Psy-Op Film or Legitimate Warning ?

The above movie is about the Iraqi Dinar Revaluation. The main
character cashes out his and his wife's $10,000 bond that they received
from her dad.
He doesn't not tell her that he purchased Iraqi Dinar with the bond.
He is a loser who doesn't have a job, and just sits around all day on the internet doing nothing.
When the dinar doesn't RV, he decides to sell the bond but nobody will give him $10,000 for it.
In the end, he gets less than half for his currency, and his wife finds out, they divorce, and he his wife has their child.
