The current reality of man is heavily controlled by words. As a result of that, words play a big role in shaping the reality and culture of man. Besides shaping the reality and culture of man, words also play an important role in trade. Some of the most important words used in the business of trading goods and services are related to the name. Your name plays a very important role in your life because it allows others to identify you and communicate with you. Furthermore, it allows you to operate in the realm of commerce and fiction, making it easier for you to trade goods and services with people not living close to you.

Having a name can be a wonderful thing but if you do not know how to use it wisely, it can be a curse and prevent you from living a happy life. One of the ways that your name can curse you is when you allow it to bond to your mind too deeply, causing you to think that your name is who you really are. Your name has the power to trick your mind because it is made up of sigils (letters). Because of this, it is important to use your name wisely, so you do not become a victim of your name.

When you do not know how to use your name wisely, the Dark Magicians or the Elite can use it to imprison your body, mind and soul in the "land" of the legally DEAD. The best time to trick you to "live" in the land of the legally dead or the "sea" of the legally dead is on the day your mother gave "birth" to you.

The contract that the government used to trick your mother and father to agree to allow you to live in the "land" or "sea" of the legally dead is the birth certificate. This certificate is actually a certificate of a dead baby, which is why it has a legal name written on it. The name or legal name is not you because your are living and made of flesh and blood. It is interesting to know that when you look up the word birth in A Dictionary of Law (1889), it tells you to "see Abandon, 2 (2)". The word abandon in section 2 (2) is defined by A Dictionary of Law (1889) using these exact words: "The act of a parent in exposing an infant of tender years (usually under seven) in any place, with intent wholly to desert it."

This blog is dedicated to all of those who have atrociously experienced the abusive and unlawful side of the present legal system in America. Who never had the chance to be fairly heard or represented in court and who were stripped of their constitutional liberties and civil rights, by the very system we are led to believe upholds & enforces the laws of our land by due process and protection of the law.  Nothing is further from the truth, for those of us who have been at the mercy of the dishonest breach of trust and the unscrupulous inequities taking place in our justice system and country. 

When it is so in your face absurd & shocking, you can’t help but wake up! To the Big Elephant in the room To the truth that things are NOT what we were led to believe.... ......and where Nothing is as it seems or appears to be! When you wake up to one part of it, you can’t help but wake up to All of it!

​That's when you realize the paradox we have all been living in we can no longer tolerate. I quit  trying to make sense of the insanity and want to provide information that may help those of you, like myself, who are presently being (illegally) evicted from your homes.

Kauilapele has received an email from  someone who is possibly using the TOPPT documents in their legal proceedings. The person tries to explain the use for each document and says that you are safe and it's "bulletproof" to use. As a personal note I have no clue if the TOPPT is valid or not.  I have not done enough research or studying to even come close to understanding how this works.  Not enough time in a day for me to accomplish such a thing.  Has anyone got a chance to use any of these documents  in any court of law?  If so, you may want to share with the community your experiences with the TOPPT documents.

for one’s own individual cases.

An Interactive Guide to Using the TOPPT New Paradigm Protocol Documents

1. There’s no need for anybody to be intimidated by the TOPPT material or the Uniform Commercial Code. Keep in mind that all laws are homespun grits ‘n’ gravy at their point of creation. Check into the Federalist Papers for a taste of this flavor. Laws get created by small groups of individuals and then ushered out into the world. They’re not monoliths handed down on tablets written in stone. That’s a quality we ascribe to them after the fact.

2. A secular language of metaphysics (as opposed to its ancient religious forms) is just starting to evolve. It’s still in its early stages, we’re maybe a generation into the effort. This is our starting point and, as always, we legitimately begin where we find ourselves. If you can push past these startling aspects of the documents, it’s easy to see the elegance of the structure that TOPPT created.
