Another Cabal-MIC underground facility was located on Canary Island near the Cumbre Vieja Volcano. The base contained another HAARP repeater which was the cause of the multiple recent earthquakes.

The Cabal are taking every chance they get to create a disaster with loss of life.

It is in their nature that innocents must be sacrificed to please their deity.

This facility was destroyed. However, Earthquakes may still resume due to the instability of the volcano caused by the HAARP repeater.

In 2012, strange humming noises could be heard from Beaufort, Ireland.

After the recent escapade in County Kerry, the Alliance decided to investigate the area of Beaufort to find the source of the humming noises reported back in 2012.

The investigation led the Alliance to the Gap of Dunloe, a popular tourist spot.

After the landscape was scanned, an entrance to an abandoned unrecorded D.U.M.B. was uncovered.

The base's power generator was still running which was causing the unusual humming noises.

Curious as to why the power generator was still running, the Alliance scouted the rest of the base.

Multiple laboratories within the base were discovered containing cloning technology and other bizarre experiments.

Over 40 inactive clones suspended in tubes were present each stamped with "Version 1.04".

Clearly, this base was to be used as a potential hideout for the Cabal-MIC in the future.

The Alliance destroyed the base along with all of it's contents.

Unfortunately, the destruction of the base resulted in sparking the recent gorse fires. This was caused by the flaming debris emitting from the base's hidden exhaust vents on the surface.

On the financial front, the Executive Order trigger mechanism for the RV was signed.

All countries have signed the Paris Agreement except for one.

A revised Paris Agreement is in the works for Trump.

It is essential that every country, including the U.S. signs the Paris Agreement.

The Paris Agreement is GESARA in disguise.

Newly received information states that many of them were tracked to Mangerton Mountain where another hidden Cabal facility was discovered.

These facilities are very small, most of them still under construction. The entrances to these facilities are blast doors hidden in plain sight, whether under a rock, in a cave, or covered with grass/dirt.

An event to rehydrate humanity in funds was planned 30 years ago by the Chinese Elders.

This plan included the GCR and NESARA.

The most important events that are waiting to go ahead are dependent on the first move to introduce a re-valuation of the currencies. It is the key to many important changes that have been prepared in advance, that will see elections quickly arranged to enable a new Republic to be established and a new President installed. Meantime Paul Ryan who has already been sworn in will be the President Elect until new elections are held to find a new Leader. The ultimate aim is to ensure prosperity for everyone. It will take time but delays will be kept to a minimum because all of the groundwork has already been carried out. NESARA and GESARA are most important parts of the changes that will totally alter the future so that a Golden Age can commence. Once the present chaos and troubles are overcome the changes will all come into being much quicker than you can imagine. The preparations have long been ready, and those appointed to take charge are well aware of the tasks that lay ahead.

The waiting game will have to go on a little longer but do not despair as you will be assured of benefiting from all that has been promised. For many it will be full of pleasant surprises , well beyond anything you may have imagined. Many of the old ways will have to be changed to reflect a society that has moved on where their level of consciousness is concerned.    During the past millennium, the Masters have set up this system and passed it on to the Elders and their Royal counterparts. Those given this power long ago began the final means to manifest both this new currency release and the rise of the much-anticipated NESARA Republic. These actions are to quash the illegal USA, Inc and its corollary, the present Presidential administration. It is this procedure that is to throw out the old and introduce the new. We are to see not only the rise of global peace but the advent of global prosperity and a giant opening to disclosure as well. These acts are to start a great leap in consciousness and the formal introduction of our galactic family. Also, to divinely follow a whole series of decrees set forth by Heaven, to signal the collapse of a number of old human cycles and the beginning of several new ones. These new cycles are to free humanity from want and permit the ending of several artificial divisions that have long plagued mankind.

Overnight we saw a complete and global test run of the RV per several Republic and banking sources--unknown to each other.

Hence, why the emergency broadcast system tested for no good reason before 2am EDT... which clearly will be the general release period... middle of the night while auto traffic and internet usage are at their lowest respective volumes.

HSBC related paymasters have been alerted that all SKR clients will be laid at once and that the bank will be providing management services and contact information post hydration.  

We're also hearing whispers about a massive announcement coming in September as it relates to GESARA.

Also being told they want the financial portion of GESARA completed prior to this announcement for safety reasons.

Dratzo! Many signs now indicate that we are actually moving closer to the much-anticipated deliveries. The numerous delays and their accompanying glitches have reached a most critical point. We continue to fully expect your promised deliveries to eventually occur. This process, as noted in previous reports, is taking far too long to successfully execute. The constant delays by the deliverers is appalling. At times, their frequent excuses would appear planned. The distribution process should not be a hit-or-miss procedure. It would be much easier to work in large and complete delivery batches to achieve a success.

   To us, these ongoing delays are an omen that, in reality, there is still an undercurrent of an internal argument between those who wish to succeed and those who indirectly do not. We know that such large programs can be easily set up to do as one truly desires. It is a sign of planned incompetence when each attempt at a workable delivery system proves unsuccessful. We possess technology that could easily achieve these goals in a most secure manner. The time is now ripe to use a simple saying: Either one decides to 'fish or cut bait'. Ultimately the decision rests with the deliverers.

   The current process is forcing the banks to reactivate long-abandoned procedures. A new method would be more able to allow the endless amounts of money to be successfully selected instead of being repeatedly recounted. A revamped procedure would make it possible to discover the means to quickly correct any previous mistakes. In this regard, it is hoped that a final solution be adapted and successfully utilized in very short order!
