Julian and I saw this film about a month ago. We were blown away by how many things were revealed in it about our world, and it was a near perfect allegorical representation for the Secret Space Program narrative discussed by several researchers.

The below article provides some of the general points covered in the film for review. The disclosure in films and works of fiction is not literal but symbolic. Welcome to the July edition.  This newsletter will cover quite a range of topics.  I have always tried to keep the newsletters short and to the point and not indulged in jumping from one topic to another, however there have been so many developments that I will have to break my own rule.  I hope that there is something for everybody in this newsletter.  It is just not possible to cover all the issues that have come to the fore in recent weeks, so I have concentrated on what I believe to be of importance and I am sorry if I have missed out a topic which is of interest to you.  So with this proviso here we go!

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank or AIIB has signed itself into corporate activity as a direct challenge to the world bank (Rothschild) and as a consequence the US dollar.  It is of paramount importance to note that Australia and Great Britain (UK) are not only members of this new bank but are founding members!  The UK and Australia at one time were Americas strongest allies so what a shock to learn that financially at least they have jumped ships.  Both the United States and Japan have come out strongly against the new bank and the US is attempting to prevent other countries from joining.  After the terrible disaster that Japan suffered we can perhaps forgive them for being the United States lapdog.

While examining Eastern press reports of the recent St. Petersburg International Economic Forum for news that went largely unnoticed in the West, I came across a Greek Reporter article titled Greek PM Tsipras Meets with Gazprom Chief, BRICS Delegation in St Petersburg. It contained this telling section…

>>> Tsipras also met with representatives of the new development bank for BRICS countries, who expressed their intense interest in cooperating with Greece.

The Greek Prime Minister was accompanied by Productive Reconstruction, Environment and Energy Minister Panagiotis Lafazanis, while the BRICS delegation included its chief, Kundapur Vaman Kamath, IMF’s Executive Director and new Vice President of the BRICS bank Paulo Nogueira Batista, Russia’s Deputy Finance Minister Sergei Storchak and the head of state bank Vnesheconombank (VEB), Vladimir Dmitriev. <<<

In the Western news reports of the time, I saw it mentioned that Tsipras met with Putin, but I heard nothing about him meeting with the head of the BRICS Bank, K.V. Kamath…



…who is one of the “Davos boys.” It was an interesting oversight on the part of the Western press.
Even more interesting than that was the mention that one of the IMF’s Executive Directors is also a Vice President of the BRICS Bank. According to the IMF website…

John Perkins, author of Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, discusses how Greece and other eurozone countries have become the new victims of "economic hit men."
 
John Perkins is no stranger to making confessions. His well-known book, Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, revealed how international organizations such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank, while publicly professing to "save" suffering countries and economies, instead pull a bait-and-switch on their governments: promising startling growth, gleaming new infrastructure projects and a future of economic prosperity - all of which would occur if those countries borrow huge loans from those organizations. Far from achieving runaway economic growth and success, however, these countries instead fall victim to a crippling and unsustainable debt burden.

That's where the "economic hit men" come in: seemingly ordinary men, with ordinary backgrounds, who travel to these countries and impose the harsh austerity policies prescribed by the IMF and World Bank as "solutions" to the economic hardship they are now experiencing. Men like Perkins were trained to squeeze every last drop of wealth and resources from these sputtering economies, and continue to do so to this day. In this interview, which aired on Dialogos Radio, Perkins talks about how Greece and the eurozone have become the new victims of such "economic hit men."

We were not created for a cubicle, and we were not created to be enslaved by “paper”. We are here to express ourselves, to live, create, and be free.

Releasing the fear of death and failure is our first step toward that freedom, because once you realize there is no permanence, and all is infinite just as the universe is, we can rest assured that the dream of life, can become our dream life.

There is more to the story than just training for martial law in states designated as “hostile states” – already a chilling pretext with overtones of greater federal power that could spiral out of control.

But it seems that it is actually A.I. – artificial intelligence – that is at the helm of an enormous and unprecedented military drill. A scary thought for sure… but what does it really mean?

If analysts are correct, it seems that “JADE” is an acronym for a DARPA-developed A.I. quantum computing technology that produces holographic battlefield simulations and will be in charge of the drill in order to “master the human” domain and predict human response.

Exomoons are the wild card in the ongoing chase for habitable worlds.

Astronomers have discovered more than 1,900 exoplanets, a few of which might be friendly to life, but no moons circling these alien bodies have turned up as of yet. Astronomers do not know how common exomoons might be or, for that matter, what they might be like.

A new study fills in an important gap in the developing theoretical framework regarding exomoons. The paper looks at a special set of exomoons located in the habitable, or "Goldilocks zone" — the not-too-cold, not-too-hot band where water neither freezes nor boils off a planet’s (or moon’s) surface. The research hearkens back to the holy grail of exoplanet hunts: an Earth-like clone. Astronomers have fervently sought a world the mass and size of our own, orbiting at a similar distance from a star similar to our sun.

These are the projects Elon Musk is funding to prevent killer AI

Elon Musk has donated millions to the Future of Life Institute, and now the organization is putting that money to use by funding research into keeping artificial intelligence "robust and beneficial" — i.e. not something that will turn on humanity Skynet style. The institute announced this week that it will be issuing grants to 37 research teams, whittled down from an applicant least of around 300. The teams are taking on the killer AI issue from different angles, including teaching AI to learn what humans want, aligning robots' interests with our own, and keeping AI under human control.
The institute provided this summary highlighting some of the grants:

• Three projects developing techniques for AI systems to learn what humans prefer from observing our behavior, including projects at UC Berkeley and Oxford University
• A project by Benja Fallenstein at the Machine Intelligence Research Institute on how to keep the interests of superintelligent systems aligned with human values
• A project lead by Manuela Veloso from Carnegie Mellon University on making AI systems explain their decisions to humans
• A study by Michael Webb of Stanford University on how to keep the economic impacts of AI beneficial
• A project headed by Heather Roff studying how to keep AI-driven weapons under "meaningful human control"
• A new Oxford-Cambridge research center for studying AI-relevant policy

Oath Keepers has not been contacted by any Federal agency or agents with a request for assistance. However, we all certainly should be on heightened alert, with our heads on a swivel this weekend and ready to protect ourselves, our families, and our fellow Americans if there is an attack. Frankly, we should all be doing that all the time, anyway, and that means going armed at all times so we are able to put a stop to an active shooter or shooters wherever, or whenever, they attack.
