Here's How Our Minds Are Creating Reality by @LightAlexander

By Julie Alexander, HumansAreFree.com

Are we all creating our own reality? Do our internal beliefs create our outer world? Could we create a completely different world if we changed how we think?

Do we see what we want to see, does what we believe to be true, become true just because we believe it?

We are all supposed to be creating our own realities, if this is so with each passing thought we are changing our world.

If we see negativity around us, we get a negative world and if we see positivity in everything we get a positive world.

We can make our world awful and destructive or we can make our world happy and productive. Each of us is sending out thoughts to the universal flow, the sea of consciousness. Our thoughts are energy.

Can we really change everything that is wrong with the world by using the power of our thoughts?

Dr Masaru Emoto

Dr Masaru Emoto spent years studying the power and potential of water, eventually in 1994 he decided to freeze water and it was by using this method that he discovered that water reacted to loving and hateful thoughts and words.

He froze water subjected to both of these thoughts and words and the loving words produced beautiful crystals and the hateful words produced chaotic ugly crystals.

Water exposed to the word “thank you” formed beautiful uniformed crystals while the water exposed to “you fool" created deformed crystals.

This is a photograph taken of water after being exposed to the words “Love & Gratitude”.

Both sets of photographs below have been taken from Dr Masaru Emoto’s book ‘Messages from Water and the Universe’.

Doctor Emoto carried out an experiment using a group of 500 people living all over Japan.

They were asked to send loving thoughts and prayers to a vial of tap water on his desk in his office. This water had previously been frozen and photographed and had shown malformed crystals.

The message sent by thought was “the water on Doctor Emoto’s desk at his Tokyo, Shinagawa office has become clean, thank you very much”.

Three minutes into the experiment they froze the water in his office again and it produced a beautiful crystal. See below.

We are all made of water. If thoughts and words can affect water they can affect us all, humans, animals and plants.

Ho’oponopono & Dr Len

Ho’oponopono was practised by Dr Hew Len on criminally insane patients in a ward at the Hawaii state hospital. He worked at the hospital from 1984 to 1987.

The ward was depressing and the patients were aggressive and violent, the staff  disliked going to work because of the atmosphere in the ward and were regularly taking days off as sick leave.

When Dr Len started to work there he never saw a single patient, he simply reviewed the patient’s files and cleared himself using Ho’oponopono, he kept saying “I’m sorry” and “I love you” over and over.

Most of the patients ultimately recovered and many were released, in the end there were too many staff members and not enough patients.

The secret “I was simply healing the part of me that created them” states Dr Len.

Ho’oponopono heals negative feelings and reactions. It can be practiced anywhere and doesn’t require people to adopt a new belief system or religion.

Dr Len used the simplest form of Ho’oponopono, whereby you only have to say, I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

As part of the law of attraction, Ho’oponopono states that we are ultimately 100 percent responsible for everything that crosses our path, including the not so pleasant.

It doesn’t mean it is our fault it just means we are all responsible for healing ourselves and whatever we see in our lives that appears to be a problem.

When we take full responsibility and clear negativity within ourselves, life begins to open up and flow.

Loving, positive, grateful thoughts can heal the universe, ourselves included.

Group Meditation

It has been shown on numerous occasions that group meditation can have a powerful effect.

An experiment in the summer of 1993 in Washington DC is one example of this.

Practitioners of Transcendental Meditation from around the world gathered together in the DC area, they focussed their thoughts on decreasing violent crime in the Washington D.C. area.

The experiment started with 800 people and by the end of the two week period there were 4,000 people.

Violent crime had been on the increase in the Washington D.C. area and while the group meditated the violent crime figures dropped by 23% and stayed well below the prediction for that two week period.

The chances of this happening have been worked out to 2 in 1 billion.

The 27 member project review board made up of independent scientists and civic leaders when testing the results of this experiment could find no other explanation for this dramatic drop in crime, the only solution they could come up with was the group meditation.

Conclusion

Dr Len, Dr Masaru Emoto and the Transcendental Meditation Group found proof that loving positive thoughts have a remarkable effect. They can change water and human behaviour.

These examples prove to me that we have created our reality with our negative thought patterns, which is a pretty scary thought, one we would rather not believe.

I am sure I wouldn’t want to create such an awful reality as this. I can only think that by being aware of what was going on in the world today and by not doing anything about it I did create this reality.

My lack of inaction when I observed the corruption and misery in the world somehow allowed it to continue. We all do it to survive; we have to push awful observations to the back of our minds to cope with it all. This is the problem we are all faced with.

One amazing outcome regarding all of this information is this; if we have created such an awful reality we can also create a happy, loving, abundant reality just by being aware and changing our thought patterns to more positive ones, this can’t be done all of the time but any changes, however small will have a dramatic affect.

I don’t mean blindly forcing ourselves to think positively even when we don’t.

I think we need to truly feel love and gratitude from our heart centres, truly believe in what we are doing. Go to a place of understanding and empathy, truly feel how others feel and come from a place of love and gratitude.

Love is more powerful than anything else. Love can overcome what has happened to our world. We need to be more loving more aware of where our energy goes.

Look within, find the love and understanding within yourselves, where are your words and actions coming from a place of love or a place of fear?

We need to spend less time focussing on fear based thoughts and more time finding heart based solutions, to absolutely everything, it’s much better than burying our heads in the sand.

We need to face our fears and move forward and do whatever we can, however insignificant we feel it may be, a kind word, a smile, cost nothing, and can have a much bigger impact than we think.

We are all much more powerful than we realise. We all need to tap into this positive creative power.

If we all did this tomorrow, the world would change instantly. A world full of love and gratitude, how wonderful that will be for us all.

Happy loving people, joyful children, no more hunger or homelessness, no more poverty, misery or despair and definitely no more wars of any kind.

Love would rain down on us all and the earth would smile once more.
Anything is possible. We just need to believe in the power of our own minds.

We all have this innate gift within us. Let’s use it! I’m going to give it a go, are you?
