One question – who doesn’t see 11:11 (or some semblance of same)?
Having now logged well over 4 or 5 hours of discussing nearly everything under the sun, moon and stars with prolific writer and researcher Zen Gardner, one thing we managed to miss was the mysterious, pervasive, and perplexing phenomenon of 11:11.
However when I “stumbled” upon this piece he’d written back in 2011 (of course) I quickly learned that he and his wife had not been precluded from 11:11 club at all. Just like both my husband and I, they too along with probably millions, if not billions of others worldwide are glimpsing 11 well beyond the scope of chance.
After all the stories, all the theories, all of the “experts” who’ve weighed in on this frequent numerical invasion into mass consciousness, my surmise is that no one has fully solved the puzzle or riddle of what significance 11:11 carries and moreover why it is so persistent at this period of time in our history.
Not surprising, if there’s anyone who can deliver an intelligent and articulate overview of the 11 anomaly, it’s Zen Gardner.

I’d heard about this 11:11 phenomenon and noticed it for some time, but over the past year it has come wildly into life.And I’m lovin’ it!
In case it’s happening to you as well and you’re noticing 11:11’s, 111’s, and even 11’s or multiples of 11, I wanted to present a few theories as to what it signifies.
I know for a fact that for me personally it is a very synchronistic occurrence, and the more aware you are of it the more it happens. My wife and I both see them constantly and point them out to each other and it’s a real kick, as well as a great consciousness raiser.
And many times it’s downright freaky.
But always it’s a signal to stop and assess the significance of the moment, or just plain revel in the playful wonder of it all. It may seem to be simply a self-reinforcing phenomenon, and obvious because of the year.
But read on, oh skeptic.
2011 – A Year of Synchronicity?
Obviously there will be a lot of 11’s to view this year of 2011. That’s good. If 7’s your “lucky number”, wouldn’t you like to see it as often as possible? Same principle–but way deeper. Numbers have serious significance.The 11:11 Phenomenon
How often have you noticed the numbers 11:11, 12:12, 10:10, 22:22, 12:34, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44 or 5:55 popping up all over the place? These number sequences are not necessarily only time prompts. They can also be number sequences, like 333, 1111 etc. To your mind, is this a coincidence, or are they too frequent to be random? Perhaps you are puzzled or amused by this phenomenon? Possibly even a little bit nervous? The question everyone is asking is “What does 11:11 mean?” and “Is there a reason for this?” And there certainly is.
Millions of folks all around the world are now seeing these amazing 11:11 prompts. They are folks of all colours, all religions, all beliefs. It’s spreading, and becoming far more common; it’s become a major phenomenon. Someone or something is causing all these folks to look at clocks, number plates, phone numbers or any source of numbers even when they make no effort themselves to look for these things. You can even change your clocks in the house, and you will still be prompted, at the “wrong” time. You can’t stop it, because YOU aren’t doing it. Sometimes you will even see these numbers flashing after a power outage, even though digital clocks are supposed to reset to 12:00, not 11:11 or 12:12! Source
11:11 and the Wake Up
These synchronistic citings, as well as many other enlightening phenomena, have been going on for a long time. But big converging influences are accelerating these metaphysical realizations and occurrences. And this is one of them.11 is a very significant number.
Number Eleven possesses the qualities of intuition, patience, honesty, sensitivity, and spirituality, and is idealistic. Others turn to people who are ‘Eleven’ for teaching and inspiration, and are usually uplifted by the experience.
In systems such as Astrology and basic Numerology, eleven is considered to be a Master Number. Eleven can also represent sin; transgression and peril. Ten being the perfect number, eleven represents the exceeding of both.
It is interesting to note that eleven when broken down ( 1+1=2) comprises the Two of duality. Number eleven is a master vibration and as such should not be reduced to a single number. People with this number could be both idealistic and visionary, and they are attracted to the unknown.They can be both unusual, interesting and magnetic personalities.
Eleven brings the gift of spiritual inheritance, is gifted as the “Light-Bearer”. It is the number of the Light within all. Strengthened by the love of Peace, gentleness, sensitivity and insight. Greatest facility is the awareness of Universal relationship. Is related to the energy of Oppositions and the Balancing needed in order to achieve synthesis. Source
The Natural Universe vs the “Corrupters”
Interesting dual interpretation there above, much like symbols. While it is inherently a “good” number with wonderful vibrational significance, it seems the corrupters of all things good and natural like to once again put their perverted twist on it.As you may know, eleven is often used in magick and sorcery, such as the dates chosen for many events important to the Illuminati such as the 9/11 event, the founding of Illuminati organizations and agencies, and a multitude of other occurrences used to mark achievements in their master plan. With negative intention and occult amplification, numbers and symbols are also used to empower the effects of their deceptions.
This same intrinsic value, however, can be intended and used for good, in spite of their power-driven twisted approach to everything.
Many associate 11:11 with a wake-up code/alarm as they see it on digit clocks and watches. It can also be seen as a key to unlock the subconscious mind, our genetic encoded memories, that we are spirits having a physical experience, not physical beings embarking on a spiritual experience.
11:11 or derivatives of these numbers, 111 and 11, are digits that repeat in time thus a metaphor for reality as patterns that repeat in time for us to experience. This can refer to the rise and fall of civilizations, our personal experiences and lessons, loops in time. They are cycles of time that create and recreate following the blueprint.
Ellie and 11:11 …. In 1991, when I was hosting the talk show “The Metaphysical Experience”, a woman named Solara was my guest. Her topic was Activation of the 11:11 Doorway. It was all about ascension and the beginning of awareness of the 11:11 code. In 1995, a Crystalinks’ reader named Joe emailed about his experiences with the numbers 111:111, hence the file you are reading was first created and in so doing I took a long hard look at this phenomena experienced by those around me. Each time Joe was about to go through another major spiritual awakening, an epiphany of some kind, those numbers would appear in his physical experience to signal the upcoming change. It’s believed the Universe is fundamentally mathematical. That could be the case at some level. But the reality that there’s communication through numbers…..that’s cool!
