But, as with anything to do with the financial world, the rat pack of bankster cabalists have infested it at the highest levels to subvert the program for their own devious plans to control the world. History is replete with personalities whose aspirations to run the world are well known: Alexander the Great, Genghis Khan, Julius Caesar, Adolph Hitler….are just a few who come to mind. Why is it such a stretch to believe that that same lust for power is not present today? 2018 – The year the American dream is restored?

First of all, we’d like to wish everyone a Happy New Year as 2018 will definitely be a year to remember and history will mark it as a turning point for the US if not the world. What’s coming in the next 12 months will be unsettling for some, long past due for others but will be remembered as a cleansing of the planet.

But before we go forward, it’s important we revisit and review the past so the information is fresh in our minds as in everything, it is connected. Nothing is created out of a vacuum so we will attempt, in the coming weeks, to provide the trail so that everyone can connect the dots on the sophisticated scam that has been perpetrated on the world for the past decades.

As has been and always will be our emphasis, the coming storm from the White Hats and affiliates will concentrate on the world financial sector. We’ve made it our objective to expose the criminal fraud perpetrated on the people of the world by the banksters. That onslaught will not abate but will increase in both intensity and documentation in the coming weeks.

Greetings To All of You, I am safely home again and I thank you all for indulging my absence.

Time to move to a clean thread since the last comment count was pretty large.

After some consideration, I have decided to remove the DEFCON system. In its place, just have your material handy and organized, and await word from whence it cometh.

We will do our best to spread word as quickly as possible, should that day arrive. Simply keep in daily contact and have a major federally chartered bank in mind for your possible disposition.

As far as I know, progress is being made on several fronts.

Whatever information we are made aware of will be released to us at the appropriate times, and there is little else we can do but be ready to act.

The question of public chances continues to be a gray area, with neither a firm "no" or a hard "yes" from on high. We may have to wait until those higher in the pecking order shoot their bolt in order to have a final answer. Stay tuned as things develop.

A NEW ERA BEGINS

When going through a major transformation, one that has potential to be life changing and a pivotal point in history, one gets humbled by the very idea of the privilege to witness such a time. We have all been informed, in one way or another, about historic events that impacted the direction of our planet and the generations that followed. Pivotal events when a particular path that was chosen led to a series of events that brings us to today. We are aware some would refer to these particular paths as timelines, with the understanding that, had events occurred differently, the world would be considerably different now.

At noon EST today, a new era begins.

The last eighteen months have been transformational and the next 4 years and perhaps 8 years will make the past year look like an appetizer.

Despite all the noise and chatter created by the MOP at the urging, prodding and orders of their dark cabal controllers, Donald Trump will be sworn in as the 45th President of the United States. Despite the posturing, vitriol and theater of politicians on both sides of the aisle, the beginning of the end for them and their puppet masters will commence with vigor on Monday, January 23, 2017.

Donald Trump is a businessman, not a politician. Politicians have sold the US to a dark, foreign cabal decades ago. Most are attorneys who continue to practice their trade in Congress, only now their clients are the bankers, pharmaceutical companies, media conglomerates, lobbyists and foreign interests who line their pockets and fatten their bank accounts rather than the voters who elected them to office. The same ones who spend like drunken sailors using the unlimited credit line provided them by the banksters at the Federal Reserve, only to stick their constituents and their constituent’s children and their constituent’s grandchildren with the bill and a life of indebtedness.  They don’t represent their constituents, they rape, pillage and plunder them while they’re in office, hiding behind the elusive, flowery oratory they’ve practiced in a court room or a board room.

The Election

Elections of any significance occur every two years (mid terms) and every four years (Presidential) with the most significant being (predictably) every 8 years when the current, cabal controlled puppet has served their two terms and must leave office. (A phenomenon that may be expounded upon in a future report.) So every four years we gather around the TV sets after the polls close and watch the drama of the election unfold as the MOP gives us the results while they interview a multitude of experts between their “calls” of winners of the states and running tallies of the electoral scorecard. As entertaining as a sporting event and what’s even better, you can pick your announcers depending on your political bent and preferences.

There was much discussion, debate and frustration over our decision not to release report #48. We published an article regarding that situation and the following link can be reviewed if the readers are not familiar with it.

Report #48 was all about the Shadow Government, its origins, its members, their co-conspirators, their  financial transactions and 100’s of documents which illustrate their skullduggery and hijacking of the American government.  The sordid tale includes two Saudi Kings, Lucky Luciano, the Russians, Five Star Trust and some very familiar names, both historically and currently. We spoke with Marlon McCall, the former General Counsel for Pureheart Investments, Ltd who told us that he had written a letter to Obama, asking to be allowed to testify before Congress only to have Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State pull his passport, preventing him from traveling back to the US to tell his story.

So you can imagine our surprise upon hearing the term “Shadow Government” was included in documents released by the FBI regarding the HRC investigation.  The quote below can be found on page 56 of the 4 of 4 batch of documents at the FBI site:

It should be noted that any reference to members of the Shadow Government would not be accurate unless at least one Skull and Bonesman (John Kerry) is mentioned.  The above reference was innocuous enough but to us it did get our attention.  Further, it is not surprising that HRC is linked to the Shadow Government by an FBI agent.

As we wind down to the last presidential debate and the upcoming election on November 8, the desperation of the Clinton crime family has been ratcheted up to an unprecedented level.  The latest attempt to coordinate a sexual misconduct attack on Trump fails on so many levels it’s not worth our time or yours to pick it apart.  Suffice it to say, none of it passes the test of common sense from the timing of the allegations to the characters involved to the lack of lawsuits filed against an easy and rich target. These allegations are the wet dream of any plaintiff attorney yet no suit has ever been filed against Trump.

Wikileaks - The gift that keeps on giving

The continued assault on HRC by Wikileaks is exposing the corruption of the cabal despite the mainstream media’s continued attempts to downplay the releases. An analysis performed on the three main networks, ABC, NBC and CBS indicated a 25 to 1 disparity in the time spent on the Trump allegations vs. the damaging and revealing Wikileaks data dumps. The information from these data dumps shouldn’t be surprising to any of our readers as we have clearly documented the corruption of the US political system, dominated by two crime families, Bush and Clinton.

It’s interesting to note the HRC camp does not refute the emails are authentic, spending all their time whining that the Russians are trying to manipulate the election by helping Trump. Sounds like an admission to us. Contrast that response with Trump’s vehement denials of the accusations of sexual assault.  Ironies abound as the very system the cabal devised to spy and collect data on every person on this planet is now being used against their chosen candidate for president to deny her from office. Like the fall of the Roman Empire, at some point the internal corruption and immorality of the regime in the US will eventually eat itself from the inside out, laying bare all the sordid details of its demise.

We had a long, detailed report prepared, analyzing the two debates and the aftermath and the points and counterpoints and after writing three pages of information that, in review, should already be obvious to our readers, we decided to shift gears, step back and reassess our message.

We have issued 54 reports in 6 years, some lengthy with attachments and details, others with concepts and ideals and still others with just raw information. We have written about the cabal and the many players involved including both sides of the political aisle. It should be obvious that we’ve been clear in our identification of the crime families who run the political parties in the US. They’ve occupied the White House for over 30 years with the exception of the last eight, an aberration due to the perceived need by the cabal to speed up the moral decay of the country.

We’ve revealed Vatican Bank accounts and balances which included both political parties, we’ve revealed the Falcone theft which included conspirators from both political parties and we’ve revealed the $15T fraudulent transfer of funds to Pureheart Investments, LTD. in Europe…which once again, included both political parties. The pattern is obvious.

We have sent information regarding the above issues to all members of Congress and in the Falcone case, the US Supreme Court. This was in the form of flash drives which included documents and supporting evidence. The silence has been defeaning. Not surprising but still, disappointing nonetheless. So this means all 535 elected politicians in DC are aware of the crimes of fraud and theft committed by the cabal on the citizens of the US. Taking no action makes them ALL accomplices after the fact for not reporting a crime. It’s called misprision of felony. It would be prudent to mention that the majority of the 535 members of Congress are lawyers as are the 9 members of SCOTUS. Of course we can’t forget about the mainstream media which is not only complicit in these crimes for not reporting them but also derelict criminally by aiding and abetting in the cover up after the fact.

As November 8 quickly approaches, we’re reminded of a quote attributed to Josef Stalin, “It’s not who votes that counts, it’s who counts the votes.” Or a similar one attributed to Boss Tweed, "Those who cast the votes decide nothing; those who count the votes decide everything.”

Every four years and to a lesser extent, every two years, we are bombarded with “polls”, polls to tell us who the voters approve of, polls to tell us what the important issues are, polls to give us the latest trends and polls to tell us who will win a particular election, whether it be national or local.  There are two categories of polls, the ones in which the results are released to the public and the ones that are private.  This distinction is important to delineate as the public polls have primarily one purpose when it comes to candidates and that is to give the voters a heads up on how the election will turn out. Or in the  famous words of Turd Blossom himself, Karl Rove, to “create our reality.”

The 2016 US Presidential election season has officially entered the Twilight Zone.

Before we cue up the Rod Serling lead-in, a history lesson is in order. It’s always good to review the past in order to put the present into proper context. 

In the US, from now until November, the Presidential election party primary circuses will take center stage.  The traveling road shows are in full swing with the Ringling Brothers (Bush crime family Republicans) and Barnum & Bailey (Hillary and Bernie) filling the big tops all over the country as they pander to the voting public. And as with any circus, the complimentary sideshows for the curious abound with offerings of bearded ladies, sword swallowers and chainsaw jugglers. You see, the sideshows are there to give credibility to the animal cruelty and Siegfried & Roy type illusionist acts performed in the big top.

Historically, these circus acts by the competing factions fill the public with promises of great things to come in the form of “hope and change” and a whole plethora of fantasy that always goes unfulfilled. These career politicians (read Government corporation sub-contractors) are never held accountable for their hollow promises and outright lies once the election cycle is completed. They get back to their plush offices with large staffs; fat travel budgets and resumes their worship of the corporations, banks and lobbyists who put them there by funding their campaigns. The road shows are the biggest every 8 years as this is primarily the changing of the guard from one “party” to the other while the unsuspecting public is duped into thinking they had a voice in the change that never materializes.

As we gear up for resumption of operations, it has been brought to our attention that a website has cited Lord James’ historic speech of February 16, 2012 as source material for an article that is filled with inaccuracies.  Before we get to that, it should be pointed out that this is the second time his speech has been cited in a disinformation piece, the first being penned by Gordon Duff of Veterans Today. Duff has part of it right but it wasn’t Wanta’s money. It was created out of thin air using Yohannes Riyadi’s gold reserves held in an Indonesian bank as “collateral” to underpin the $15T transfer. The transfer originated at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and was sent overseas through the usual suspects, JP Morgan, HSBC and finally to RBS, credited to the account of LWR, GOT, SA and Pureheart Investments, LTD.  It should also be noted that Department of Homeland Security UNITED NATIONS security clearance codes were used to “legitimatize” these fraudulent transfers, a fact Duff failed to mention, among others.

We will not offer an explanation for Duff’s offering except to say he is admittedly CIA and that explanation alone is enough.  At the time, he was courting Leo Wanta, appearing to assist in the return of Wanta’s funds previously held by the Richmond, Virginia Federal Reserve Bank.

The latest disinformation piece is offered by a highly questionable source, “Sorcha Faal” (SF) dated February 28, 2016 titled, “Freemasonic Forces Led By Donald Trump Launch “Soon To Be Deadly” American Coup d'état”, through the website:  http://www.whatdoesitmean.com/index2006.htm.

After much soul searching, it’s been decided to restart The White Hats Report website in an effort to continue the work begun over 4 years and 47 reports ago. At that time, we suspended our reporting as other matters had to take precedence.  In the meantime, Kerry Cassidy graciously provided me blog space on her Project Camelot website wherein I offered submissions periodically for posting and some sites linked to this blog including One World of Nations.

In addition, the furor over our failure to release #48 was addressed in my article entitled “About 48”.  This was written for my blog at Project Camelot’s website in addition to being posted here. In this article, I attempted to clarify (1) Why report #48 was not released as promised; (2) The original purpose and objective of the reports and (3) the targeted audience of the White Hats Reports. I also stated the various reasons why report #48 wasn’t released, in part due to the total apathetic response to the historic speech delivered by Lord David James on February 16, 2012 in the House of Lords.  He described the $15 trillion theft by the Federal Reserve in favor of Pureheart Investments, LTD. At the time, the approximate deficit of the US criminal government’s income tax obligation shortfall obligated future generations of Americans if not cosmetically enhanced.

Be assured that White Hats Report #48 is coming.

But let us be clear: We will not be dictated to in service to anyone's self interest. Our responsibility is to vigorously vet all information before reporting it. We consider all intel to be "Dirty Intel" until it is vetted by us. And we will not release "Dirty Intel" regardless of who pushes or how hard they push. The White Hats are not in service to any individual or their personal agenda. We are in service to all people and to the truth. Either we say what's true or we say nothing. Responsibility comes at a cost, not somebody's opinion or comment. As long as The White Hats are paying that cost, no one gets to provide say-so unless we ask.  For right now, we haven't asked.

What is also true: If threats and coercion attempts could succeed against us, we would have disappeared long ago. They are a regular occurrence.

Don’t be surprised that disinformation increases against The White Hats as our reports become potentially more damaging. That is to be expected.

A final thought: No one outside The White Hats speaks for us. We have no new members. Do we seek assistance from those bloggers and others who would help us to spread the official  White Hat Reports? Yes. We have requested that support and will continue to do so.

We have no affiliation or relationship with anyone outside The White Hats except for the following:  First, we requested assistance from Kerry Cassidy of Project Camelot on the Secret Space Program for Report #48. Second, we are associated with the White Hats Auxiliary. Aside from that, we have no outside relationships and are pursuing none.

Update on Report #48:
It takes as long as it takes to get to the truth. What was to be Report #48 is expanding in depth as we continue gathering data. While it was intended to be one report, we must now expand it into multiple reports. Be assured that #48 is coming.

Watergate revisited?

The beginning of the end of the Obama Presidency has begun.  The only questions that remain are:

• How will the charade play out before the American public and the rest of the world?
• How many will the cabal sacrifice to keep their agenda alive?
• Will an insider FINALLY come forward, turn Patriotic…and reveal all the secrets?
• When will it all begin?

The most likely starting volley in this unfolding historic process could very well be the resignation of Vice President of the United States, Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr.

Whether he uses a fabricated medical condition, or if they make more out of the “slaves and chains” comment he fumbled through the other day, the political machine has to come up with a very convincing reason for his exit. The White Hats believe the brain tumor story, which has come to the forefront again, would be a very good reason for the comments he has been making.   Most of our counter parts in the international intel circles see the handwriting on the wall and say expect it this mid-week … and we are there … right now.

What does this mean in the big picture?

First, he has purposefully interfered with the Global Settlements, the Iraqi Dinar Revaluation and in turn the Global Financial Reset effort.  Through all of the stories of Obama’s rants, meltdowns and temper tantrums (see past WH articles for details), he has been rational enough to methodically interfere with the progress of the United States and the World with the Global Financial Reset.  In the end, he has completed the work of the New World Order boys very well, but even the NWO boys are concerned as the Cabal is very aware that one of the standing dominoes just turned sideways.  This could be the downfall of the cabal if they don’t grab control and formulate extreme measures to counteract the Obama situation.
