The quantum hosted website with the 800#'s and exchange info is ready for activation. This website was created after China launched their "first" quantum satellite last year as soft disclosure.

The Middle East is going through the last "trial by fire" with Trump recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital. This was planned months ago to introduce a two-state solution for Israel and Palestine thus ensuring peace in the Middle East.

Worldwide peace (no wars) and Cabal containment have always been the primary requirements for the RV release.

Authorities under the orders of the Republic are cleaning up the streets in D.C. prior to initiating the mass indictments.

The fires in Ventura, California were caused by another energy-based satellite weapon in orbit. This satellite was shortly intercepted and destroyed after the Alliance was able to pinpoint it's location when it fired. The Alliance continue to seek out and destroy possible remaining Cabal satellite weapons.

The Galactic's have set a deadline for the Alliance (Elders/NPTB) to initiate the indictments, release the RV, and achieve world peace before Christmas.

Judge Anna Von Reitz has this evening responded to the rumors swirling about with the following short article, #751, in which she describes all of the steps necessary to bring together a Continental Congress.  

By contrast however, the Constitutional Convention movement as largely popularized by author Mark Levin relied upon a percentage of states (corporate STATES?) declaring a need for such a convention, but those "state" votes have been largely covered in the news, and we must ask why they HAVE BEEN PRESENT IN THE MSM.  Various people do, indeed, want a Concon -- for their own particular agendas...hmmm what could those be?

In order for ANY valid Continental Congress to occur a number of steps must be taken. 

First, the individual people have to wake up and correct their political status records and actively choose and assert their birthright as state nationals---and put it on the public land jurisdiction record. 

Second, they must get together with others who have "returned" and hold organizational meetings and public elections to set up their county and state jural assemblies. These are the bodies that give rise to our American Common Law land jurisdiction courts.  Jural societies give rise to the international sea jurisdiction courts and admiralty courts-- so it is important that people know the difference between "jural assemblies" and "jural societies".  The assemblies are the missing piece that has to be restored at the county and state levels.

I am amused in a grim way by what the Bank of France (Jacob Rothschild) and Paul Ryan and a number of dishonest and/or ignorant Generals are trying to pull off with all their "restored Republic" rhetoric.

It's hard to restore something that never existed in the first place.

There was never "a" single republic of any kind, but rather, fifty independent nation-states guaranteed a "republican form" of government. That's quite a different thing.

What they-- Paul Ryan and the other perps-- are proposing is a resurrection of the old dishonest nasty territorial corporation under a different name, but the same basic management team.

To that we have said, "Thanks, but no thanks. You did a rotten, self-serving, dishonest job since 1946 and we have no need or desire for your further services, apart from a month-by-month agreement to pay for services you provide during the re-venue and transition to other accommodations."

In other words, Jacob Rothschild and the Bank of France (sponsor of the IMF fiasco) have been given a polite boot out the door, and Paul Ryan, Nancy Pelosi, John McCain, and the other bad actors right along with the USA, Inc. Their attempt at "restructuring" the same old manure pile by calling it by a new name--- "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (INC.)" and misrepresenting a commercial corporation as a "new republic"--- isn't going to change our minds or make any difference in the outcome.

Alaska and Hawaii like all the "states" supposedly added to the Union after 1860 are not actually states, but states-in-waiting because there hasn't been a sitting Continental (land jurisdiction) Congress since then to enroll them.  But they do have contracts known as "Statehood Compacts" which are legally binding Treaties ultimately signed off on by the British Monarchs.  

This means that while none of these Western States are actually part of the land jurisdiction Union, they are nonetheless owed all the same rights and guarantees.

The Chapter 7 bankruptcy of most of the world's municipal governments and the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of most of the world's territorial governments is a domino effect.

This primary funding source for the Territorial government services was provided by our ESTATES.  When our ESTATES which were being held and operated by the Municipal United States were subsumed into its Chapter 7 bankruptcy, they stopped producing income for the Territorial government. That, then, threw the Territorial government into Chapter 11.

Now you can see and grasp the chain reaction nature of the situation:

UNITED STATES "owns" and operates JOHN MICHAEL DOE estate as a franchise, the profit realized from JOHN MICHAEL DOE funds the USA, Inc.

So when the UNITED STATES goes into Chapter 7 liquidation, the funding for USA, Inc. stops, too.

The problem for good old John Michael Doe is that his estate should never have been mischaracterized as a franchise of the UNITED STATES in the first place, and he should not have his name or assets embroiled in a foreign bankruptcy.

So that's where you all are and that's what I and my Team are working to get you out of--- a foreign corporate bankruptcy that actually has nothing to do with you.

Now imagine that you don't know the value of anything on Earth, because nobody knows what the real debt is, how much money has been printed, or what the results of a free market valuation of commodities would be?

Commodity markets have been manipulated and rigged for so long that there is no common sense basis for the valuation of anything.  You can't even estimate the value of a pork belly in an open market, because this whole system has been corrupt for over a hundred years--- but somehow, the GCR Committee is tasked with not only coming up with a total of supply of pork bellies, but a total of supply of printed pieces of paper needed to buy them, and then a current valuation complete with all the exchange rates.

We Don't Have to Drift Through this Experience Let's Create the Outcome

Hard to believe after all these years the RV has yet to arrive. It is my opinion that Dunford is an military guy that has no grasp of how the fabric of civilization is barely hanging on. Without an infusion of cash into the garden variety human society we are only a few months away from self destruction.

Getting the money out so that it can be distributed to the many without going through the hands of the corrupt elite which choke off that life force that have come to depend on it is more important than anything he should be accomplishing. Just opening redemption centers would begin to change the outcome. Delaying much longer will result in the RV being diluted to impotence.

All the elite have to do is to hang on long enough while the economies of the planet collapse and then pick up the pieces. The horror of that time just ahead, may have not been understood. When economies collapse the population recedes. A polite why of saying many starve. The population will shrink having the exact effect the cabal desires which is a more controllable, hungry, looking for salvation type of population. A population of slaves. Slavery will be more like that we have not seen in thousands of years. Perhaps since Egypt. There will be no mercy at the hands of the cabal if they are allowed to regain power.

We read that many of the elite have been arrested or eliminated or destroyed in their underground bases. Yet, the cabal grinds on and apparently strong enough to keep currency holders from RVing and changing the world. While the elite may be fewer than ever before, they apparently are beyond the reach of Dunford's troops at his command. You know the family names. Why are they not incarcerated? Why is the new Republic not being announced? What are those that could punch the button on the RV holding back?
