1. On Sept. 18 2016 Iraq printed in their Gazette that all requirements were completed for the Global Currency Reset.
2. On that Sept. 18 Zap said,"Every day that goes by I get more intelligence on our current state of affairs in respect to the releases, compensations of assets, movement of gold, support of the Royals to the reset and many other snippets that provide a very clear picture that we are indeed in the last leg of this global reset staging before the main event. It is all about to happen. No more waiting. The fundings that are coming to us are substantial and meant for our humanity. In the next week many money movements will take place. The expected releases will be completed and we will move forward to the project side and to the work ahead."
3. The next day on Sept. 19 2016 Dinar Chronicles printed a Situation Report:
A. All compliance elements by Abadi were turned in that needed to be, including the IMF (military and economic sovereignty) and UN (Paris Agreement).
B. There was also a public announcement both from the USA and in Iraq, but there's no trace it happened on line.
C. Dinar holders represent 20M of the 30M currency holders worldwide, so Iraq was made to go last for security reasons.
D. All 209 nation leaders are together for the RV, so everyone can look the other in the eye tomorrow during the general assembly.
E. The 71st UN General Assembly is the RV flash bang natural distraction.
F. NYC is on RV MILITARY ALPHA-ALPHA alert status, and they're hiding NYC's redemption security as standard UN protection.
G. The flash bombs were not dangerous, but they were threats of later assignation and disruption attempts at exchange centers, same thing was done with a final aerial attach in Syria at Aleppo by cabal forces. Both are idle threats of rebellion as the cabal at this point should be called more like "feeble" now.
H. The 2015 Paris Agreement was ratified at the G20 in Hangzhou when the US and China turned in their paperwork to the UN Secretary General last month.
I. The (UN) ceremony on Wednesday morning is just that - a ceremony with no administrative relevance other than a public show of global unity.
J. Obama and Biden have zero political or military power. Everything they are doing is ceremonial now, i.e. lame duck in the most absolute sense.
K. D. Europe stocks were seeing the worst week since June.
E. Deutsche was down 8.5%.
F. DAX was down 1.5%.

9. On Sept. 20 2016 at the UN, Iraq was announced as the final nation to receive the UN sovereignty designation and become its 209th good standing nation.
10. The Abadi announcement confirmed that all other sovereign nations would immediately implement the Paris Agreement and allowed all sovereign nations absolute access to new global gold standard financial system, plus allowed several nations to immediately revalue their national currency in monetary harmony with the new gold spot value now being set via the Shanghai Gold Exchange (SGE) and not London.
11. All sovereign nations worldwide had agreed through signed treaty to reset the world's financial system and abide by set compliance rules within the Paris Agreement. The RV therefore was now ready to begin freely without concern of being halted post release.

A. In the G20 meeting the Paris Agreement was ratified by all parties and it included the RV and GCR.
B. This week at the UN Iraq received complete sovereignty, their sanctions were removed, they became the 209th nation admitted into the UN World Counsel, and were instructed to revalue the Iraqi dinar immediately.
C. There had been a news black out in the US for 8 or 9 days, which was now lifted.
D. Iraqi Prime Minister Abadi finished meetings around 9 pm EST on Sept. 20 2016. There was a possibility that he headed back to Iraq to make the RV announcement.
E. Everything was printed in the Iraqi Gazette a couple of days ago. Iraq was done.
F. Early this morning of Sept. 20 2016 all new rates of world currency was alive and on the screens so those in the UN could see their revalued currency.
G. The Central Bank of Iraq was hooked up to the IEX (which replaced the Forex) and the final access codes were ready to be entered.
H. They were completely fully staffed at the redemption centers. All was ready to go for the internet public and other private groups.
I. The bad guys around the world have been removed, arrested or taken care of.
J. The rates are very good to our knowledge. They may have gone slightly up.
K. We are looking for a sort of any time now scenario. A back wall date? I hear there was. Could take a couple of days? Could be.
L. There was question whether Wells Fargo was the lead bank because things going on. Yes, Wells Fargo was the lead bank and they were working with HSBC, AIIB of China, and Abbott Downing. Everything was intact.
M. There is plenty of liquidity to fund us at the redemption centers.
N. Major humanitarian funding agencies were fully liquid and about to start their funding this week.
O. There might be a slight delay for the 800 numbers.
16. Dr. Clarke reported that, "Everything is right on schedule.UN meetings this week were to finalize, validate & move. It is our opinion that this Wed. Sept. 21 2016, is a key date to see what happens immediately thereafter. Next weekend, Sunday Sept. 25 and Mon. Sept. 26 are BIG dates as we head to Sept. 30. Everything within the plan is coming to fruition and set to move right now.
