The British media are covering up the death toll of hundreds of people at the recent Grenfell Tower Blaze in West London according to a long-standing resident.

The resident who, known as Nadia (family name or not given) or DJ Isla on Social Media, claims that the 500 people who are currently unaccounted for are dead.

London Police Commander, Stuart Cundy recently confirmed to reporters that 58 people are feared dead from the blaze.

Despite reports of the current death toll, public tensions and anger are surging due to the lack of transparency on the actual death toll.

PressTV reports: Nadia told Press TV's correspondent in London, Camilia Shambayati, that only 76 out of some 600 people who were living in the building where she grew up, had been accounted for and more than 500 residents were still missing.

Nadia has identified herself on social media as DJ Isla where she has a large following.

"Where are the missing people? Where is the list of the 500, 600 people living in that building," she asked.

"Where is everyone," she further asked, adding, "Little kids are asking: 'Where are my friends?'"
