I've just received a call that all agreements for the release have been finally signed yesterday at 9:00 AM UTC. The IMF, Iraq and the PTB have been reassured to follow the ultimatum given by the Chinese/Dragon Families to 'flip the switch' before 2016. Otherwise, dire consequences will be suffered.

As I received that call, a source of mine in the Philippines whom is involved with a paymaster just contacted me and relayed the following information.

- 10 Sovereign countries were successfully paid out yesterday

- 10 more will be done today

- Funds will be released tomorrow

It may be hopium, I suggest to take it as a rumor. Although, the Chinese ultimatum and the signed agreements has been undoubtedly confirmed by multiple sources of mine.

Nothing new to report, except for the usual. The Admiral goes in every night and nothing happens the next day. We are waiting for absolutely nothing. And from reading Mountain Goat's post (LINK), it seems that the intel I and others receive is all a scheme.

We are being scammed into thinking that the magical RV will appear and we'll all live happily ever after. Any information whatsoever coming out of Reno is false-hope. Reno is the HQ of misinformation.

The RV/GCR will not happen until the CI-RKM are removed from this planet, period.

I've got grave news for us folks. It has been confirmed by my sources that the Russian Airbus that crashed in Egypt was shot down by RKM-Israeli forces. The word has reached Moscow and they are not taking this lightly. Putin vowed to protect his people and he will not tolerate the crimes of the Rothschild-Khazarian Mafia. Russia has issued an ultimatum to the Pentagon for immediate action against the RKM or else be prepared to face unbearable consequences.

Just as I received word of this, new intel reports were sent to me claiming that the arrests are to begin shortly. Coincidence?

If this is true, the US may not be prepared to begin the arrests of RKM members and may cause civil unrest and confusion among the US Military. But is it a necessary sacrifice for the unbearable consequences that Russia warned.

And as I've said in my last report (LINK), the RV/GCR will NOT begin unless the RKM are removed from power. We do hope that bloodshed will not occur. But with the RKM now acting recklessly and committing violent acts to start War World 3, we may not have a choice.

Let's hope the Pentagon has a plan and trust that they will do the right thing.

Reports from Reno claim that the Chinese had opened a trust yesterday to pay the Admiral and all 18 groups.

I have been informed that the Queen of England has secretly been visiting the Central Bank of the Philippines. This came from a friend who's friend is employed with duty for the Queen of England. What significance does this have?

The day after I received this information, the Philippine Peso was suddenly included as one of the currencies to buy on Dinar Inc.. Coincidence? Maybe. It is known that the Philippines has very large holdings of gold as well as one of it's former Presidents, Ferdinand Marcos had enough funds stored away in Switzerland to end world poverty. All of this may have something to do with the GCR.

In one of my previous reports, I stated via my contacts that the RV had been completed by the Pentagon and the Chinese. Exchanges and arrests were to start last Monday. According to this report, the Iraqi Dinar had revalued at $3.91. What happened?

My contacts are now relaying to me that exchanges can and will start 5 minutes after Obama has been removed. But we've all heard this before. It seems that we've been hijacked once again.

Although, the question remains. The Iraqi Dinar revalued at $3.91 was confirmed by the Pentagon by my contacts. Why is it not showing?

Are we being/have been played?

Regarding whom is defending the Admiral:

Who is the Admiral? What is his name? He claimed he served in the military.

Recent reports direct that the Admiral was working for the Bush Family Syndicate and had been arrested very recently.

Bob Killian, the science advisor of Bush 41 was called "The Admiral" but he did not serve in the United States Navy.

Whoever is defending the Admiral shouldn't insinuate that he was an Admiral in the U.S. Navy because that's the only service you are able to acquire that rank.

Furthermore, other intel sources indicate that the Admiral has a son and is actually the "The Admiral" we all know, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Doubtful if the son ever served in the U.S. Military once a Bushite always a Bushite.

The Admiral did not go in last night as we would all have been very busy today. Sources also confirm this but also say the Admiral is rescheduled to go in this night yet again. This time, in their words "definitely".

As I've said mentioned in my previous report, I will believe it when I see it.

Another source in contact confirms the Admiral's schedule for this night and if not this night, tomorrow.

Two more sources are getting confirmations but are unable to at this time.

The Admiral's de facto intentions are unknown and it seems that every night, the Admiral is to go in to release the funds. My sources and contacts are only able to get the word of the mouth.

The exchange is currently selling IQD at $1,020 per million.

Breaking intel just received from my contact via Skype. General Carter Ham may now be in the White House, in my previous report I've mentioned this. This time, it's from a different source.

Revealed directly from a contact within the US Military. President Obama had ordered a B-2 Stealth Bomber carrying 4 nuclear warheads to target Russian cities in a last ditch attempt to start War World III. This was ordered to Obama by the Cabal/Chimera Group. The Commander had been arrested for not following the orders of the President. This was reported by Tom Heneghan and Sorcha Faal.

Another confirmation of one who is with the New Republic and registered with the Hague, Obama was arrested for insanity judging by what Tom Heneghan reported. He was then forced to sign-off the RV before his arrest. The Admiral may have already gone in to release the funds. One of my contacts in Reno had to take leave for 3 hours. According to Russian news sources nuclear war was averted by the heroics of Capt. Heather E. Cole,  who refused to communicate the launch authorization to U.S nuclear forces.
Apparently the U.S was about to launch a limited nuclear strike on the Russian Federation on Monday, with a coordinated “surprise” attack by the U.K .

It is stated that Captain Cole’s actions were made possible by the security measures put in place by former defense chief, Chuck Hagel prior to his resignation. She is reportedly under arrest and has been relieved of her command.
