to the dinar and has stayed there for the past two decades.  The Iraqi Dinar has been absolutely worthless for two decades.  It is currently at about 1280 dinars to the dollar.

There are many other currencies that are worth much more than their current value, the most notable is China’s, the Yuan Renmimbi; which is worth about 6.8 to the dollar.  We are convinced that China has a competitive advantage because it is held at a low value.
Another example is the Vietnamese Dong which is worth about one hundred dollars per million Dong. Many believe the value is more like 20 Dong to the dollar.  That is quite a difference, i.e., 0.0001 vs. .20 – an astonishing differential.


Now, let’s shift gears back to the world monetary system for a moment before we come back to Iraq.  The International Monetary Fund (IMF) realizes that the system of fiat currency isn’t working because it is based on the good faith of the individual government printing the currency and governments have proved down through the ages they can’t be trusted.  Meanwhile, there is a huge hue and cry to return to the gold standard because it at least bases value on something tangible and keeps us honest.  The problem with the gold standard is that there isn’t enough to go around basing a world economy on it.  So, what to do?



Over the past few years the IMF has been working on complex formulas which would determine the value of a country’s currency based on their resources and productive capacity.  This could mean agricultural, mineral or other natural resources or manufacturing output, intellectual resources (e.g. those who create technology) and so forth.  The idea is to come up with objective, quantifiable criteria.  They are currently in the process of revaluing 133 national currencies.  Some could go up and some could go down.  If this were done on a fair basis with every country, every country would get credit (value) for whatever they produced.

Now let me ask you:  What would happen if all of the sudden a currency was revalued?  What if the Chinese currency suddenly went up by thirty percent?  That would mean there is a lot more money in circulation.  We read about how the IMF and the central banks are trying to come up with a scheme to inject needed cash into the system.  Well this is it!- especially given the horrendous financial crisis now gripping the Euro and member nations whose currency exchange is based on the Euro.

Now let’s go back to little Iraq.  Little Iraq was the number three in oil resources, but remember, because of all of the wars and instability, only about one quarter of Iraq was explored.  Now they are up to about 40 percent and the amount of reserves continues to grow.  The strange thing is that Saudi Arabia’s oil reserves never seem to go down even though they have been pumping like crazy for the past 100 years.  When drilling for oil in Iraq, you are more likely to hit oil than water and it is sweet crude, the best in the world.  Some think it will end up being number one in the world.  It is already the first in natural gas.  Iraq is also rich in minerals and has historically been the bread basket of the Middle East.  It is the site of the original Garden of Eden with the Tigris and Euphrates rivers flowing through it year round.  After decades of being ravaged by war, it can once again become a major agricultural producer.

So what does this mean?  Based on IMF calculations, the value of the Iraqi Dinar should be around the $2+ range.  This is not unreasonable considering other Middle Eastern oil producing countries average about $3 to $1.  “So what!” you say.  It is estimated that the U.S. government is holding 3.5 trillion Iraqi Dinar (IQD).  If it were to revalue to the $3 level, that would be $10 trillion new found dollars (US)!  Imagine what fun our legislators would have with that?  Of course, they could pay down the national debt, but I suspect they would just rather spend it and look like heroes, balancing the budget and all.  We can also safely assume that France, Germany, England and even the PIIGS are sitting on IQD.  That would really help as well.

Many countries will see their currencies go up.  This has been alluded to in the news.  This would certainly help solve the immediate crisis.  It would inject much needed cash into the Euro-zone, America and the rest of the world.  But will it solve the world problems?  I seriously doubt it in the long run but it may support a nice little recovery for a few years.  That won’t deal with the problem of excess liquidity – too much money and in this case, even more of it sloshing around in the world.  Our leaders have shown that rather than let banks and countries fail and restructure, as in “work the debt out,” instead, they pour more good money after bad, only greasing the pockets of the bankers and the elites.  No wonder the “Occupy” movements are so upset!



As I said above, you won’t read this anywhere else.  You won’t find it in the newspapers, CNN, CNBC, Fox or Bloomberg.  This is a little secret the politicians will pull out to save the economy, save Obama and save their legislative posteriors.  People will think they are brilliant and re-elect them. Currencies led by Iraq, China, Vietnam and a few others will revalue, injecting trillions into the world economy.  This will put a temporary patch on Europe and even the US, only postponing the pain for a few more years.

Again, the revaluation of these currencies around the world is designed by the IMF (whose engagement is “international monetary policy”) to reflect tangible (minerals, resource assets) and intangible (intellectual, technological capital) worth of a nation’s currency – the more assets, resources and intellectual capital a nation possesses, the greater will be its currency’s worth…most nation states will find themselves in a strengthened currency (more valuable) – some, like Vietnam and Iraq will reap a bonanza.

This is just my little prediction.  The IMF, the central banks and the governments of the world will ride high for a few more years while the real trouble brews in the Holy Land!

SaLuSa: What if I say they were both our craft? Would that make you feel happy in your confirmation? We skillfully like to show ourselves to those who are ready to welcome us in this way. To those who prefer to deny our existence, we respect their free will, and cloak, or appear like just a simple star. We offer no interaction with them. With you, our crew felt like enjoying communicating their presence and support for you. I was in the second ship, we have clearly made our presence known by flashing many colors lights in your direction. It was a wonderful idea for you to use your binoculars to ensure you were not just imagining things.

SaLuSa: We would like that very much indeed. We look forward of course to meeting openly with all those who welcome us, and feel it in their hearts that they wish to embrace us. We respond well to unconditional love, to high consciousness levels and to balanced beings. We are waiting of course for permission to land for a more direct and personal contact. We feel now that many of you are ready to accept us as members of your family, which we are very glad of course. We are aware of the long waiting game, and of the feeling of repeated disappointment at constant delays. We have to ensure that we are following all proper regulation here, and I am also sure that you are well aware of the efforts the cabal constantly makes in order to discredit us, and to deceive you concerning Disclosure.

As you know, there simply is nothing to gain for the cabal from our arrival in your world, from opening the door for you to Ascension, to free energy and to an entire new way of thinking, which does not involve slavery and exploitation, profiteering, hidden agendas, or accumulating personal wealth. We promote friendship, consciousness, natural order and balance in societies with mutual understanding, support and love. We propose to remove those shackles, which the cabal has carefully trained you all to carry for thousands of generations.

As usual, we have no desire to impose our will on any civilization and will respect your free will in all respects. Those who do not wish our help will be able to work alone and to ignore our presence for some time at least. A few of those who do not wish our arrival at any cost have had their main presence transferred into a more suitable alternate reality and will not have dealings with us directly at any rate. There are still many opposing us openly, but they remain in this timeline for their personal growth and development for now. As you have noticed there are leaps made by officials towards acknowledging the possibility of advanced intelligence life in space. Dear friends, these are only the first step towards the truth, but these are steps into the right direction nevertheless and we are seeing the positive effect the announcement the first planet inside the habitable zone are having on your collective consciousness. It goes without saying that more official scientific announcements will continue to point towards life existing in space. Ultimately, when we would feel free to land here and make contact with you, humanity will feel like finding their long lost space brothers. This is the desired outcome of our presence here. We are not here to contribute to any dramatic changes in your society and wish to come when you all see and understand the bigger picture naturally and on your own, without having any doubt about our peaceful intention or feeling coerced in any way to accept us.

In a way, it would feel like when the discovery of inhabited continents was made on Earth. The news surprised people, but it was well accepted ultimately. Of course, those who discovered those distant lands did not have the best intentions for the local inhabitants and sought to bring back precious goods. Of course, we are aware of your existence for thousand of years and have been under obligation to allow your free will and own karma to take its course without our making our presence officially know for a very long time. We are not here to conquer you in any way, and there is nothing to fear from us. Our Creator has created and given us all many gifts to enjoy freely without stealing from each other for survival. You will soon understand what I mean as soon as shelved technologies can be used and further developed, and industrialized in order to be used by all of you freely.
