Dratzo! We return! Your realm continues to exhibit much turmoil. The dark cabal's agents are being watched closely as agencies of various major governments prepare to arrest and then prosecute droves of prominent people in government and finance, and across the board in the private sector of their respective economies. This process is getting to a point where you can shortly expect the start of an immense cycle of arrests. The dark tried hard to sweep this process under the rug but was unable to do so. A series of far-reaching liens has been formally pressed on many central and private banks that in the past flaunted the epithet "too big to fail." These financial-services corporations readily and repeatedly violated many laws designed to police international commerce, the worst offender being the US Federal Reserve Bank. This private enterprise has been the ringleader of many notorious schemes which threatened the very foundation of your world's well being. This is why this particular institution is being dismantled first, to be followed in rapid succession by a landslide of fellow conspirators.

    These institutional reorganizations and arrests are the thin end of the wedge. They will be followed by new governance, prosperity deliveries, and a series of, what may be for you, shocking announcements. These will address debt forgiveness, the new banking and financial system, and the radical new policies that will lead to world peace, general disarmament, and the end of the destructive manipulation of your globe. The new governance intends to reform the operation of its legislature and the whole approach to the election process. Furthermore, the instituting of universal sovereignty will totally transform the manner in which government approaches its citizens. These changes will also be instrumental in accelerating the momentum toward your return to full consciousness and a respectful interaction with Gaia. The Agarthans wish to begin a more open exchange with you once these particular measures have been secured. Arrest warrants have now been issued against the international branches of the Federal Reserve -- the European Central Banks, BIS, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Japan.

MAJOR CHANGES ABOUT TO HAPPEN

It is terrifying to discover that the world is being run by psychopaths -- who want to see billions of people die.

Many people can't even face it. Their mind just shuts down -- and they often attack the messenger.
Nonetheless, no corrupt regime has ever survived the light of full public exposure. Our current situation is no different.

There is abundant evidence that this group is real -- and will soon be defeated. Major changes are about to happen in the world.

Indeed, a small group of international bankers have seized control of the planet and its resources. Their plan has been in place for 300 years, and was followed with ruthless efficiency.

The difficulty of unseating this group is extreme, due to their penetration into all aspects of our society -- including the media, the government and the judiciary.

Nonetheless, it appears that they are about to be overthrown by an international coalition of 138 nations -- who have banded together to end Financial Tyranny.

I NEVER EXPECTED PERSONAL INVOLVEMENT

Benjamin Fulford, the former East-West bureau chief for Forbes Magazine, had been discussing this for some time -- and although I had interviewed him four or five times, that was the full extent of my involvement.

Last November, the long-awaited lawsuit finally appeared online. It was filed in the Southern District Court of New York.

I actually went in and attacked the original lawsuit -- tenaciously. I made some salient criticisms. My critique manifested within a few days of when it was released.

Much to my surprise, I was directly contacted by Neil Keenan, who had filed the lawsuit on behalf of the alliance. Keenan gave me an incredible body of supporting data to study. Much of it had not yet been released.

I took that data, including never-before-seen photographs, and conducted a massive investigation. The final results were published as Financial Tyranny on this website, divinecosmos.com.

My conclusion was that this story is very real indeed -- and mass arrests are being planned. Trusted insiders gave me astonishing details of how thorough and far-reaching this plan really is.

MASS ARRESTS AND LIENS

Not long after I published the investigation, a new insider named Drake came forward -- claiming to have been given information by the "good guys" in the Pentagon, to prepare people for what they are getting ready to do.

Obviously, for operational security it is best for them to say as little as possible. This is a dangerous process. Let's be honest.

That doesn't change how urgently it needs to be done -- to secure a peaceful future for everyone, and prevent the Earth from total annihilation.

Nonetheless, this alliance is concerned about the public reaction in the aftermath of this event -- as the early days in particular will be very sensitive.

Drake has done his best to share this information. However, I want to be clear that no one knows precisely when this is going to happen.

What we do know, however, is that Keenan's lawsuits are a critical part of this plan.

They are intended to return control of the world's wealth to the people -- and directly pave the way for the release of classified technologies that can transform our biosphere, and usher in a true Golden Age.

Updated at 11:24 a.m. ET: LONDON -- Rupert Murdoch is  unfit to run a major international company, British lawmakers said on Tuesday, finding him responsible for a culture of illegal phone hacking that has convulsed his News Corporation media empire.

Pulling few punches, members of the House of Common listed failings of the 81-year-old News Corp chief, his son James and a company they said had showed "willful blindness" about the scale of hacking that existed at the company's News of the World tabloid.

The cross-party parliamentary committee, which approved the report by a majority of six to four, also scolded News Corp's British newspaper arm for misleading the British parliament during its five year investigation into the hacking of the phones of celebrities, murder victims, politicians and soldiers.

ETs/EDs Say “This Is Closest We’re Likely to Get To A Chinese Admission” (Of Losing 1000 Nuclear Missiles)

ETs/EDs (extraterrestrials/extradimensionals) of the the Liberation Forces are delighted by multiple reports from highly sensitive sources indicating that the Chinese are transferring ~200 officers into the PLA’s (People’s Liberation Army) elite 2nd Artillery Corps, which is responsible for China’s “Underground Great Wall” missile complexes  of MRBMs (medium range ballistic missiles) and ICBMs (intercontinental ballistic missiles), formerly 5000 strong, but now down 20%, following the raid by the ETs/EDs.


As detailed in that post,  ETs/EDs, at one devastating swipe, knocked the secure Chinese underground nuclear missile force down to 4000, causing wholesalesale havoc. Sources have indicated these officer transfers are NOT ”business as usual” and that there were no outgoing transfers reported. “You know what that means,” said a contact. Indeed.  Those replaced were quietly taken out and shot, with their organs harvested for transplant and their families billed  for the execution cartridge. While indirect, it is still evidence that something unusual and unprecedented occurred, and that fits with a response to the raid by the ETs/EDs.

Los Angeles (CNN) -- As a federal court prepares to rule on a challenge to Sirhan Sirhan's conviction in the Robert F. Kennedy assassination, a long overlooked witness to the murder is telling her story: She heard two guns firing during the 1968 shooting and authorities altered her account of the crime.

Nina Rhodes-Hughes wants the world to know that, despite what history says, Sirhan was not the only gunman firing shots when Kennedy was murdered a few feet away from her at a Los Angeles hotel.

"What has to come out is that there was another shooter to my right," Rhodes-Hughes said in an exclusive interview with CNN. "The truth has got to be told. No more cover-ups."

Her voice at times becoming emotional, Rhodes-Hughes described for CNN various details of the assassination, her long frustration with the official reporting of her account and her reasons for speaking out: "I think to assist me in healing -- although you're never 100% healed from that. But more important to bring justice."

Red Cross prepares Chicago for mass exodus during NATO Summit?

Chicago, Illinois is expected to swell with armed security forces during next month’s NATO Summit, but will that be enough to keep the Windy City under control? Officials are now readying a massive exit strategy to vacate the entire metropolis.

A memo has been sent out of the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Red Cross office that confirms that officials are already taking measures to handle an emergency of epic proportions during the upcoming NATO Summit, scheduled for the week of May 20 in the city of Chicago, 70 miles to the south. In addition to armed security forces expected to begin patrolling Chicago as early as this week, authorities are now making plans to usher residents up to Milwaukee in case the planned NATO protests cause an emergency that warrants an immediate evacuation of the city.

“The American Red Cross in southeastern Wisconsin has been asked to place a number of shelters on standby in the event of evacuation of Chicago,” reads a recent email sent out to Milwaukee-area volunteers of the emergency assistance organization. Chicago’s WLS News reports that the email states that the reason for stand-by is that the NATO Summit “may create unrest or another national security incident.”
