Go outside and look around. Look up at the sky. Everything out there is the body of existence. Now close your eyes and feel to your personal inner core. In there is the soul of existence. We are all a part of this 'greater' soul and body, and at the same time we have our own unique versions so as to explore both realms. We perceive the external universe from inside of it and inversely we perceive the internal universe from the outside. This, to my understanding is the basic truth of the nature of our dualistic reality, but does not necessarily constitute the entirety of existence, since there are other realms yet to be explored and documented on a wide scale that exist outside the framework of the model I'm presenting here.
My dialectic is based on a combination of Jungian psychology and the Reciprocal Systems of Theory. Taoist principles of Yin and Yang can be applied, whereas we live on the Yang side of the coin, and the 'inner/spiritual realm' is the Yin side of our reality. The Hindu principles of Shiva and Shakti can also be applied.
Soul = Anima, exists in the inverse half of our universe. Science refers to it as the universe of anti/dark-matter (should be inverse, not anti- or dark), from where the CMBR is emitted/ing,.. it can also be thought of as time-space, whereas we are currently primarily aware of this side of the coin, space-time. The landscape we visit during dreams, spirit walks, and after life 'there' is the soul/anima. There, the perspective is outside looking in, similar to peering into a crystal ball. The entire landscape there is a uniquely projected "place" that represents the psyche(soul)... the dreamscape is the soul, and as a matter of being outside looking in, everything there IS you. Here in the material half of the universe, we are focused from the inside of the physical corpus/body, looking out. It's a reciprocal relationship. The aggregate of soul+body, given direction by the Animus/Spirit/Kali = a unit of conscious awareness / life.
This inverse/interiour realm / cosmic sector / anti-matter universe is the other half of the reality coin in which we currently find ourselves expressing ourselves as infinite units of consciousness. There are beings/entities in there who we consider multi-dimensional (because we're mostly very locked into this one dimension/side of the waking reality coin) and thus somehow more spiritually aware than we are. Their primary existence is 'in there' where thought creates reality without the same amount of delay that we experience here, and it's for this reason, I believe, that they are seen to be 'higher' on the spiritual ladder than us. This isn't an absolute truth, at least from my perspective. The light side, and the dark side that opposes it, are two factions of the same thing... duality. Duality seeks to perpetuate its existence. This desire for self perpetuation is something akin to what most of us believe to be the ego. Ego is the complex within a unit of life whose primary function is physical survival. Duality perpetuates itself by having units of consciousness (people) choose a side and thereby move themselves from a middle place of balance to the far ends of the metaphorical spiritual seesaw. This is the base code of our reality. Yin and Yang. But realize that the Yin aspect and Yang aspect do not exist separately from each other, and together form one thing, the taijitu (duality).
