Bankers agree and the currency exchange center in ny is reporting they have just posted a rate on the iraq dinar for the first time in two weeks and the rate is showing that it is restricted at this time. This has now been confirmed by two peeps . The rate has not gotten to any banks yet but this is from the international currency exchange center. There was a statement made by them that when it comes out and says ust hold that it is not pending but when it says restricted then usually it is made live within 24 to 48 hour.

[Hi Allendale, happy new year!] Hello Tots. Happy universal belief in the most amazing year planet Earth has witnessed. [Wow, that is a mouth full!] Indeed it is, Tots, indeed it is.
The news I have for you today are details of the world banking system. I’m speaking of the new system, mind you, not the old. Recently there have been good people come forward that are putting light to the system that is coming forth. [‘Putting light’- not taking it seriously or ‘putting light’ - putting high evolutionary energy?] The latter, lass.
Now, I am here to remind you and your readers there are forces of light in many dimensions that are assisting the human light-bearers. The obvious ones are Ben & David. But there are others as well. The missions these light-bearers hold is to bring truth and love to humanity.
God and Creator are the Grand Architects of the new banking system. The people that are involved, and there are many that no one will ever hear about, are following their intuition and hearts to assist the greater good. Be mindful to have discretion of course, but at the same time it is very helpful to the overall process to act and think pro-actively. By this we mean send heartfelt energy to the positive outcome to the fair and balanced distribution of the monetary system. You are creating that very system by doing just that.
Be open minded to those supporting such change. Listen to their words and then distance yourself a wee bit and listen to how your heart finds the information. We are asking you to concentrate on the message more than the messenger.
This information is being relayed through a number of people and each of these people have a frequency that is recognized by groups of responders (ordinary lads and lassies) that may not be as open to one particular messenger over another. {So if I understand, you are saying that people like David and Ben are being joined by members of society that appear to have different backgrounds and expertise, but all are working to the same common goal of re-creating the banking/monitory system.??] Aye, this is correct.
I believe over the next several weeks you will notice a change in tone of the leaders of the world. They are ready to announce the beginning of this monumental shift and are releasing bits and pieces at first and then will come more and more. These leaders were put into their positions as no accident. Love them or hate them, their higher calling is to assist in this change. And overall, it isn’t them making the changes, it is very behind the scenes. But they are the representatives of a certain level of information and their roles are crucial to the over all process. No less crucial is the role of the average Joe.

January 2, 2012 – NORWAY – The inhabitants of Troms could hardly believe their eyes on the morning of New Year’s Eve, a very large amount, an estimated 10 to 20 tons of dead herring washed up on the beach, writes Northern Lights. Tromsø city is the ninth largest urban area in Norway by population. The city is warmer than most other places located on the same latitude, due to the warming effect of the Gulf Stream which originates at the tip of Florida. 1-2-2012 Guru Doc It was a unfortunate but very predictable weekend. The hype that the RV was completed got so ridiculous to the point that it was reported street vendors were paying millions of dollars for dinar...this hype continues to be nothing but unfounded, unsubstantiated rumors...continue to focus on the big picture fundamentals that need to happen for the RV...has chapter 7 been released (is Iraq completely sovereign)?, has the currency law been passed?, and has the HCl issues been resolved? The answer is NO!, NO! and NO!...we need Parliament back and resolving these issues...we maintain they are being addressed and believe it will still be several weeks to complete resolution. As always we report, you decide.

1-2-2012 Guru Poppy3 I do agree that the live rate, we will probably not see till wed. This doesnt mean it can't be posted ahead of that. I have never believed and not one person has ever given any proof or even a good reason this would be pinned to the pound. Next i don't agree and have never changed my thoughts that the rv will be within .10 cents of kuwait. The bottom line is me and all my rich friends are going to be celebrating according to all intel from almost all sources this next week.

My associate Dennis Smith recently advised that I would have some information for all on this date. Let me start by conveying to all my very best wishes for a happy and joyous holiday season. The coming year will, IMHO, bring life-changing conclusion to this extremely arduous journey we have been forced to endure.
Although you may not be happy with what has been going on, I can assure you that there was simply no other way to accomplish what will become the new foundation of this great country, and establish the agenda for its rebirth in form and fashion as originally set forth in the US Constitution. As I have previously stated, we have confronted, with added pressure from the “lien-holders,” the vilest, most contemptible, well financed forces for evil on the planet – and we have won! I know, some eleven months later, that must seem to have been an idle boast. However, it merely reflects the mighty struggle that has been raging in the shadows.
While I had hoped to be able to advise you this afternoon that we had finally achieved Economic Receipt, which in turn would authorize release and delivery of the CMKM pay-outs, I cannot do so at this moment. Having said that, please remember my prior advice regarding the Iraqi Dinar re-valuation, which has been much anticipated and discussed. Funding of the IQD re-val is part of the World Global Settlement scheme; and release of the re-val will essentially be coincident with release and distribution of all WGS program pay-outs. I am very pleased to be able to report that not only is Iraq now a sovereign country, but will have an internationally recognized and tradable currency by January 1, 2012. This indicates to me that distribution of the CMKM pay-outs is truly imminent – with-in hours/days.
Again, I wish each of you happiness and joy at this seasonal juncture. Please keep in mind that most of this information is not “legal” by definition, not directly related to our Federal Court action and certainly not something I originally ‘signed on’ to accomplish. In the event that additional delays are encountered, I believe they will be de minimus in both time and substance. We have in fact won the war and proof of that is forthcoming.
I ask that you read and consider carefully the entire contents of this letter, prior to adding your own interpretations, prognostications and conclusions hereon, or any similar interpretations, prognostications or conclusions offered to you by others.
