In order to understand all this information that is being presented to you M1’s, Marcos, Trustees, Claimants you firstly have to understand the ORDER, the STRUCTURE and the PLAN. Various alternative news sites are filled to overflowing with news about a new “US currency” being released.  The gullibility of some parties and especially some of those who are eagerly spreading information (along with disinformation and every rumor imaginable) never ceases to amaze me.
Please understand and grasp the fact that the words “United States of America” are not protected property.  They are not copyrighted and not patented.  As a result there are now over 350 different entities calling themselves some version of “United States” or “United States of America”.  They are a mish-mash of patriotic organizations and fraud schemes.

The one responsible for this latest bit of nonsense is calling itself “The United States of America” (as opposed to “the United States of America”, etc.) and is run out of Costa Rica by Frank O’Collins and Keith Livingway.  If you look at the tag line on this announcement you will see that it is issued by “Reign of Heaven”--- a cultish organization based on the historical and religious researches of Frank O’Collins.

Back in the 1980’s Keith Livingway discovered that something was wrong and caught onto the ending of the bankruptcy of “the United States of America, Inc.” and basically, he went to the bankruptcy sale and bought the office of “Postmaster General” via a claim on abandonment.  This is the same as buying a brand name, like “Twinkies”.

Like many others, Keith made the mistake of thinking the governmental services corporation was the actual government and he has clung ever since to his belief that he “captured” the lawful office of United States Post Master (Ben Franklin’s office) via his action.  A quick glance at the actual title dispenses with this claim.  Keith claims to be the Postmaster General--- this is a corporate office that never existed prior to the Civil War.  In other words, it is another deceptively similarly named corporate office and never represented any actual office in any sovereign government and certainly not the Office of the Post Master entrusted to act as the Trustee of our country’s land jurisdiction---which is the office Keith claims to hold by these dubious means.

2. My grievance in dialogue with you to date has two aspects :-

In order to wholesomely accept that claim, I, - and I am sure others - need to observe a certain substance, which is not forthcoming.

If I may quote your own words to answer, in part, your points here. You once stated to Ms Hudes that the subject of the Global Debt Facility was “Cloaked in Secrecy”, which is totally correct. For that reason I, in any article posted, have only issued information that can be publicly revealed until such time as the International Treasury Controller establishes a way to de-classify specific documents. Everyone needs understand that our government is not in any “interregnum” as the result of a governmental services corporation going bankrupt.

I just want to send out a little LOVE to all the Bar Association Members out there who are feeling like I really hate their guts and want to bash their rice bowls and do all sorts of mean, bad, and nasty things to them. (It’s probably just an overactive guilty conscience, indigestion, or the flu.)

Hi Karen, I am part of a group of individuals in West Virginia who are working to establish a constitutional civil government to replace the corrupt imposter we currently endure. I have been following your plight for some time. I believe the Aurum currency is an excellent idea, however I have a few concerns. I realize you are busy with the liens and all but if you can find time to respond I would greatly appreciate it. Aurum is currently available from a private entity, will they remain involved and do they have proprietary property rights to the technology/name? [I purchased a few samples for myself–much more stable method than ‘gold backed’ currency] You may not be aware but our state constitution is unique and opens up possible avenues for the re-establishment of sound government. Obviously, a sound and secure government MUST have a sound currency. I have read the Monetary Agreement you provided in a link.

Will the United States be a sovereign nation IF it receives it’s gold? Sounds more like the gold belongs to the World Bank and is loaned at a fee (1/4 of 1%). I would hate to see us shed the cloak of the Network of Global Corporate Control and end up in a more precarious position. Sorta like jumping out of the frying pan into the fire. Is the gold being returned to it’s rightful owners or does the ‘ownership’ remain with the World Bank/IMF or another world entity?

Dear Arthur,

We are not going from the frying pan to the fire. The gold is not loaned at a fee. It is a one-time payment to some people who think they are owed something on the global currency reset; they call themselves “redeemers” . The fee is going to the persons that are authenticated (by the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF) to sign for that individual transaction. There are a number of potential authenticated signatories, and the Board of Governors is going to authenticate the signatories on a transaction-by-transaction basis, to make sure that the world is not held hostage any more. The gold is not returned to its “rightful owners.” After 50 years and the statute of limitations, the gold is simply in the Global Debt Facility and can be handed over to the beneficiaries in their currencies, which is what is happening. The US is a sovereign nation, along with the rest of the nations in the world. Hopefully all of the states will revert to constitutional governments, and there will be an end to state capture.
