Benjamin Fulford has confirmed that there is forensic evidence of Obama personally ceasing the release of funds. This confirmation Fulford received had either originated from the Pentagon or the Chinese.
Contacts have told me this morning that it has been moving forward
again today.
As for tonight, no calls in or out. I'm unable to get a hold of anyone at this time. The last I heard was that the owner of NESARA who is a member of the Republic registered with the Hague has reported that the RV will be spreading across all 50 states starting from Washington D.C.

As I understand it, the following must occur prior to RV/GCR release:
1. Chinese give the 'go'
2. Gold Treaty gets executed
3. Codes will be issued
4. Cottrell is funded
5. Codes entered into new UST
Now the Republic is kick-started and the asset-backed currency will flow. Only after that will forex be updated, we get notifications, and do exchanges.
So the question remains -
What needs to happen for the Chinese to give the 'go'?
Boards and via private sources pertain to those events and occurrences happening. The problem is we are fed hype based on several of those given events and occurrences alone. We are not privy to a listing of all events, occurrences, and status of each and every one of them.

My sources are saying that number 2 has been accomplished and number 3, 4 and 5 are awaiting number 1.
