Congress' approval rating hits all-time low

Americans don't approve of Congress. At all. According to the latest Gallup poll, only nine percent of Americans approve of the job their congressional representation is doing - or not doing, in the case of passing a budget. Since the government shutdown in October, Congress' approval ratings plummeted from 19 percent in September to the historical low of nine percent. Gallup has been tracking congressional approval ratings for 39 years, and Congress has never dropped into the single digits before. RT's Sam Sacks takes a look at why Americans are showing all-time dislike for dysfunction in Washington.
