Doesn't this show us that the US Government can control the airwaves anytime they want? On a positive perspective, this is useful in a nation wide emergency. Maybe they are testing this system to be ready for the major announcements to shortly come sometime in the next two months. Maybe a change in government, first contact, false flag event? I wonder why they didn't use this system on 9-11 but are doing this now on 11-9? e~
