This is some popcorn worthy rumor/intel coming from a gentleman named Art. Below are some quick notes I took from the intel provided by Art of the WSOMN conference call that took place on February 15, 2016. Chinese are in charge of global financial markets (Art agrees with Iko Ward)
Chinese are ticked off that the United States has not met obligations to release the GCR
Dunford has been told by the Chinese to "Get it done or else"
Chinese will go around USA if not done
Chinese are tired of USA making demands from Iraq
USA trying to hold the GCR at bay and USA has stopped the GCR a couple of times
Get it done Today or Tomorrow (February 15th & February 16th)
Prosperity Programs are waiting to go out to the recipients
GCR or PP go first?
48hours to get 70% of the PP delivered than GCR is to follow
If the PP don't go out, the groups would still be able to go without the delivery of the Prosperity Programs.
TRNs are live, but the rate needs to be set and China may set the rate tonight February 15th.
Lady asks for Art to confirm a rumor about an assassination attempt on General Dunford's life. Can you verify a rumor that General Dunford was on his way last Thursday 2/11 and he switched cars in his motorcade. The car that he was supposed to be riding in was blown up. Art confirms that the assassination attempt on General Dunford's life is true. Bad guys were actually killed, also a single shooter tried taking out Dunford, but the assassin was killed. Assassination attempt also on Chief Justice Judge Roberts last week and it is rumored that Judge Scalia was assassinated by "heart attack". Dunford is ok and got signatures on the peace treaties and came back last evening 2/14. He has a crew of people working on getting the GCR done. Admiral (Reno) has signed off on everything and all the SKRs (Safe Keeping Receipts) are supposed to be paid off today. Public (non-internet Groups) is supposed to go a week from tomorrow 2/16.
China can crash the whole system and are really ticked off. Tired of the games. Will go around USA if not done.
USA was trying to require Iraq to jump through more hoops but China said "NO", and to get this done now.
General Dunford said 40,000 banks and exchange centers will be open for currency exchange
Bruce said 5,500 exchange centers and 18,000 banks
Art is not sure which numbers are correct. Plenty of places to exchange currency.

Presstitute Media, such as the UK Telegraph, spend a lot of energy debunking exposés of government conspiracies. For example, the thousands of highrise architects, structural engineers, physicists, nano-chemists, demolition experts, first responders, military and civilian pilots, and former government officials who have provided vast evidence that the official story of 9/11 is a made-up fairy tale at odds with all evidence and the laws of physics are dismissed by presstitutes as “conspiracy theorists.”

Similarly, those, such as James W. Douglass, who have proven beyond all doubt that President John F. Kennedy was not assassinated by Oswald but by his own paranoid anti-communist military-security complex, are dismissed as conspiracy theorists.

The 9/11 Commission Report and the Warren Commission Report were cover-ups. VP Dick Cheney and the neoconservatives he sponsored needed a “new Pearl Harbor” in order to begin their military assaults on the Middle Eastern countries that had independent foreign policies instead of being US/Israeli vassals. 9/11 was their orchestrated “new Pearl Harbor,” and this fact had to be covered up when 9/11 families persisted in their demands for an investigation and could not be bought off for large sums of money.

Similarly, the Warren Commission had no choice but to cover up that a popular American president, John F. Kennedy, had been murdered by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the CIA, and the Secret Service, because he was believed by paranoid anti-communists to be “soft on communism” and thereby a threat to the security of the United States. The cold war was on, and the Warren Commission could not hold those responsible accountable without destroying the public’s confidence in the American military and security services.

It is Fraud on the U.S. Supreme Court!

UNITED States of America - It can now be reported that the Joint U.S.-French Intelligence Task Force, operating on American soil for over 200 years, is in possession of the notes of the now dead former U.S. Supreme Court Justice neo-NAZI Antonin Scalia proving fraud upon the Supreme Court involving the coup d’ ‘etat aka the theft of the year 2000 presidential election from then Vice President, now year 2000 DULY ELECTED President Albert Gore Jr.

The Scalia notes include conversations with co-conspirators U.S. Senator Alan Simpson, Republican of Wyoming, and Bush Crime Family stooge James Baker, along with former BushFRAUD speech writer, NAZI Jew neocon Canadian born David Frum.

The notes include discussions of bribery with various Florida law firms including former PFG ceo German NAZI (now incarcerated) Russell Wasendorf.

Events continue to unfold at a blistering pace as the post-war world order continues its collapse while the fight over what to replace it with rages on. The biggest happening was the first meeting between a Pope and a Russian Orthodox Patriarch in 962 years. The weirdest thing about this event can be seen in this photograph of the meeting put out by the Vatican that shows a skull and bones right in the center between the two religious leaders.

P2 Freemason Lodge sources, the people who give orders to the Vatican, say the skull and bones is just a symbol of rebirth. In this case, it means both the Patriarch and the Pope believe the Messiah has returned, the sources say. However, CIA sources say the real reason the Pope was anxious to meet the Patriarch is that the Vatican wants Russian military protection to ensure its survival. Russian sources, meanwhile, say the two men signed a “Secret International Memorandum about the creation of the new planetary religion and the NEW WORLD ORDER,” and that this would come into force May 1st, 2016.

The Vatican may be feeling a sense of urgency to announce something new because the debt based financial system it has been the secret controller of is visibly collapsing. Three separate US sources, one from the Pentagon and two from the CIA, say US Corporate government spokesman Barack Obama last week, facing the collapse of the US banking system, met in California with representatives of the Rothschild Family and with Chinese elders to ask for permission to devalue the US dollar. He was told no, because most US dollars are not owned by Americans and the rest of the world does not want to see their hard earned money lose its value. Obama was also denied access to any new funding for his corporate government.
