The negotiations on a new financial system for the planet are proceeding well but due to the complexity of the situation, it will take time before any public announcements are possible, according to sources close to the negotiations. The current owners of the Federal Reserve Board System and the Washington D.C. corporate government are hoping to offer enough reforms that they can stay in power. Their money has been frozen, though, by a group that would rather see them all put in jail. The final solution to the problem will need to involve an audit of the real world and the removal of all fraudulent funds from the system. It will also involve a massive redistribution of wealth, meaning that the American people and other worldwide victims of the cabal will get their stolen funds returned to them.

The owners of the Washington D.C. Corporation have already decided on Mitt Romney as the new President of the United States. They have been rigging opinion polls and primary results to make sure their decision is enforced. The corporate media propaganda machine is also in on the decision. The Asian creditors to the Western nations do not interfere in the politics of other countries so they will take no stand on this issue. They say this is an internal matter for the American people to resolve on their own.

The future of the U.S. dollar is also now being debated. The current proposal being put forward by White Dragon Foundation representatives is that the United States government will need to issue Treasury dollars controlled by the elected representatives of the United States Government. These new treasury dollars will have to be separated from the international dollars now in circulation and devalued. The reason for this is that 90% of the dollars ever created are not owned by Americans. The interests of those dollar holders and the interests of the American economy are not the same. They do not want those dollars, which they use to trade with each other, to lose half their value.

If the Americans insist on continuing to use international dollars as their currency, then they will have to wait until US wages fall to Chinese levels before the US economy will once again become competitive. Until that time, the Chinese will take increasing ownership of the United States.

If the US does issue treasury dollars and devalues them by about 50% this is what will happen: First of all, all that Chinese stuff in Wall-Mart will double in price overnight. That is the tough part. The good part is that there will be a huge investment boom in the United States because the US will once again be a competitive exporter. Americans will also start buying more made in America products, creating real jobs and real wealth for the American people. There will also be lots and lots of free spending foreign tourists flooding in, also creating real jobs for real Americans.

There will also have to be a one-time write-off of most of the US debt to the rest of the world. The Americans are hoping to accomplish this by delivering physical gold they control in various locations.

For the United States to get rid of its structural trade deficit, however, the military-industrial complex will have to stop relying of foreigners to finance it. That means retooling it from a machine dedicated to invasion and pillage into something constructive, defensive and welcomed by the peoples of the planet as a beneficial institution.

For example, the White Dragon Foundation is proposing that the Japanese people continue to finance the US 7th fleet and turn it into an institution dedicated to exploring and enhancing the Ocean’s eco-systems.

They would dedicate themselves to going where no man has gone before a la Starship Enterprise. Fighting pirates and stuff like that would be a side job.

There is also going to have to be very thorough disclosure through a South African style truth and reconciliation committee. The pharmaceutical industry, for example, will have to come clean about how they were creating and spreading disease and infertility drugs as a part of a depopulation agenda on the part of the cabal. The petroleum industry will have to admit they have retarded human progress by 100 years by suppressing new energy technology.

The pharmaceutical industry can then change its business model from one that profits from disease and death into one that makes its money by increasing health, longevity and by creating new drugs to enhance human ability and enjoyment of life. The petroleum industry will be able to capitalize on its ability to carry out giant infrastructure projects to do things like turn the deserts green and create tropical year round resorts around Northern Canadian lakes.

The military industrial complex will also have to come clean about all the secret projects they have been carrying out. This will mean opening area 51 and other secret bases to public tours for American citizens.

Most of all it will mean releasing in a safe and responsible manner most of the 6000 or so patents that have been suppressed for “national security reasons.” A new era will begin.

My own dear Veronica, I ensured that you were not alone on the 8th anniversary of my passing. The memory is still so painful for you. You relive the shock you felt as you realised that I was leaving the Earthly plane. You pleaded with me, “Monty, please don’t leave me. Please don’t leave me.” You understand that it was not my decision. The higher realms decided that I had to go, so that I could prepare you from this side of life, for the role that you now have to play. Though many have done their utmost to destroy your life and your reputation — my blood family behaved abominably — we must not forget the man from Arizona, and the Scottish lady who thinks that what she has been doing goes unnoticed.

Nothing escapes justice. Everyone answers for their actions. What you and I are doing was pre-ordained and forecast by the great thinkers of the past. It will not and cannot be blocked, no matter what evil is used. As it all unfolds this year, you will understand the enormity of what you have done. You showed no respect for me or my wife.

True love overcomes all. Unfortunately, the word love is used so lightly, there is little understanding of love. It is the most abused word in your world. People have been conned into accepting the Hollywood version of it.

In this momentous year, you will experience changes to your world that are beyond your understanding just now. Yet you must prepare for them and accept that this is what is meant to happen. It’s all part of the Transition. Those who know this, will not be alarmed when the cosmic changes happen. Always keep in mind that the results will surpass your wildest dreams. The control systems have to be removed, plus all that they have put in place to block you from ever gaining full consciousness and knowing who you are — powerful Beings of Light. This is the reason that flouride [fluoride] is put in your water supply and your toothpaste, plus many more things that you are not yet aware of. All this, to keep you in the slave mode. I wish that I could show you all that is being done but I can only tell you. I may be able to do more in the Spring. Those who knew me, know that I am a very determined man. I want you to experience your full potential in life. I have to go to the lower planes in order to communicate and it takes a lot of energy. But it is worthwhile.

At last, people are now questioning the propaganda and the motives behind it. They are not falling for it anymore. The veil has lifted. They are now seeing things as they are, not as they were told they were. Although these liars now look naked and exposed, they still try to bluff it out. But they are finding that the old formula is no longer working. They continue to attack all those who speak the truth. People have always assumed that they were just like you. This is not so. Nothing is further from the truth. When they finally realise that their game is up and that they will have to return en masse to where they originated. They will be banished forever from your world.

You will not have long to wait for this. Our plans are already in action. The less obvious but important changes are happening now. Your friends from other planets have shown you this so often. They create the pictures for you in the crop circles and though the military planes try to prevent them, they are determined to assist you in this way. Every crop circle has a very important message for mankind. It would be good if all the changes could happen overnight, but consider the hundreds of years of determined planning the Cabal have taken to get you to this stage. I ask you to be patient and understanding. We will achieve a lot in 2012 and early 2013. You will see your world in a completely new light. Please help and support each other through this period. Those who still have closed minds will need your help. Blame their belief systems for destroying their ability to think for themselves. It is time to reject your belief systems and all that you were taught. Do your own research. Accept responsibility for your own lives. See it as an exciting adventure into your future, free of all the constraints that were imposed on you.

The White Hats have not disappeared and we did not take time for the holidays. Instead, we went underground, deeper into the world of the Cabal and some of us have just surfaced. As you will soon be able to ascertain through the media, we have been quietly helping things be put in place to finally see the exposure of most all the dirty and inept politicians, experts, agencies, etc.

This preview is not meant to be superfluous, nor full of unnecessary "witty" remarks.  It is intended for the serious people around the world so they will recognize the efforts of the injured parties who are doing something to save the world’s countries from simultaneous financial collapse and takeover by the Cabal. We suggest everyone keep an eye and ear on the inner sanctums of Great Britain as the exposure is delivered to that great sovereign body.

You will be able to ascertain who, how much, where the monies, and credits, of the world were tampered with by the greedy thieving individuals acting alone and in concert.  You will be able to perceive that they even (surprise, surprise) stole from each other.  It will also become apparent that the criminals, as they try to get the Dark Cabal-backed Mitt Romneys of the world elected, continue the onslaught against humanity.

The White Hats will be providing the reports as the information is made available to more coalitions and bodies in other countries to make sure everyone has a chance to address the criminals as is necessary.  We trust they will be addressed in the manner they deserve.

It is our hope and desire that readers at all levels worldwide laud the efforts of entities such as Falcone, Tropos, ARGO, CBIC, and others to gather the truth that is being forwarded to OUR trusted authorities, NOT the criminal elite’s trusted authorities.  It is well known that some agencies are permeated by many of the participating criminals, making it difficult to bring the Cabal into the limelight, but it’s happening despite the best efforts of the old Dark-Side Cabal cronies.

In the past when we reported new facts and events, the Dark Cabal was severely damaged, but not eliminated. As we continued to watch their every move, the Cabal reacted by trying to move and disguise their stolen funds throughout the world banking systems. At this moment their end is fast approaching, as a quiet strategic international task force has been working to reveal and bring the entire Dark Cabal to justice.   Again, keep an eye and ear on the hallowed halls of the United Kingdom as the exposure and pressure mounts.

From what I have read so far, David is attempting to weave a backdrop upon which the lawsuit rests and bring that out before he deals with the nature of the lawsuit itself. The information regarding pedophilia highlighted in the Franklin Saga has been in the public domain for some time. Granted the mainstream news does not cover it but those with eyes to see and ears to hear have known about this and the information is out there.

I applaud David for emphasizing how important bringing to light this demented sexuality is, but there does not seem to be any real understanding of WHY there is such a preoccupation with man-young boy sex within the ranks of the Illuminati.... And this gets into the secret behind stimulating kundalini energy in the base chakra in order to raise the sleeping cobra so that the energetics are tapped that can lead to samadhi and eventual enlightenment. This is done as a short circuit to reaching that goal. This is what the purpose is behind this low form of stimulation is... And why they are so preoccupied with it. As usual, they don't want to spend the years meditating and clearing their karma and their chakras.. they want a fast easy fix that will get them to the higher energetic areas. It's destructive and ultimately short-sighted but so is population elimination, enhancing the physical with robotics, and manipulating the genome. It all works together to form a poison concoction that in their view leads to ruling the worlds... Earth and beyond. Side note: of course there are plenty of those involved who are practicing this not with any understanding of its real purpose, instead they are simply into a power-domination-pain-pleasure syndrome.

Another issue is that in referencing Adam Smith and the issue between the fiat money and the gold standard his reasoning does not take into account what the fiat system has brought us so far.. which is an inflationary spiral based on money you deposit into a bank.. being lent out allowing banks to then make 9 times that amount in interest... This is one area in David's article that does not make sense. Continuing the fiat system would very likely end with us under a NWO where they would step in and revamp the system in such a way that even better suits their needs and is even more repressive.

What has to happen first is that the dark cabal must step down and they are not about to do that without a fight. This is where the idea of a new system becomes a real issue. You cannot take down the current system without putting something in its place. And killing all the so-called bad guys is also not really an option... This leaves dealing with a system that may need to be reworked but not taken down. As one source says the issue is that in this case we have a group of people who are acquiescing to a change of the system when those in power will simply use that opportunity to put their NWO in place in the interim. This is what happened in Nazi Germany. The people were fed up and accepted the promises of a group who then revealed themselves to be on the dark side once they were in power. The question is, how to prevent this from happening again?

The suggestion made to me is to recommend everyone read The Creature From Jekyll Island by G. Edward Griffin as background to understanding it's not the system so much as it is the people running it. How are you going to depose them without a bloody battle? The wishful answer is for the "people" to demand change.. which they are doing. But putting people in place who are not going to replace the current system with one that is much worse is going to be the real problem...

There is so much more to your reality than meets the 3rd dimensional eye, and one of our tasks as a member of the Galactic Federation is to assist you in discovering these new avenues of wisdom to travel upon. We send you clues, and at times gentle nudges to set you in the direction you expressed your desire in traveling before you left the spirit world for your new 3D adventure. We saw the times when you veered slightly off course, and we helped you reset your compass points and regain the trail. We must always honor your sacred right of free will, and we are careful to not overstep our boundaries, allowing you to make your own choices and travel the paths you so choose.

Up ahead in your very near future comes a fork in the road. Many of you will have a very important decision to make at this time. Will you choose to exit this 3rd dimensional world of illusion and separation, or will you choose to begin a new adventure in the realms of higher possibility? Keywords in this first contact is Love and Truth. Nothing will be as before. A reunion together with thousands of Cosmic Civilizations, only in this galaxy. It´s a step by step process which will introduce us to the universal family.

The media shows only a fraction of the truth of what is happening on Earth.  One who seeks answers will have to find them on his own. The truth is that changes are bigger and stronger than anyone can imagine. Our planet is about to break out of its old shell and rise up to a higher frequency and that concerns everything that lives on her.

Now I want to speak about the implications of first contact.

People will see and feel this Cosmic Contact in different ways, depending on their beliefs.

• Some will see them as saviors, “saving” them from Evil.
• Some will see them as Angels that are “above” the earth people.
• Some will Fear them because they “feel something unknown”.
• Some will have very mixed emotions and feel very confused.
• Some will see with their hearts, the true nature of This Event and all the positive changes it will bring, in a state of Love and Peace.

There is no right or wrong way to see this, “it simply is”.  But many will become confused due to their “perception filters” or old glasses they have worn throughout their life.

Events move on to their inevitable conclusion, and are approaching the time when you will get some firm indications of what lies ahead. The dark Ones are being held in check and you will have noticed that they are no longer able to dictate what happens in the world. Their institutions are breaking up and with it their ability to command what happens in the different markets. Their greed and arrogance has led them down the path to ruin, and they will not be allowed to re-establish their empire. You are therefore still in the transition period, and our allies are gradually completing the moves necessary to allow the changes to get underway.

As ever, the Light continues to grow and is helping those souls who have only just started to awaken. It is asking a lot of some of them to move from beliefs they have held all of their lives, to new ones that are so different they are overwhelming to contemplate. Part of the problem is that the establishment has maintained false beliefs rather than admit the truth. You know that we have been following mankind's progress for thousands of years, and the evidence of our contact with you still exists. Yet you are led to believe that it does not exist, and that Space is being searched for evidence of our existence. Fortunately, so many of you have now seen our craft in your skies, and have the intelligence to realize that the majority are the vehicles that we use. You have a number of first-hand accounts of contact where the craft have landed on Earth, and evidence of meetings with your Governments. The cover up is to prevent questions being asked, and to avoid the embarrassment arising from having to admit that we have often offered to bring peace to Earth, and it has been refused.

However, we push ahead with disclosure as until we can be officially recognized and accepted, we cannot carry out mass landings but we will take part in flyovers. What you have to understand is that we must not appear to force ourselves upon you, and contact has to be in response to your appeal and permission before we can do so. If we ignored that condition, we would be unduly influencing you when you must create your own souls journey. Obviously when we can meet you openly, there will still be people who would rather we had not arrived, but we are allowed to respond when the majority are in favor of it. The priority is to deal with the lack and the need to quickly prepare you for your move into the future, by providing all those advantages through new discoveries that have so far been hidden from you.

The tasks ahead for us are quite formidable, but we will affirm again that we have no problems whatsoever in making new technologies quickly available to you. Our allies move cautiously before breaking out as the timing has to be right, and we do not want to see them run into trouble. Once they commence it will herald a series of events that will lift you up, and you will know beyond doubt that the New Age has started. There are certain goals that have to be met before Ascension, and our involvement will ensure that they are. No task is too big for us, as we have millions of craft that we can call upon at short notice. In fact the plans for our mission are frequently updated, so that we are always at the ready for the authority to commence. That permission will not be delayed much longer, and is so near we are quite excited at that prospect.

Ascension requires that you still keep preparing for it without letting up. As the level of vibrations increase you need to take these into yourselves, and sure enough you will begin to notice how much it is strengthening you. Unlike many years ago when progress was slow and barely noticeable. Now you should find that you are very much aware, and able to maintain a high level of calmness in all situations even when in the midst of low vibrational energies. it is building up to a critical mass that by the end of the year will help power your going through the stargate. By this time, only those who have successfully prepared themselves will go forward and ascend. If the idea of ascending appeals to you and it is your intent to do so, then it is almost certain that you will achieve it. It does take effort and application but is nowhere as difficult as some of you imagine.

You clearly need not worry about any attempts by the dark Ones to mar your expectations as this year progresses, as they will have no hand in what is taking place and interference would not be tolerated by us. Their time is almost up and they are fully aware of their coming removal from power. We have urged our allies to push ahead as matters across the world are looking volatile, and would benefit from changes that are pending. Once the right people are at the helm then we can all get on with our responsibilities to each other. Bear in mind that before you came into this lifetime, you knew that you would be part of the Ascension process and many of you would have special work to do. That shows how well God's plan has been made to ensure completion in the time scale given. Everything was planned from the very beginning with perfection, and that means the dark Ones were destined to failure. This knowledge should give heart to anyone who has had doubts.

Mother Earth has been relatively quiet considering that she is in the throes of her own cleansing. However, still take care as some physical changes will have to take place before this cycle closes. Follow your inner prompting as all of you are intuitive but very few take real notice of what you are given. Do not mistake it for your reaction to fear, as that will lead you to panic at a time when you are well advised to keep calm. Indeed, the coming period should bring you joy, as you will know for sure that the final experiences are playing themselves out. Keep the coming period in your thoughts and the wonderful finale that will fulfil all of the promises made to you, ones that are uplifting and bring peace and happiness in full measure.
