“On the Southwest part of the Archuleta Mesa, we built an underground facility the better part of three cubic miles hollowed out underground. And to the southwest of that, we were in the process of the early stages of building, we drilled four large tunnel-like holes, some of them ran two and a half miles underneath the surface. . . . The drilling machines that were used were at the rate of two miles a day, it was fairly rapid. The equipment kept coming up broken. So we wanted to send somebody down there, a human observer . . . to find out what was going on.” 

Above is a quote given by Phil Schneider, who spent two years travelling around the country leaking some very sensitive information. One day, a friend of his named Al Pratt, along with the manager of the apartment complex where Phil lived, found him dead in his apartment. While his death was originally attributed to a stroke, many believe he was murdered for leaking this information.

Phil’s story has gained a lot of attention from UFO researchers, and that’s because his story never changed, and has been corroborated by other people as well. It also aligns with a lot of other information that has been leaked on this subject.

Phil himself claimed to be a government contractor who specialized in engineering and geology. He was tasked multiple times with building underground military facilities.

Now, keep in mind that deep underground military facilities are no conspiracy theory; even in-bottom and under-bottom bases beneath the ocean are most likely a reality. Plans to begin this type of construction began long ago. For example, in 1968, the Stanford Research Institute discussed the construction of dozens of undersea bases in a study titled “Feasibility of Manned In-Botton Bases.”

White Hat Military Destroy Cabal's Deep Underground Military Bases Off of Southern California By High Tech Directed Energy Weapons

Kent Dunn says that this morning at 10:30am , 26th of January 2017.  The White Hats detected signals coming out of the San Francisco, California area.  The signals were being sent to Bouvet Island which is were "they" (cabal) were conducting cyber attacks. White Hat military unleashed their directed energy weapons and "blew up" the cabals underground bases in San Diego.  If you were in the area of San Diego you may have heard a "big boom".  The cabal's underground base had communications equipment which was destroyed by the directed energy weapons.  Kent Dunn says their is still another cabal base operating out of northern California, but White Hat's are waiting for the cabal to activate the equipment before they take them out.

Correction 1/27:  Thank you to A.F., R.W., T.P., R.M., the real name of the island the cabal was trying to send communication signals to is known as Bouvet Island in the extreme south Atlantic ocean.  Bouvet Island, is very isolated from civilization, and there is even an article about how this Island is operated by the NWO.  Check out this link for additional information about Bouvet Island and the NWO.  It would seem logical that earthquake sensors would pick up and record these events so I went and checked out the Earthquake Track Website to see if anything of significance occurred during the specific time Kent mentioned.  No earthquakes occurred today on January 26th according to the website but I checked news reports and some amazing confirmation appeared from some local news channels in San Diego.

Fox 5 San Diego News reported on January 24th, with a headline reading "Mysterious ‘booms’ heard around San Diego County" and then on the following day, 25th, reported "Cause of ‘booms’ remains mystery".

When you stop and ask what the average American man or woman what they think about their government, the typical answer you get is that it is not responsive to their needs.

And many will also state further that they believe that instead of serving the needs of the common man the government appears to be more concerned with serving its own needs, that is the needs of the elected politicians themselves and wealthy, powerful, elite special interests they represent.

You will also often hear resentment expressed about the USG continuing to embark on expensive foreign wars and its doling out billions of dollars to the leaders of foreign nations as foreign aid while not adequately providing for the American taxpayers who provide the funds used in the first place.

Politicians are elected by social contract, a sacred trust that is best summarized as this: “If we entrust you with power to rule over us and lead us, we expect you to represent our interests and obey your Oath to the Constitution. You need to make laws which represent our interests as We The People and not on the behalf of special interest groups or the wealthy elites.”

Right now if you ask, most middle-aged Americans will respond that their government is failing them at all levels and has not fulfilled this basic social contract they have been entrusted with when they are elected and allowed to assume political office.

Philip Schneider died on Januarv 17, 1996, shortly after conducting several controversial lectures throughout the US, including Denver where he covered topics such as, Space-Defense, black helicopters, railroad cars built with shackles, extraterrestrials and the secret black budget.

He was reportedly strangled by a catheter found wrapped around his neck – the bizarre death being dismissed by the authorities as suicide.

If the circumstances of his death seem highly controversial, they are matched by the controversy over his public statements uttered shortly before his death.

Philip Schneider was a self-taught geologist and explosives expert. Of the 1,477 underground bases around the world, 129 deep underground facilities of which were located in the United States, he claimed to have worked on 13.

Two of these bases were major, including the much rumored bioengineering facility at Dulce, New Mexico.

At Dulce, Schneider maintained, "gray" humanoid extraterrestrials worked side by side with American technicians. In 1979, a misunderstanding arose. In the ensuing shootout, 66 Secret Service, FBI and Black Berets were killed along with an unspecified number of "grays".

Phil Schneider is an ex-government geologist and structural engineer who was involved in building underground military bases around the United States, (possessing a level 3 security clearance, "Rhyolite 38"), and to be one of only three people to have survived a deadly battle in which 66 American and NATO "Delta Force" soldiers were killed. This battle occurred in 1979 between Grey Aliens, U.S. Military and NATO Forces at an underground base inside Dulce, NM.

Philip Schneider's life was certainly as controversial as his death. He was born on April 23, 1947 at Bethesda Navy Hospital. Philip's parents were Oscar and Sally Schneider. Oscar Schneider was a Captain in the United States Navy, worked in nuclear medicine and helped design the first nuclear submarines. Captain Schneider was also part of OPERATION CROSSROADS, which was responsible for the testing of nuclear weapons in the Pacific AT Bikini Island. In a lecture videotaped in May 1996, Philip Schneider claimed that his father, Captain Oscar Schneider, was also involved with the infamous "Philadelphia Experiment." In addition, Philip claimed to be an ex-government structural engineer who was involved in building underground military bases (DUMB) around the country, and to be one of only three people to survive the 1979 incident between the alien Grays and U.S. military forces at the Dulce underground base.
