First Speech of Hillary Clinton since she fainted. Hillary Glitches Out of Frame. CGI?

CGI Glitches start around 20 minute mark and continue till the end, as Jim Stone points out. Also check out all the phone cameras as Hillary walks to the stage. Not one phone camera picks up Clinton as she passes by their camera.  Very Strange.  Some comments from the video suggest this is the same technology used for the 9/11 airplane video attacks.  Is this CGI overlay and green screen technology?

She is a CGI generated image, and the CGI glitched repeatedly. In the video these frames were pulled from, Hillary, (AND ONLY HILLARY) glitches repeatedly while the rest of the screen stays clear. In two frames out of the video the glitches are so bad she vanishes entirely in one, and almost completely vanishes in another. This can only happen if she is a CGI drop in. FACT: Hillary is DEAD or IN PRISON. Take a look at this:  




UPDATE: There are hecklers shouting F* Hillary. That does not matter, it only means a think tank figured that would make this more “real”.
