I have also taken a snap shot of the webpage and is displayed below. I am not a lawyer so I don't really know how to interpret this. At least it shows that the USA is recognized as a corporation, or shall I say was recognized as an organization. e~

Greetings and Salutations;

 So much for all that money, Sly is living in a van in southern  cali now parked in a neighborhood. Well so much for the past. I  have been advised to write one more missive to everyone, not that  I have much to say. I must say folks, stop acting like everything  is shocker. We knew this was coming years ago. I can still  remember the talk about there not being a middle class only the  rich and poor being left according to 'their' plan. What you have  to comprehend is, the 'fix' is in and planned for years ago. That  was one of the reasons the St Germain trust was created 300 yrs  ago and the chinese dragons got busy storing the precious metal  yarns and yarns ago. King Soloman using his wisdom, had his  wealth secreted away because he thought it would be
squandered.

 As the world turns we have arrived at the time when all is about  to be revealed, secrets told, then you folks will have to deal  with the truth. Some brains may turn to mush, so I recommend  sticking a finger in your ears so the grey matter doesn't drain  all the way out. While the boo birds continue to send out 'hair  on fire' messages, the council is well in control. The fact  remains, if it's public it is far from the facts, and do remember  'facts are but accepted opinions'. We all know about opinions and  fly dookie. Sort of like roach crap. In that same venue, since  the sting operation started, they have not relented from doing  their own form of extermination. Interpol is working over time.  The compatriots in the us are finding some folks are no longer  available, when they place a phone call, phones and more phones,  are not being answered or going straight to voicemail. Hey mr  cameron, never say never...wasn't that a Bond movie? Even the  queen knows that isn't going to fly, she know directly from her  land lord but you had a good run, didn't you? Protecting the  'city of london' from that bad euro. Like those fed guys down on  Jekyll island drinking their 100 yr old brandy last year. And  here comes a whole squad of dragons, breathing fire and using  scorched earth policies. Since folks don't believe in dragons,  they are being caught with their pants down on the privy.

 Sorry, I am not caught off guard by any of this, the worse the  news, they happier I am because, I knew this day was coming. Not  like none of they were warned but as they say in the southland,  they didn't believe fat meat was greasy. Yes, elizabeth, there  are ets and human clones. You watch the politics and I watch them  driving themselves into traps they can't escape from. Idiots can  only come up with idiotic ideas. Damn why not hang a noose around  your own neck and pull the lever too, like the senate did last  week. Laura Tyco Channels Ogreffeffe from the Galactic Federation of Light 12-11-11

  I think this is a wonderful posting by Laura as it allows us to get to know a little more about what the GFL is all about.  This communication reveals so much and I will bring up some major points that I feel need to be discussed. You will see that this is the first contact between Laura and Ogreffeffe.  It seems that the GFL feel very comfortable with Laura as this is the 4th or 5th extraterrestrial that has contacted her just this year.

 

Topic #1

 "Good evening. I am indeed from the God level of consciousness and I do work for the Galactic Federation of Light."

 The first point I want to talk about is the part where Ogreffeffe discloses that she is from the God Level of Consciousness. How can this be an absolute statement of Truth?  If you continue to read through this channeling you will see that Ogreffeffe is a weapons officer.  How is it that a Godly Mind is in charge of weapons of destruction?

 

Topic #2

"I never incarnated on your planet, it would be a too great challenge for me. I cannot imagine what feeling cut off from the others would be like. I admire your bravery."

 Ogreffeffe admits that incarnating as a human is very challenging.  This shows me a type of mind set that exists within the GFL or other extraterrestrial groups claiming to be from a higher state of consciousness.  Most of these beings are in AWE of souls that have incarnated as humans.  You should be very proud of yourself for making it this far in humanities evolution.  The 3D religious paradigms and mass media have continuously brainwashed most of humanity into believing that we are born with sin, that we need to bow down to authority, that we are lower life forms that need mentoring and help. This statement by Ogreffeffe points us to a better understanding of just how important our soul journey is.  We are the ones who willingly chose to separate from our Higher Selves and to forget our past lives and experiences. This was a huge step in our soul evolution to incarnate as a human.  We are cosmic royalty!  We earned it by experiencing the harsh realities of duality.   

 

Topic #3

"The Galactic Federation of Light is very much a peaceful organisation, but we have pretty heavy duty weaponry at our disposal. Not that we usually use it, only in extreme cases."

The GFL is still paying the game of duality just like humans!  The game of GOOD vs EVIL, YIN & YANG, POSITIVE & NEGATIVE.  This statement by Miss O. suggests that the GFL is on the positive side of duality.  She also confirms that these weapons have been used on certain occasions.  The GFL has been in WAR!  This is a trait of lower dimensional frequencies!  I do think that they are from a higher dimensional level than humanity but it still shows me that they are operating within a limited paradigm of Good vs Evil.  It is my understanding that when you step back and look at the 'BIG PICTURE' you will see that the positive and negative beings are from the same 'team' (light). Just like how the Yin & Yang is unified equally within the circle.  It is my opinion that the unification of both positive and negative frequencies are from the higher dimensional planes of existence.  Reading into Miss O. statement discloses that the GFL are still playing the positive role of duality taking place in the lower domains of this Universe.

This statement shows me that we are getting closer to something happening on earth that all will witness.

Laura: Good evening Ogreffeffe. This is the first time I am contacted by you, I have asked you if you are a being of the God level of consciousness and you have said yes. You have also said that you are part of the Galactic Federation of Light. Please go ahead and give us your message.

Ogreffeffe: Good evening. I am indeed from the God level of consciousness and I do work for the Galactic Federation of Light. You have asked me for a short message, so here we are. These are exciting times indeed for all of us. I have a rather unimportant part to play at this time, so I decided to share with you my experiences and feelings. I am a female, and I know that you, Laura enjoy communicating with us. We too look with love and affection at you all. There is a definite sense of excitement on board the ship I am on, I am allowed to tell you this much.

Life onboard can be pretty slow, we do much observation and recognisance. We get to have a fair idea of your culture and emotions. We do not relate to your insecurities, well, I don’t anyway. I know that the most senior beings can understand you better. Some have lived on Earth, and others have their twin flame on Earth, so they can integrate their twin’s body and share their feelings, fears etc.

I am a weapons officer by your standard and I am a junior in your terms. Although, I am much older than any human has ever lived on your planet. I enjoy observing your societies and culture in my free time. I enjoy programs about your animals, and we can watch some of your television programs. Pretty violent stuff in my opinion. I hear that the media is very much controlled and that your televisions are another mean to control your free time and your thoughts. So be careful.

This is interesting for me. This is my first mission with the Galactic Federation of Light, but I was in another similar group, only of a smaller size. We can move freely, as most Federation of planets have standard procedures, so it is easy to move to new fleets, and meet different species, visit new galaxies. The Galactic Federation of Light is very much a peaceful organisation, but we have pretty heavy duty weaponry at our disposal. Not that we usually use it, only in extreme cases. We do not plan to use it against Earth people, Laura, so no need to worry about that.

Laura: pheww!! I was beginning to wonder. It is good to know that you have the means to be taken seriously though. It is nice to chat with you Ogreffeffe. I feel your energy is pretty fun, light hearted, and playfull. I guess you are off duty now?

Ogreffeffe: That’s right. Finished my shift, as you call duty time, from what I have seen from your movies. I and in fact many of us, look forward to get to know you personally. We have learnt and studied so much about you, listened to so many radio programs, seen so many movies. Perhaps look at this as a friendly call, nothing more, just to get to know you and have a better interaction with a human.

Ogreffeffe: I come from the group of stars called Pleiadies. Many of our brothers and sisters from our home world have incarnated here. Some are on the planet to study you in greater details and were born to human families, or have human, half pleiadian families. We know you are friends with many Pleiadians. I understand that the Galactic Federation is communicating with you now. This is a good process, as on one level much can be learned from such an association. Be forewarned that certain rules must be adhered to if you wish to continue to receive communications from them. First of all, your use of mind altering substances must be curtailed. Secondly, see to it that your duties at home and at work are fulfilled. Know that you are being looked after in regards to your ascension progress, and soon you will be ready to join us in the higher realms. We wish you to know that we look forward to working with you more personally, and we feel you would be a good addition to our team. Many wonderful and exciting experiences await you, and we look forward to this occasion. We would like to say that we are fond of your writings and feel you are doing a good job. Take the time to continue your blog writing and your work at home and in no time at all you will be amongst your friends again in the higher realms. We wish you to know that all aspects of your personal transformation are progressing satisfactorily, and we wish you to continue abstinence of mind altering and toxic substances. Know that your body is changing rapidly. You need plenty of sleep and water to help see this transition proceed smoothly and efficiently.
