A Person Is Using The Documents Provided By The Ones People PublicTrust
Kauilapele has received an email from someone who is possibly using the TOPPT documents in their legal proceedings. The person tries to explain the use for each document and says that you are safe and it's "bulletproof" to use. Kauilapele says he cannot vouch for the information presented below. As a personal note I have no clue if the TOPPT is valid or not. I have not done enough research or studying to even come close to understanding how this works. Not enough time in a day for me to accomplish such a thing. Has anyone got a chance to use any of these documents in any court of law? If so, you may want to share with the community your experiences with the TOPPT documents.

This is from PH, sent to my email box this morning. I’ve reviewed it a bit, and although I cannot vouch for every detail here, it certainly looks like this helps to explain in a practical way how the TOPPT documents and UCC may be used
