One of the best presentations ever created by David Icke, exposing the Saturn and Moon matrix that has mind controlled humanity for thousands if not millions of years.  The beings who are associated with the Saturn Councils, gods, and secret groups from earth have been indoctrinating humanity on a conscious and subconscious level for generations.  

Some of these groups are now coming to the forefront acting as benevolent races, which some are, but these groups and beings have also been controlled and still are by the Saturn Councils/Elohim/False Gods for untold millennia.

Some of these Saturn controlled groups are now preparing for evacuation from the current time-line of earth.  They are creating temporal time anomalies that are created in a void outside of humanities current "ascension" time-line.  These Saturn groups will enter these time voids and move to another time line as they believe they cannot survive the earth/sun/humanity spiritual frequency shift.

Dratzo! Necessary initial movement of funding is now occurring in its own due time. This process was set in motion nearly five years ago, and requires that the Elders let go and rely on what is now called the primary motion. It is this motion that frees all who were involved from this task and gladly gives it up to Heaven. Herein there is a divine purpose. Long ago, vast uncountable sums were set aside to begin this final action, and the process has at last been formally instituted. Now, all that is left is a sacred act that Heaven has longed for. This means that the final release and distribution of monies is close at hand!

   During the past millennium, the Masters have set up this system and passed it on to the Elders and their Royal counterparts. Those given this power long ago began the final means to manifest both this new currency release and the rise of the much-anticipated NESARA Republic. These actions are to quash the illegal USA, Inc and its corollary, the present Presidential administration. It is this procedure that is to throw out the old and introduce the new. In short, the new ways are to completely cancel out the old!

   In this regard please understand the immensities of what is now to happen. We are to see not only the rise of global peace but the advent of global prosperity and a giant opening to disclosure as well. Dratzo! Many signs now indicate that we are actually moving closer to the much-anticipated deliveries. The numerous delays and their accompanying glitches have reached a most critical point. We continue to fully expect your promised deliveries to eventually occur. This process, as noted in previous reports, is taking far too long to successfully execute. The constant delays by the deliverers is appalling. At times, their frequent excuses would appear planned. The distribution process should not be a hit-or-miss procedure. It would be much easier to work in large and complete delivery batches to achieve a success.

   To us, these ongoing delays are an omen that, in reality, there is still an undercurrent of an internal argument between those who wish to succeed and those who indirectly do not. We know that such large programs can be easily set up to do as one truly desires. It is a sign of planned incompetence when each attempt at a workable delivery system proves unsuccessful. We possess technology that could easily achieve these goals in a most secure manner. The time is now ripe to use a simple saying: Either one decides to 'fish or cut bait'. Ultimately the decision rests with the deliverers.

   The current process is forcing the banks to reactivate long-abandoned procedures. A new method would be more able to allow the endless amounts of money to be successfully selected instead of being repeatedly recounted. A revamped procedure would make it possible to discover the means to quickly correct any previous mistakes. In this regard, it is hoped that a final solution be adapted and successfully utilized in very short order!

This was caused by those who seek anonymity and hence desire for these monies to be delivered in as ceremonial a way as possible. What is now required is your continued patience combined with the knowledge that all of our plans are truly being readied to unfold. In this regard, we simply ask all to remain in a positive mode, ready to receive the great gifts to be given them by Heaven. Therefore wonderful surprises are nearly ready for dispersal.

   There is presently a deep desire for everyone concerned to complete all deliveries. Be prepared for some movement to happen suddenly. The time is arriving for some swift action. We expect this to occur quickly but initially to be almost unnoticeable. Therefore, it is vital that you remain ready to act as efficiently as possible when certain undeniable actions are fully noted. A mode for delivery is to suddenly appear and then, to quickly disappear. Given the precedents that have already been set, these irrational actions are something you should now be fully prepared for.

   In this regard, please note that all of this is being played out in the context of the highly subversive delaying game of the Cabal. Selamat Jalwa! The basic tasks of preparing for delivery appear to be completed. We continue however to be baffled by the apparent lack of any coherent design for a mass delivery and this continues to amaze us. Yet despite the lack of a finished grand plan, we are confident that ultimately the sets of deliveries promised will be given to all. Hence, we remain amazed by the progress that is being accomplished without any apparent plan of action. In other words, despite this chaotic process things are progressing well. It is this unwieldiness that makes us believe that we are moving forward!

   The Galactic "plan" continues to be in force. We therefore expect to see a massive degree of specially directed activity. All of the cabal's remaining ploys are systematically being defeated and signs of success are surely unfolding. These indications mean that soon these deliveries will be ready to go. Something wonderful is about to occur. Therefore be aware that many special circumstances are indeed in effect.

   The oddities that surround this project have become clearly evident. We are convinced as noted earlier that something wonderful is about to happen. This coming time is surely one to be expressed with a feeling of fulfillment and joy. Everything is being readied to be swiftly rolled out. We expect the remaining necessary tasks to be completed and any further hidden stages in this process to be secretly complied with. These currencies are to be gold-backed and are to contain US notes. There are to be no Federal Reserve dollars in these assigned deliveries. Hence, they are to spell the demise of the US Federal Reserve and quite shortly are to signal the formal rise of your new NESARA Republic. This simply means that we are to officially observe the start of a number of major arrests of the heinous scalawags of the dark. Oh Happy days for us all!!

   These coming times are to ultimately demonstrate the deep commitment of those in charge to giving us our prosperity and the formal establishment of our NESARA Republic. We are truly grateful to all in both Heaven and Earth for finishing their grand assignments! This is no small achievement. It simply implies that all is now well and in good order. Much is still left to be done. Know as well that certain elements are coming together that are to isolate the dark’s minions from you and permit the new NESARA Republic to come into being.

   The monetary resources you require are again moving forward at a truly divine speed. Dratzo! As before, the monies are gradually moving forward. Since this movement is proceeding in the most cautious manner, it is difficult for all of this to unfold as swiftly as we prefer. There are indeed scalawags and rapscallions everywhere. However, remember that there are those who are quite capable of ensuring the guaranteed safety of every shipment. The present procedures are therefore quite unnecessary. Thus, we ask that the methods we have so kindly suggested be vigorously adopted.

When this takes place, we deeply believe that the current situation can be quickly remedied. At present, the ways employed stretch this payment system to a method even slower than one can imagine. We realize as noted before that the dark cabal is still able to retain vestiges of power. What is now required is to accelerate arrest cycles of the cabal and simply sweep them and their illegal USA, INC from power. There are in truth vast sums of gold and other precious metals to ensure a swift compliance to ending this sad reality and instead setting up NESARA and its wondrous flag!

Let us do this as quickly as possible so we can eliminate all the odd agreements that are currently “gumming up” the works. Dratzo! The distribution game is entering its next stage. Those in charge are moving toward a more selective system to more easily and securely move funds. It is believed that, in this way, all major receivers can be "hydrated" more quickly. As stated previously, this complex process needs to be completed in a swifter and more comprehensive way.

   As the whole reality moves forward, this procedure requires the speedy rise of the new NESARA Republic. It seems that a delay should concern everyone. We need this republic simply because it can allow for the quick isolation of the dark ones and their insane USA, INC. The implementation of new currencies, and other related activities, can then proceed as originally planned. In effect, the whole set of stages can then take on a much-needed degree of faster regularity.

   Why is there continuing delay to ending the suffering created by this abominable government? This illegal government, USA, Inc, has been allowed to exist despite its supposed demise for the past 18 months. Furthermore, why is the present global banking system still in effect and why has the Federal Reserve been permitted to act as it does despite the warning supposedly given it by the World court in The Hague? These are indeed some of our many quandaries.

Selamat Jalwa! Despite various worries, the movement toward distribution continues. A number of new criteria are being added that could create a slight delay. We were told by the Elders and their many associates that we are again approaching a breakout point. Those in charge of this complex process know that the first distributions are nearing a release point. Due to this procedure, it is believed that those selected to be first are anxiously awaiting this decision. Thus, we have been informed that we must be prepared for some truly exciting news!

   As you can see, there is much that is close to happening, namely, the actual start of the formal circulation of US Treasury-based notes. These are gold-backed and can easily destroy the US Federal Reserve Bank. This new reality is also designed to lead to the rapid collapse of the illegal and de facto USA, INC. It is to efficiently be replaced by the new NESARA Republic. The cornerstone in the making of this new realm is your new governance and its financial system.

   Meanwhile we are concentrating on our objectives. The main one is, of course, to insure that these re-evaluated currencies are successfully given to the people of this surface reality. We realize what all of this truly represents. It is the means whereby the dark cabal can be defeated and a new free and prosperous time can finally commence for you. Dratzo! The most important point is that the key movement continues to go forward. The dark can no longer continue to delay the setting up of each delivery batch. The only way they can interfere now is in how each delivery is assembled and carefully checked out. This means that any possible attempt at a delay is built into this system, which usually takes a matter of days to accomplish. Thus, while this is a tedious process, it is clearly successful. We expect this procedure to continue and to be able to move thoroughly and securely from one delivery to the next with no more prolonged delays.

   

As this continues, the prime belief is that this secured system can be easily accelerated. This is determined by the rate of examination of each batch. This is why the various banks used in this system have been reduced to mere providers who are part of a thorough group of those appointed to this special task. Thus, it is highly unlikely that any of the delays of the past are still possible. In effect, we expect this process to shortly begin delivery to you. Indeed, this present system is both timely and effective.

   The strong belief that delivery of the prosperity packages is to happen is due to the simple fact that these packages are close to approval for the final stage of delivery to their assigned destinations. Many amazing things are close to happening! 

   This process of forward movement is rapidly becoming unstoppable. Those in charge of forging the new governance sense just how close all of this really is. USA, INC realizes that once these new gold-backed monies are truly released, their demise is inevitable. This strange procedure is seemingly mitigating the reasons behind the new security prevalent in the entire delivery system. Our liaisons are now dedicated to a successful conclusion in this very complicated situation. We expect a number of unique procedures to be cleared. These can efficiently permit all upper levels of the payout system to be shortly resolved.

   These various scenarios are things that pop up every day. We have determined to work out a smooth conclusion to these many acquired difficulties and to reorder the Light. We can then finally overcome the apparent tepidness of our colleagues. These tendencies are slowly dissolving and allowing the general payouts to go forward. In addition, the dark now fully realizes that its continued delays are arriving at their well-deserved conclusion. It is believed by all that some interesting counteracting effects are close to being manifested.    All of this is the reason the current holdup is nearing its end. We fully expect the final dispersal is approaching. The dark cabal seemingly does not realize just how desperate their current situation really is. They somehow feel that a rescue is going to happen. They are simply kidding themselves. The current situation is a ruse that is preparing to come down very hard upon them. We look forward to the inevitability of their tragic fate.    All of this is, of course, on the horizon. The dark in some way understands that their ruse has been discovered. It knows sincerely that their present illegal USA, Inc is close to being finished. They know, too, that the old reality can no longer hold! They know deep within just how close they are to all of these horrible outcomes starting to take effect. Insanely, they continue to strengthen the cases against them. Hence, we now expect this realm to be altered very quickly once the present set of complications can be put aside. The rascals of the night, the cabal, realize that the current period of nothingness signifies how the cabal can, to a certain extent, still control what goes on. Consequently, the Elders are cautiously monitoring the pace of change. Our liaisons still report that the process to commence a massive arrest is nearly complete. The present American de facto regime remains fully aware of its current shortcomings. The end is growing near as the current regime displays the emptiness that has largely characterized its official movements. The Light, as noted earlier, is readying itself for a possible breakthrough in due time. As usual, things are popping just below the surface. The elements of this odd reality stay as disjointed as ever. A strange sort of malaise is the dominant condition of this time. All of this is not destined to last much longer. The dark is beginning to notice the unusual rhythm that we have installed just beneath their feet. All is in divine timing and something the cabal can no longer ignore.

   You are in a time that is still not in synch with reality. Do not be confused by it. The underlying basic rhythms are gaining needed strength at a pace set by the Divine. This subterranean element is designed to weaken and upset the operation of this realm. Above this relative calm stands the distraught ways of the dark cabal. These chaotic tones are to shortly lay waste to the supposed victories of the dark. A sort of odd concerto is making it impossible for the dark to carry out what it now proposes. The forces of the Light are therefore waiting for the right time to come forth and quickly dissolve the current situation that is still gripping the last bits of the old reality. Dratzo! A slowed but steady pace is now in effect. Processes continue that put security over delivery. Those who represent the old cabal are fighting hard, and producing a series of worrisome protracted delays. It is a strategy that is returning our allies to a more cautious attitude. We are reminded of how well the dark likes complexity. It is the last stand of these dark ones and the last means of further delaying our strategy. Yet part of a new timetable is shortly to meet with success. A number of old items currently require our attention. All of the other pathways are to be reopened. The dark minions are finally to be arrested, their activities revealed and a prosperous reality unveiled. Until then, we need to ask you to be patient. Your grand reward is close to fruition. Those who have been in power for so long are shortly to be vanquished. Although our progress has been slow it is nevertheless succeeding. This corrupt and tyrannical, illegal governance is being squeezed out. A new time is nearly here!

   A wondrous scenario is readying a new global financial system. It is something that is truly worth its present and surreptitious nature. Continuing the current operation in such a peculiar way assures its overall success. At present, we are awaiting a number of key steps that still need to be announced. Once these tasks are finished, we are to finally terminate the Federal Reserve Bank. This one major step legitimizes the new gold-backed global monetary system! Meanwhile, the dark's counterpunches are in place as well, confirming that special security is more than justified. Because of what is transpiring, we have set up safety points to counteract and defeat the heinous goals of the dark. The first much-needed monies are in the process of being delivered to their destinations. These initial successes show just how well formulated are our plans for defeating the dark's evil designs. This whole complex set of special strategies is proving just how effective our joint defenses truly are. Using these successes we intend to create ongoing tactics that can defeat the well-equipped forces of the dark. Hence, we are very close to a justly earned triumph over them. We are allocating the time remaining in this Gregorian month to complete the rest of our complicated plans. These are to allow us in due course to complete a massive arrest of the dark leadership, and finally to put an end to their nefarious goals for our defeat. Certainly, the end is approaching for the dark old order that ran this surface reality for nearly 13 millennia!

   A general purge of the current American republic is under way. In truth, it was founded in 1871 and is the play child of the American autocracy. It is to be toppled by the true, de facto NESARA Republic. The completion of this project remains unclear. We are told that the current incoming administration is to declare this republic, but we remain unconvinced of this and are laying out a blueprint to see that this does indeed occur. We have therefore concentrated on assuring that this goal stays on track and becomes a manifested reality. To that end, we are carefully observing this new administration to ensure that it still plans to announce the new republic. Once this does manifest, plans exist to spread a global alteration that is to modify how this worldwide geopolitical system operates. Dratzo! After several further serious discussions about the reasons for an ever-changing “philosophie de guerre,” the funding projects continue to move forward. Essential differences concerned how the new post-prosperity world was to be governed. The lack of a thorough worldview was exposed and, in an earnest series of in-depth discussions, reviewed by all parties, a detailed agenda was proclaimed. We are presently united in a number of goals and the timing to correctly implement them. This much-needed prologue occurred owing to a number of attempted shenanigans employed by the illegal US Corp. What is exciting is that we are truly on the same page. The new governance is a revolutionary and diverse group of individuals who, at times, have not always worked harmoniously together. This organic process has gone through its own quiet revolution and emerged whole. We are changing many fundamental processes and formulating a way for the group to successfully manage this very complex situation. This has resulted in a style that can now produce a really wondrous set of required solutions! Selamat Jalwa! We start today with a brief progress report. Currency items that are earmarked for distribution are in the process of being readied. We know that it has been a long and difficult journey for all. It is therefore important that you know that those at the top of the various distribution levels are preparing to initiate a most amazing process. Once launched, and barring unforeseen circumstances, this process is expected to take over a month to complete. As you know, it has been a truly arduous journey for all. Delivery of prosperity funds is simply the initial stage of this intricate operation. We know that the protracted length of this procedure was complicated by the imperative to keep these actions secure and above board. It therefore created the commitment to go as slow as was necessary. Our purpose was to work with our allies and keep them satisfied about what was unfolding. This series of requirements forced us into a very slow and deliberate mode. Thus, it has taken over two decades to finish this component of our large and complex project. It is our joy to see that your consciousness and perception of this task have allowed a better comprehension of what this journey is all about.

When we first arrived on your beautiful shores, we immediately sensed what was occurring. The Anunnaki were still the Overlords of this surface world, and treated their minions with a firm but velvet glove. It was your position to obey with few or no questions asked. This unfair reality caused us much pain for what you were enduring. We immediately discovered who was in charge of the Holy Light of Heaven’s accomplishments. At first, they were suspicious of our presence but gradually, they began to develop trust. Your Ascended Masters were our patrons, and through them our sacred project was explained to all. Nevertheless, it took us more than two decades to develop the degree of trust required to successfully attain our series of projects. Once achieved, we were able to implement projects that involved both the Masters' secret sacred societies and the Agarthans. During this time, we increased the number of ships in our fleet and completed the training of those assigned to mentor you. These projects are, of course, continuing.

Dratzo! Events are moving forward. The top of the RV payout is now in place. This means that the deliveries of the prosperity funds are very close to actually occurring. We expect this process ultimately to lead to the formal announcement of NESARA and the new American Republic. This series of operations is to follow in a set sequence, and a number of joint legal decisions are to ensure that it is quickly and efficiently carried out. Thus, we anticipate that numerous actions are to follow one another so this new reality can be properly manifested. These sequences are to be followed swiftly with full disclosure of our benevolent existence! At that time, as noted previously, we are to broadcast a brief outline of possible actions that are to lead to a potential time for mass landings. Each of these events is linked to the other. A long series of meetings involving the different factions has contributed to a very complex timetable. This process has brought together various teams, assisting us in moving forward! Hence, we ask for patience as these joint timetables are taking place.

The whole process of altering this planetary society has been much more complicated than first imagined. This realm was initially conceived of by the Anunnaki as a land that possessed a primary belief that those in power were invincible. Thus, the present group of minions saw themselves as Beings capable of overcoming anything that might reduce or end their power. This belief is now receding as, day by day, Heaven aims a burst of positive and consciousness-raising energies at humanity. We have watched as our earthly partners succeeded in altering this negative belief and initiated a series of major arrests among this global group of minions. The aim of this operation is to ensure that prosperity leads directly into a GESARA for this long-suffering world. Step by step, this is indeed becoming the case!

These events are part of a larger project, which is to form the foundation of the realm where we intend to land when the divine time is right. This is a continuation of a position that we, with the Ascended Masters, wish to complete in the very near future. Gaia’s peoples are in the midst of an ever-growing series of population cycles. Our responsibility is to make sure that the most critical aspects of this globe achieve the funds required to set up a number of key objectives. These include fresh water, electrification and a modern sewage system. It is horrifying to us that most of this planet lacks the means to connect to the Internet and to live at night in an electrified environment.
