The secret sacred societies of East and West have come together to set up a plan to replace the major governments of your planet. As you know, the most critical change is the de facto US regime. This illegal corporation has run America officially since the end of the US civil war, its prime purpose being to establish the major banking families and their close allies in positions of unassailable power. Every President since Lincoln has had to bow down to these wrongdoers and their unilateral agenda to subordinate US domestic and foreign policy to their every whim. This hijacking of American democracy was backed up by massive corruption, bribery, and the occasional timely murder. This shameless criminality is now to come to an end and is the primary raison d'être of the caretaker governments' radical transformations. The shadowy puppet-masters are to be arrested and publicly hauled off to jail and their subsequent trials will reveal the true extent of their perfidious agenda for humanity.
The present thinking is that this interim governance is to be a bridge between your present crises-ridden world and the building blocks of your nascent galactic society. We have held detailed discussions with those who will carry the banner of this new governance, as we are very interested in how they intend to institute the many programs slated to begin once they are announced as America's new leaders. A flurry of documents has passed between us over the past few weeks. Of most concern to us is how each of the major, sweeping propositions they will be announcing will be officially carried out. We have counseled them based on our own extensive knowledge and have also set a date for full disclosure, at which time we intend to introduce ourselves to you. Between the rise of this new government and disclosure we aim to greatly increase the daytime sightings of our craft and to prepare you for what is to be done on the day of disclosure itself.
We have looked carefully at how this mission has changed since it first reached your solar system in the summer of the Gregorian year of 1991. Over the ensuing two decades, we have watched this operation mutate into the present situation we all now share. At first, Heaven gave us a seemingly ambiguous set of directives, which then morphed into specific mandates that permit us to interact not only with the Agarthans but also with a motley group of surface humans we call our Earth allies. This group now appears to be reconfiguring itself into yet another batch of smaller groups, and we have chosen to focus on the Ascended Masters-oriented secret sacred societies. These many sacred societies have long been part of a comprehensive plan by the Ascended Masters to assist Heaven's resolve to return you to full consciousness. These sacred societies have both the financial and spiritual resources required to see this task through to a successful conclusion.
Together, we are now completing the final 'tweekings' to our joint plan to take down the dark cabal and release you from the unthinkable slavery that formed part of the dark's scheme to circumvent the agreements put in place at the start of the Anunnaki's reign nearly 13 millennia ago. The Galactic Federation is using its abilities to stop these plans and, instead, to remove these treasonous ones so they can no longer interfere with Heaven's divine mandate for your world. Gaia observes all this and is most happy that those who intended to further lay waste to her are about to get their comeuppance. The duplicitous economic system these dark ones concocted nearly bankrupted the globe and furnished them with gargantuan wealth. This structure will be disassembled and a new one based on transparency and prosperity will take its place. Indeed, the first steps of this project have been done. The next step is to begin openly putting the interim governance into power.

As we, together, work with our spiritual and space families, we will restore Gaia to the paradise she once was in the time of Lemuria. Blessed are we by the Creator, for we are to revive this beautiful planet and continue in our journey to unfold the Will of the Creator in this aspect of physicality.
