WASHINGTON — In the $600 billion annual Defense Department budgets, the $22 million spent on the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program was almost impossible to find.

Which was how the Pentagon wanted it.

For years, the program investigated reports of unidentified flying objects, according to Defense Department officials, interviews with program participants and records obtained by The New York Times. It was run by a military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, on the fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring, deep within the building’s maze.

The Defense Department has never before acknowledged the existence of the program, which it says it shut down in 2012. But its backers say that, while the Pentagon ended funding for the effort at that time, the program remains in existence. For the past five years, they say, officials with the program have continued to investigate episodes brought to them by service members, while also carrying out their other Defense Department duties.

The shadowy program — parts of it remain classified — began in 2007, and initially it was largely funded at the request of Harry Reid, the Nevada Democrat who was the Senate majority leader at the time and who has long had an interest in space phenomena. Most of the money went to an aerospace research company run by a billionaire entrepreneur and longtime friend of Mr. Reid’s, Robert Bigelow, who is currently working with NASA to produce expandable craft for humans to use in space.

On CBS’s “60 Minutes” in May, Mr. Bigelow said he was “absolutely convinced” that aliens exist and that U.F.O.s have visited Earth.

Working with Mr. Bigelow’s Las Vegas-based company, the program produced documents that describe sightings of aircraft that seemed to move at very high velocities with no visible signs of propulsion, or that hovered with no apparent means of lift.

Officials with the program have also studied videos of encounters between unknown objects and American military aircraft — including one released in August of a whitish oval object, about the size of a commercial plane, chased by two Navy F/A-18F fighter jets from the aircraft carrier Nimitz off the coast of San Diego in 2004.

Emery: Yeah. It was a leopard-colored skin. It was the torso. It looked like it got blown up. And it had Reptilian skin. It had normal body parts like we have on our insides. So I did see a spleen, a heart, lung.

The face was too distorted and destroyed, so I couldn't tell you what the face looked like, but it had perfect, normal bone structure like we do. And it was just . . . The skin was beautiful. It was iridescent blue leopard skin.

It reminded me of growing up in the Everglades with the leopard frogs, where they had those round circles and peacock feathers mixed.

David: Really?

Emery: Yeah. That color . . . That distinct, round . . . It was very smooth skin.

David: Did it scare you the first time you got a partial body?

Emery: Yeah.

David: Were you like, “Oh, my god! What's going on here?”

Emery: Yeah. I was in shock. They're measuring my heart rate, by the way, the whole time. They're measuring how I'm reacting.

So I kept cool, and they didn't ask me, “Hey, are you all right?” one time, because I was only allowed to operate on one part of the body. And I wanted to know more, you know?

David: Right.

Emery: Because there are certain tissues, I realized, from clones, than from real extraterrestrials and from humans, that the cloned tissue isn't as strong as the ones they grow.

Our tissue's really strong, but … And depending on how long they've been, of course, dead, or how long it's been frozen, or whatever conditions they have had it in.

But when you get fresh stuff, . . . and sometimes they'll tell you it is, sometimes they won't. And you can tell that the ones that are fake are more friable. So that means you barely try to get something out of them, it just, like, melts away.

So it's a very interesting dynamic as far as the tissues are concerned.

Cloning of animals has been achieved by Chinese researchers and others using cell samples recovered from the deceased parent animal.

It is a slow and expensive process taking many months.

Wealthy folks who want to clone a favorite, beloved pet have been the only ones able to afford this, but that may be changing rapidly.

Cloning of a favorite pet has produced mixed results, with many clones supposedly not living as long as normal, and some having strange health problems.

Numerous labs around the world are advertising cloning services and many new treatments for gene-based disorders; and these are rapidly being developed all over the world, using state-of-the-art genetic engineering technology.

Cloning has been ultra-expensive; and those who have cloned their favorite animals that have died have paid a small fortune for the clone.

With the genetic-engineering technologies appearing publicly within the last few years, cloning is expected to become cheaper and more effective.

The first animal cloning used Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer (SCNT) technology, but some of the clones developed unusual, lifespan-limiting health issues, like Dolly, which was one of the first public clones. This animal died early of an unexpected lung disease.

A new gene-editing technology has been developed that allows removal of disorder-causing genes and substitution of healthier ones. This is the CRISPR (Clustered Regularly
Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats) gene-editing technology, which is so advanced that it allows the replacement of individual genes.

And there is the new SHEEF stem cell technology that creates “Synthetic Human Entities with Embryo like Features”. This technology could easily lead to the growing of one’s own identical, human replacement organs inside or outside one’s own body, perhaps in an artificial fluid-maintained womb.

LASSO (Long-adapter single-strand oligonucleotide) cloning can now clone thousands of cells at once; and human stem cells can be coaxed to grow into eggs and sperm. LASSO is predicted to significantly speed up the process of cloning.

Use of fertilized human embryos for body parts – outcry

A great public outcry led many politicians all over the world to pass laws and limit the use of human eggs being fertilized for genetic embryonic experiments.

However, this led to secret labs and various programs classified deep within the Shadow Government Defense Contractor system, some growing fertilized human embryos into large fetuses in synthetic wombs comprised of plastic sacs fed by various life-giving fluids.

Some of these secret experiments have undoubtedly been used for evil, Frankenstein-like purposes. The whole subject of stem cells from embryotic cells is a political hot-potato, but has been solved by a veterinarian.

Above is a quote given by Phil Schneider, who spent two years travelling around the country leaking some very sensitive information. One day, a friend of his named Al Pratt, along with the manager of the apartment complex where Phil lived, found him dead in his apartment. While his death was originally attributed to a stroke, many believe he was murdered for leaking this information.

Phil’s story has gained a lot of attention from UFO researchers, and that’s because his story never changed, and has been corroborated by other people as well. It also aligns with a lot of other information that has been leaked on this subject.

Phil himself claimed to be a government contractor who specialized in engineering and geology. He was tasked multiple times with building underground military facilities.

Now, keep in mind that deep underground military facilities are no conspiracy theory; even in-bottom and under-bottom bases beneath the ocean are most likely a reality. Plans to begin this type of construction began long ago. For example, in 1968, the Stanford Research Institute discussed the construction of dozens of undersea bases in a study titled “Feasibility of Manned In-Botton Bases.”

Project Serpo – The Exchange Program Between Humans and Aliens

In 2005, an anonymous source sent a series of emails to a UFO Discussion Group led by former U.S. Government Employee Victor Martinez.

These emails detailed the existence of an Exchange Program between the U.S. Government and the Ebens – alien beings from Serpo, a planet from the Zeta Reticuli Star System. The program was thus called Project Serpo.

The source identified himself as a retired employee of the government, claiming he had participated in a special program.

The program’s origins lay with the two UFO crashes in New Mexico in 1947, the famous Roswell incident and another one in Corona.

He claimed one extraterrestrial survived the crash and was transferred to the Los Alamos National Laboratory. The other six deceased extraterrestrials were placed in a freezing facility in the same laboratory.

A Fascinating Story About “The Real Men In Black” From Ingo Swann

The picture above is from a book authored by Nick Redfern titled, The Real Men In Black. A book we highly recommend if you’re interested in this type of phenomena.

Every single year the topic of UFOs continues to gain traction with regards to credibility and evidence. A lot of information has emerged over the past few years that has taken these subjects out of the ‘conspiracy theory’ realm and into ones of serious inquiry.

This particular story originates from the US governments Stargate Program, which lasted more than two decades. The program studied various topics within the dimensions of parapsychology, such at telepathy, psychokensis, remote viewing and more.

It’s an excellent example of unacknowledged and waived Secret Access Programs. These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. They are commonly referred to as ‘deep black programs.’ A 1997 US Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress.” (source)

Roger Stone, testifying in front of the military tribunals in Washington D.C. because he had contact with Guccifer 2.0.  Guccifer 2.0 is an alleged Russian hacker who claims to have hacked the Clinton Foundation and the democratic national convention. Chemtrails/HAARP/Project Cloverleaf

In the 1970s and 80s, the CIA and other government agencies experimented with paranormal research and one of their main focus was remote viewing.

Also known as clairvoyant travel, this unexplained ability lets users travel outside their bodies to perceive people and places through psychic means.One of the least secret programs making use of psychic abilities is the Stargate Project, a collection of weird experiments centered on remote viewing. The only thing stranger than these experiments is the results and answers they gave.
One such experiment is described in a declassified 8 page document made available by the CIA on their Electronic Reading Room. [Documents available here.]

The document exposes the results of a remote viewing session that took place in 1984. An unnamed subject with above average psychic abilities was taken to a secret location and given a sealed envelope. Over the course of one hour, the subject was interviewed while the envelope remained sealed.He had no idea what the envelope contained but was asked to travel to the time and place written down on a card inside the envelope. These were the coordinates:

1 million years B.C.

Remember, the test subject had no idea what the envelope contained. He was asked to focus his ability on that particular time and place and was given different geographical coordinates as the interview went along. These coordinates could have very well pointed to a place on Earth, the Moon or any other astral body where cardinal points (north, south) are relevant notions.

Yet he nailed it big time.

Interviewers told the subject to travel to 40.89 degrees north, 9.55 degrees west. Here’s what he said he saw:

“I kind of got an oblique view of a pyramid or pyramid form. It’s very high, it’s kind of sitting in a…large depressed area. It’s yellowish, ah…okra colored.”

This description doesn’t stand out in particular, at least not before we input the coordinates into Google Mars. 40º 89′ N, 9º 55′ W leads us to the Cydonia region, home of the famous Face on Mars.

CIA Document Confirms Reality Of Humans With ‘Special Abilities’ Able To Do ‘Impossible’ Things

Cases of mind influencing matter have been reported throughout history and across many cultures, more specifically in regard to ‘supernormal’ abilities which include telepathy, psychokinesis, and other phenomena that lie within the realms of parapsychology. This is evident in ancient literature, from the Vedic texts and the yoga sutras, to Jesus, Moses, Milarepa,  Mohammed and more.

Modern day evidence is suggesting that these abilities are much more than folklore.

Fast forward to today and scientists have been exploring the mind/matter relationship for more than a century. We have established that consciousness, or factors associated with consciousness, do in fact have observable effects on what we call the physical, material world, albeit very small effects.

It’s important to note that these effects aren’t always seen by the observable eye, but they are known at the quantum level.

If you want to learn more about that, a great place to start is with Dean Radin, the Chief scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences.

The most commonly used experiment to illustrate the connection between consciousness and our physical reality is the quantum double slit experiment, which shows that observation “not only disturbs what has to be measured, they produce it.”  (source)

At the end of the day, our pioneering physicists, as Max Planck (he originated quantum theory) said, regard consciousness as “fundamental” and matter as “derivative from consciousness.”

Eugene  Wigner, a physicist and mathematician sat that “it was not possible to formulate the laws of quantum mechanics in a fully consistent way without reference to consciousness.”  (source)

The Situation Regarding the Tribunal for The Underground Bases and Secret Military Projects

The situation with the underground bases and the secret military projects is as follows.

Children are utilized as part of a secret military operation which seeks to find the best possible candidates for a military force that defends Earth and the human race.

These operations became infiltrated by various groups seeking to abuse the secrecy to fulfill their own desires. There is a fine line but the use of this power to fulfill their own desires was seen as a direct threat to the existence of the human race.

The issue with this is the determination of that fine line between a legitimately beneficial operation and the abuse of such secrecy for subversive or perverse means.

In short, you can’t teach someone to care for themselves or the truth if they do not have that desire within them. You can however show someone the deleterious effects of allowing ignorance and fear to take control of a person’s life and line of reasoning.
