12-19-2011 Guru Doc [RATE POST # 2] The most likely scenario is a RV at a lower rate then a gradual increase over several years. Several have suggested anywhere from $0.10 to $1.50. Statements from Iraq officials are indicating it could be on par with the USD. It is still unclear whether it would initially be on par or worked up to par value over a year or so. Our opinion is it will be around par with the USD since dedollarizaion is projected to occur around $1.10 to $1.15. Because of this we do not expect initial rates much above par with the USD and very easily could be below par and worked up to par over a year or so...we will continue to report but you must decide.
12-19-2011 Guru Doc [RATE POST # 1] We have had several questions as to rate. There are three opinions floating around on various sites. Basically they are LOP, RV at a low initial rate and increase over time, and RV at a final high rate. A LOP is simply referred to as the removal of 3 zeros with no increase in exchange rate. We maintain that this is unlikely since it does not establish the dinar as a via international currency which is a stated goal of Iraq. A second theory is RV to a rate usually quoted at or above Kuwait's. We continue to maintain this is very unlikely. Basically if this occurred the money supply would be enormous even with a redemonination. Additionally inflationary pressures would be astronomical. For these reasons we believe it is unlikely the RV will be at the $3+ range.

12-19-2011 Guru Doc We know chapter 7 was not lifted and the HCL /currency law was not passed. However, much of the information is pointing to a prolonged political fight. Recent events support this assessment such as the shutdown of Parliament and the continued lack of passage of HCl. We are currently at the mercy of political gamesmanship. Because of this we continue with our opinion that the RV will not occur until these issues are resolved and it will be into 1st quarter 2012 before this happens. Could a backroom deal occur relatively quickly ? Of course but we see it as unlikely. Look for our signs - chapter 7 removal /HCl passage.

You have a fantastic ATM article saying the CBI is moving forward installing them but how can an ATM work at the current rate?...Then we have a guy from Allawi's group who is accused of an assassination attemp on Maliki with 2 others escaping to Jordan. One article saying the parliament is behind Shabibi and deletion of the zeros and the next article says Allawi's group is boycotting parliament and a quorum can't be made--nothing can be passed without a quorum. It is interesting that he seems to be implying that Sale is CIA, while in hour 3 of the April 12 interview below, Sale claims to have determined that Neil Keenan is CIA on the Eastern Europe desk (Neil Keenan lives in Bulgaria, according to Sale). In that hour Sale also goes into detail about the Italian affair of the Fed Bonds and the Japanese who were carrying them, and especially what happened to the bonds afterwards involving Keenan, Keith F. Scott, Daniel Dal Bosco, and Ray C. Dam (apologies if I misspelled any of those names). Ironically, Sale also says some sort of court action was filed against Keenan in the U.S. for "up front fee fraud" in connection with this matter.

My computer is acting up... I am afraid it is about to crash... so I am posting this without proofing it... read around the typos... mispellings and misuse of words... I have been typing quickly to get this all said before my computer crashes.
Note from Rayelan:
RMN started 15 years ago for one main reason... to inform the world that there was a group of people... called Faction Two... who have been working together for over one hundred years... to end the rule of the tyrants who took over the world's economy in the 1500s when they gained control of the Bank of England.
From there these miscreants went on to pillage and plunder one sovereign nation after another after another. Toward the end of the 1800s, the sovereign heads of the nations that were left met secretly and came up with a plan that would hide their treasures... gold, jewels, artifacts, scrolls and other real treasures... the kinds of treasures that Nicholas Cage discovered in American Treasure.
While I have not been in the vaults where these treasures are still hidden, I have seen videos of the treasures and as you know, Gunther and I were responsible for the first sanctioned transfer of gold from one of these vaults. To the best of my knowledge and belief, the gold we transferred was NOT part of the collateral accounts... but that is a question that will have to be answered by people who are a lot more informed about this than I am.
Gunther and I were told that we were bringing home the Austrian Treasury which consisted on gold and other artifacts. I already knew that the Austrian Treasury had been stolen by Hitler and placed in his Swiss bank account. During WW2, Admiral Canaris made two trips a month to the Catalan region of Spain. On his way there, he stopped at the Swiss banks and picked up the Austrian Treasury. From Catalan, it was transported by submarine to Paraguay where it stayed hidden until 1955. That was the date that the allies forced Austria to sign a 50 year agreement which stated that any member of the royal family who tried to restore the monarchy had to be sent into exile. And any gold discovered, that Austria said was their's, was to be given to the Jews.
Gunther and I spent most of 1994 arranging the transfer of the gold back to Austria. Austria had already started allowing the exiled royal family members to return. It was thought that the ruling powers in Austria would allow the gold to return since it was late in the year. But no one figured that the head of the Austrian National Bank was a Mossad agent.
The gold that was the Austrian Treasury had to be resmelted and brought in as newly mined gold. It could not go in to Austria, it went in to Germany on January 20th, 1995... the day that OITC was officially created.
Was there a connection? I don't know. I do know that Helmut Kohl lost his Chancellorship over the gold. He is the one that brought it into Europe. How do I know this? Because I met Chancellor Kohl in Herr Doktor Kurt Waldheim's office when Gunther and I went to see him about our inability to get the Austrian National Bank to accept the gold transfer.
Dr. Waldheim already knew about the trouble we were having and had summoned Chancellor Kohl to obtain his cooperation. All of these meetings went on in front of the Mossad agents who were set up in the window of the building across the street... a street that was less than 20 feet wide. The Mossad agents didn't even need a microphone to hear what was being said... which is why Gunther and Dr. Waldheim carried on their discussion in an ancient Hungarian dialect that is virtually unknown.
The initial transfer was 1500 metric tonnes. I was told that it would eventually be used to back the Euro with gold... but I later found out that many of the European countries hated the Euro and wanted to return to their own currencies... which would be backed by gold... the gold that Gunther and I had transferred.
The initial transfer could be extended to 500,000 metric tonnes. Enough gold to back every currency in the world.
At that time... almost 17 years ago... I was told that Faction Two had set in motion a plan to bankrupt the member banks of the Federal Reserve. When the Federal Reserve was finally bankrupt and exposed... a new economy would appear.
This is what I was told 17 years ago by Gunther and by many Austrian ministers as well as members of the team Gunther was working with.
I expected all of this to happen on September 11th, 2001. But you know what happened on that day. I have no idea how many members of Faction Two were in the Twin Towers when they came down, but I suspect quite a few were.
Many of Gunther's team, who had stayed in touch with me, vanished shortly after the war in Afghanistan started. I suspect they were murdered by the criminal cabal that runs this planet.
When I was married to Gunther he told me about his "family"... Faction Two... many of which are blood related. He explained to me that he was directly related to the Chinese Royal family through Ghengis Khan. He is also related to every European royal... the ones who still are sitting on their thrones, as well as the ones who... like Gunther, have had their thrones, palaces, lands, money and titles taken from them by the victors of WW2.
I could barely believe the people he told me he was related to by blood. Polynesian royals, South American royals, Russian royals, Chinese royals. He also showed me a flowchart of all of the companies and banks that were owned by his larger family. This larger family is what he called Faction Two. Of course there are many members of Faction Two who are not related... but who have joined with these Sovereigns because they have a common enemy.
One other thing Gunther told me that I could hardly believe... he told me that all members of Faction Two who are related to him by blood, were Knights Templars. I still have a hard time getting my mind around the thought that a Hawaiian King could be a Knight Templar, or a Chinese Emperor could be a Knight Templar. While I have not been able to prove this... I have had enough of what Gunther told me prove to be accurate... that until someone completely disproves this... I am going to believe it.
After WW1 and after WW2 the vaults were opened and new treasures were put in them. One of the strange things that is inside one of these vaults is a Wells Fargo chest that is about four feet long and at least five feet high. It is completely filled with hundred dollar bills. I was told that this was the money that Germany had to pay after WW1.
I do not know how or why this chest got where it is... in the "vaults" (caves) where the sovereign heads of the remaining sovereign nations hid their national treasures so the Rothschilds and their relatives couldn't steal them.
I do know that a great deal of theft has gone on since the death of Ferdinand Marcos. Gunther said that Marcos was the good guy... he was guarding the treasure... NOT stealing it!! The Presidents of the Philippines who followed him have stolen as much as they could. I just heard the the last President... Gloria is under house arrest. I don't know what for, but I suspect it is for stealing billions if not trillions of dollars from the Philippine people as well as from the sovereign nations vaults.
I also know that the number one man behind these thefts if George Herbert Walker Bush who was General MacArthur's aerial photographer. GHWBush literally photographed the vaults as they were being constructed. Because of this, he knows where every vault full of treasure is located... and I fear his "team" is doing everything they can to steal as much as possible before Faction Two is successful in pulling down the present world economy.
As I said, this plan is over 100 years old and the part that we are currently working on... the bankrupting of the Federal Reserve member banks... started in the late 60s.
I don't really understand the theft of the bonds that Neil Keenan talks about. In my opinion it is a distraction designed to make him look important. These bonds are a drop in the bucket of the wealth that I know is stored in these vaults around the world.
Faction Two has the gold. Faction One... aka the new world order... has the banks and they won't allow Faction Two to put their gold in their banks... remember what the President of the Austrian National Bank did. She did it because she knew if that money came in to Austria, the Austrians would use it to create a central bank for their own nation and for all the nations that made up the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
As long as the Rothschilds control the central banks of most nations, the gold that will be used to back the new economy will never allowed to surface.... ergo... the Fed and all the other Rothschild controlled Central banks have to die... and hopefully their owners and controllers go to prison for the rest of their lives.
What Neil Keenan is making such a huge deal over is a drop in the bucket of what I know exists.
I have no idea the time table for the new economy... the old economy has to die first. What I do know is these bonds don't add up to a boil on the backside of an ant when compared to the gold and other treasures that Faction Two controls.
While I will eventually make my own comments on Keenan's lawsuit... I was sent the video that I have inserted. I am posting it because I want to remind people that RMN was started to teach the world about Faction Two and their plan to destroy the Federal Reserve and the rest of the Rothschild banks. While there are many readers and RMN Agents who think the sun and moon rises and sets on Neil Keenan... I do NOT...
I think he is a low level player with a very large ego. I suspect that even Ben Fulford will soon realize that he has been sucked into something that he really didn't understand and he will try to save his reputation as best he can.

Kim Jong Il murdered as part of major Asian power battle
North Korean dictator Kim Jong Il was murdered Saturday as part of a major power struggle in East Asia, according to Asian secret society sources and Japanese military intelligence. The murder of Kim was followed by a series of arrests of senior police officials in Japan linked to North Korea as well as the ouster of six CIA agents, the Japanese sources say. The death has left Yasuhiro Nakasone, the top North Korean and Rothschild agent in Japan, without a power base, Japanese underworld sources say. In North Korea, meanwhile, there is now a succession battle taking place between the Rothschild faction, who want to place their trained stooge Kim Jong Un in power and set up a Rothschild central bank versus a military clique that wants independence from Rothschild control, Rothschild and Japanese underworld sources say. The action is Asia is linked to a worldwide takedown of the satanic cabal that has been trying to create a global dictatorship.According to a Rothschild source who was recently in Korea, the Rothschild’s like the Swiss educated Kim Jong Un, because he would allow North and South Korea to be unified and would permit the opening up of the North Korean economy to Rothschild interests. Several senior Asian, US and Rothschild sources have, on many occasions, said they expect about 1 million Khazarian Satanist refugees from the United States to settle in North Korea once the financial crisis reaches its final stage. These same sources also say the Korean peninsula would then experience boom times as a result of the influx.
In any case, the battle in Asia is expected to heat up behind the scenes over the coming weeks as Khazarian slave politicians are purged from power in Japan. The Rothschild faction headed by David Rothschild in Geneva is making a push in Japan using the sadistic murderer former Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi, President of the Rothschild controlled World Court Hisashi Owada (father of princess Masako), former Finance Minister top bureaucrat Toyo Gyohten, Asian Development Bank President Haruhiko Kuroda and current top MOF bureaucrat Eijiro Katsu. They will find the usual thugs they relied on as enforcers no longer work for them but are now affiliated with the White Dragon Society or with Asian secret societies like the Black Dragon or the Red and Blue.
A White Dragon Society representative called the Rothschild office in Tokyo (81-3-5408-8045) and talked to Rothschild representative Kenji Miyamoto who refused to pass along any message to his Rothschild controllers. Here is the message: “surrender before it is too late.”
In fact, the signs of the collapse of Khazarian control are continuing to be seen in Europe and the US. In the US, Khazarian Nazi faction boss Henry Kissinger has contacted a White Dragon Society representative and asked for “negotations,” because of the collapse of the banking system. Kissinger is a major war criminal and mass murderer who needs to realize he is in no position to “negotiate” anything but a reduced sentence in exchange for a full confession.
In fact, it is a matter of simple mathematics to realize the Khazarian controlled Western banking system is doomed. Even if you take the latest BIS statistics on outstanding derivatives contracts of $707 trillion as of June 2011 at face value (the true numbers are in the quadrillions or more according to some sources) you can see the system is doomed. With world GDP at around $65 trillion, you have banks betting over ten times that amount against each other. Each derivative is a bet against a counterparty.
That means for every winner there is an equal loser. Some very big banks have certainly lost more money than exists in the real world.
Every year January is a month for settlements of accounts among major banking players. January of 2012 is going to be a very interesting month. The talk is that Citibank, J.P. Morgan and Bank of America are among the doomed entities. Then of course there is the universal disgust at Goldman Sachs that is not going to go away quietly.
US law enforcement agencies are continuing to zero in on Wall Street and the corrupt Washington political establishment but it looking increasingly likely that a financial system failure will appear before the slow wheels of justice grind inevitably towards the guilty parties.
In Europe as well, the Khazarian control grid appears to be falling apart.
Most importantly satanic Pope Benedict XVI has been rejected by most senior clergy and is dying. The installation of Khazarian puppets in Greece, in Italy, at the head of the European Central Bank and as President of the European Union has failed to do anything to prevent the Euro crisis from accelerating. Moves to make the EU more dictatorial failed to affect credit ratings or change the financial reality that the EU is bankrupt.
In fact, CIA sources in Europe are now saying Germany has begun negotiations with Russia to join the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
This would mean a Russian/German controlled Europe and leave the French as junior partners.
The Khazarian satanic cabal is still considered unlikely and unwilling to go quietly into the night. They continue to try to start World War 3 with Iran and now Syria and they may well do something extremely nasty over the coming months unless they are stopped. For example, Japan is being threatened with a new set of Earthquakes and Tsunamis, this time targeting Tokyo.
If Tokyo is attacked, then the Monaco bank in the Canary Islands will be knocked into the ocean, according to very powerful but anonymous sources that have their own nukes and their own HAARP machines. That will create a 100 meter or more tsunami that will hit New York and Washington. People will have time to evacuate but hopefully the waves will remove the filth that has built up in Wall Street and Washington D.C.
In an effort to prevent such tragedies, US law enforcement agencies need to arrest the people who control the Pentagon payrolls: Donald Rumsfeld, James Baker, Frank Carlucci, Henry Kissinger, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Paul Wolfowitz, George Soros and their fellow gangsters. The Joint Chiefs of Staff will then be able to keep meeting payrolls as they return the US to constitutional government of the people, by the people and for the people.
It is also worth pointing out again to the Khazarian Satanists that their money is no longer backed by anything and is thus worthless. Without money, they can no longer pay their thugs and bully boys. Suddenly, they will realize they are just weak old men with very few real friends.
All in all though, there will be more turmoil in the coming weeks as the cabal continues its death throes.

Please do not let the reports of incidents caused by the activities of the dark Ones, distract you from your focus upon the year 2012. As you are finding out they are defiantly hitting out, to make a desperate last stand but it will not achieve anything for them. Now that you understand how they operate, you are able to prevent the fallout which usually causes fear. You are now wise to their method of operation and have become much more discerning, and deny them the outcome they set out to create. We of the Galactic Federation play our part in protecting those of you under threat, and in some instances have appeared to them personally to give that assurance. Be assured that all Lightworkers are known to us, and along with their Guides are led along a path that is least likely to lead to confrontation. It cannot always be avoided, but there are occasions when the dark Ones are those who are at a disadvantage instead of you. The publicity that they receive is welcomed as it reveals the nature of their modus operandi, and helps others recognize them.
It was not too long ago that you tended to accept whatever those in authority told you, and they used your trust to hoodwink you whilst carrying out their covert operations against you. Almost on a daily basis you are now learning about the truth behind many events that have been the work of the dark Ones, but hidden behind legitimate activities. The truth goes a lot deeper than you really know, but over the coming months it is going to be revealed to set the historical records right. It will be presented in such a way, that no amount of denial will change the facts that support the accounts we will give you. We also need them to substantiate the actions that are planned, when many persons in authority are removed because they have participated in criminal activities against the you. At this point our concern is to get them out quite lawfully, and not waste time before they are replaced by those who are of the Light.
Over the many years we have accumulated more than sufficient evidence to show which individuals have broken their promises to work for the people, and instead fallen for promises to get rich quick a their expense. We can therefore largely dispense with the laborious and long winded trials that there is no longer insufficient time for. However, some crimes against you are of such gravity that a few individuals will stand trial, so as to reveal the full extent of them. As you can imagine, such Beings are those who are of the Illuminati and controlled the plans to bring about world slavery of the Human Race. Clearly with Ascension so near to manifesting they will eventually be removed, and spend their time at an appropriate level where they can reflect upon the affect they have had upon millions of Beings. All is not lost where they are concerned, but their path back to the Light will be long and arduous.
Lightworkers all over the world are seeing the fruits of their work to bring Light to the Earth. People are awakening at a much quicker rate, and are certainly feeling the new vibrations that are awash upon your Earth. It has the affect of clearing away the cobwebs that have clouded their sight. Now the truth is beginning to resound everywhere, and questions are being asked that you the Lightworkers can answer. Sooner or later the whole question of what the year 2012 will bring for you will have to be discussed, as rumors abound based on the different interpretations of the Mayan Calendar. The most important answer concerns the end time, which quite a few people take literally to mean the end of the world. Informed people who have fully investigated the matter, have correctly concluded that "the end" relates only to the closing of the cycle of duality. Also those who read our messages know it also signifies the official beginning of the New Age, correctly referred to as the Golden Age. Every soul is invited to participate, but as a freewill choice will not be treated any differently to anyone else. All have the opportunity to ascend but the intent needs to be there, and effort put unto bringing the Light into your everyday lives. You should be able to "feel" within whether you are one who has come into this life to do so, and you will know that it is an illusion from which you desire to move on.
The coming year will be one of heightened activity, and it would be almost impossible for any soul to pass through it without being aware of what was happening. We shall clearly be at the forefront of much that is taking place, and shortly expect to commence our presentation to you that will start our closer relationship. You are ready to receive us, and with all of the old paradigm that is collapsing around you we know that we will be most welcome. Then we can help clear up the mess, and firmly put you onto the path of Ascension. Happy times are just around the corner, and your patience that has been sorely tried will be greatly rewarded. Just a little longer Dear Ones, and the promises made to you will manifest in your reality, and you will taste the success that you have worked for over eons of time.
Nothing happens by chance, and your release from the dark Ones was planned before the inception of the cycle of Duality. Bear in mind that time as you understand only exists on Earth, and your lifetimes in the lower vibrations follow linear time. In fact, all is in the Now and is why you can return to any period of the past and experience it again. So when you review your lives these are not just realistic, but totally real to the extent of sound, smell and emotions that you can feel. There can be no mistake when you recount your experiences, and can also understand why they took place. In most instances, they are the result of karma arising from an earlier life, and you will know whether you learnt the lessons that were intended.
If life in duality all sounds rather hard and unrewarding, remember that you wanted that type of experience to further the growth of your soul. You left the dimensions of harmony and peaceful co-existence to expand your consciousness, and now that period is all but over. All awaits your return but first the final stage of bringing a conclusion to your earthly experiences, and doing so on a happy note. We will assist you in the cleansing and preparing all for a wonderful and uplifting completion.

HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED
It was 3:30 PM on Wednesday, December 14th, 2011 when I found out I might be tortured to death for writing "The Trillion-Dollar Lawsuit That Could End Financial Tyranny."

Our outdoor heat pump was dying after 23 years of service, so the room was disturbingly cold. All the lights would noticeably dim for three seconds every minute or two as I heard the compressor struggle in vain to kick on.
I had no idea how long the power would stay on or how much I would be able to get out on the air.
I'd barely had time to think about how horrible it would be to die of torture. It all hit me while I was on the show. From what you've been telling me in your letters, hardly anyone can listen to this show without crying.
