Captain Liger claims to be an extraterrestrial who is currently living on earth.  He claims to have lived on earth for more than 200 years.  He frequents chat rooms and provides Intel to the chat members on frequent occasions.  His Intel comes from his connections with Extraterrestrials, who I believe to be part of the Galactic Federation of Light.  He has mentioned before that he supports the GFL.    e~
