Obama fights ban on indefinite detention of Americans
Manhattan federal court Judge Katherine Forrest ruled in May that the indefinite detention provisions signed into law late last year by US President Barack Obama failed to “pass constitutional muster” and ordered a temporary injunction to keep the military from locking up any person, American or other, over allegations of terrorist ties. On Monday, however, federal prosecutors representing President Obama and Defense Secretary Leon Panetta filed a claim with the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals in hopes of eliminating that ban.
The plaintiffs "cannot point to a single example of the military's detaining anyone for engaging in conduct even remotely similar to the type of expressive activities they allege could lead to detention," Obama’s attorneys insist. With that, the White House is arguing that as long as the indefinite detention law hasn’t be enforced yet, there is no reason for a judge to invalidate it.

As you know there was another important date set for August 4th, 2012 which was interpreted to be an E.T. Disclosure date at the Olympics. Multiple sources were talking about this date including SaLuSa who is an E.T. from the Galactic Federation of Light, there was also a Crop Circle which appeared a couple of months ago which showed a Polar Clock displaying August 4th, and finally we had Sierra Neblina who said she bilocated to a space ship and witnessed the Queen of England being told that August 4th was a deadline for disclosure. Last week, the FDIC and the Fed issued a "Notice of Proposed Rulemaking" to adopt the Basel III capital requirements. If this new rule is adopted as proposed, gold would shift to a zero-risk weighting for purposes of calculating bank capital by the year 2015. Such a move would eventually place gold at the heart of global currency and payment systems -- seemingly a shift back towards a gold standard.
This action is a strong confirmation that gold's primary trend will likely continue.

Tonite, the HBO series Newsroom did a whining and utterly fictional story about the death of Osama bin Laden. For those of us of the intelligence community, bin Laden was a top CIA asset who died of kidney disease in 2001 after having consistently denied involvement in 9/11.
He said the US government and the Israelis did it.
Years of investigation has proven this beyond any doubt with thousands of pages of testimony, engineering studies and years of many of us tracking down the real killers.
Here is one of the worst moments of fictional TV journalism:
Our deepest sorrow and condolences go out to the US Navy personnel and any others who gave their lives to stage this political farce.
These include those who died in the crash at Abbottabad or were killed later in what was described as the least credible helicopter crash in history, 38 SEALS in a National Guard chopper than could barely hold 12.
