Together we, Mark Kimmel, Joe Marra, Lisa Harrison & Tolec discussed, along with the people who called-in with questions, what we can individually do to examine, to stretch, to learn, to heal, to grow and to expand ourselves... beyond ourselves into the collective consciousness of society. And to the people immediately around us. Do we take responsibility for our decisions & actions? How do we think? How do we feel? Are we aware of how we think & feel? What can we do to create healthy, powerful, fearless, positive new versions of ourselves... as we prepare for the evolutionary
changes this planet is experiencing, and will continue to experience as it becomes a higher dimensional world.
