From Dr. Jean Francois Gille, who moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico from France, comes a translation of a French document that exposes the relationship between several factors in the matrix of world affairs. "It's like WannaCry all over again," said Mikko Hypponen, chief research officer with Helsinki's cybersecurity firm F-Secure, when discussing today's latest outbreak of the WannaCry-like ransomeware attack, which as we reported earlier started in Ukraine, and has since spread to corporate systems across the world, affecting Russian state oil giant Rosneft, the international shipping and energy conglomerate Maersk, and the UK public relations company WPP, before jumping across the Atlantic and going global, by infecting the US-based division of global pharma giant Merck, which this morning confirmed it has been hit by the "Petya" attack.

“We confirm our company’s computer network was compromised today as part of global hack,” Merck said in a statement on Tuesday. “Other organizations have also been affected. We are investigating the matter and will provide additional information as we learn more.”

Merck employees were instructed to disconnect all mobile devices from the company network and advised not to speak to reporters or post messages on social media accounts.

Computers at Merck facilities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey locked up Tuesday morning around 8am local time, according to the Inquirer.

That means restoring genuine democracy and freedom of the press so that an informed population can choose their own government. This government the military would then serve.

Bombshell: YAHOO secretly scanned ALL emails for NSA, FBI

Yahoo Inc last year secretly built a custom software program to search all of its customers' incoming emails for specific information provided by U.S. intelligence officials, according to people familiar with the matter.
The company complied with a classified U.S. government demand, scanning hundreds of millions of Yahoo Mail accounts at the behest of the National Security Agency or FBI, said three former employees and a fourth person apprised of the events.

Some surveillance experts said this represents the first case to surface of a U.S. Internet company agreeing to an intelligence agency's request by searching all arriving messages, as opposed to examining stored messages or scanning a small number of accounts in real time.

It is not known what information intelligence officials were looking for, only that they wanted Yahoo to search for a set of characters. That could mean a phrase in an email or an attachment, said the sources, who did not want to be identified.

Confirmation of Corey Goode's Testimony about Antarctica & Underground E.T Bases

National Security Agency whistleblower Edward Snowden, has made a new controversial claim yesterday, saying that he possessed some classified information proving that the NSA is stealing and even producing pornographic pictures and videos, in order to blackmail various individuals around the world.

Snowden, who lives as a fugitive in Russia after leaking documents about the NSA's surveillance programs has made some previously unreported allegations concerning the “illegal tactics” of the NSA, during an interview with the Moscow Tribune.

According to him, the Special Collection Service (SCS) of the NSA has been stealing and collecting amateur pornographic material since the 1990s, accumulating over 500 million hours of video and more than 20 billion pictures.

This pornographic material which is stolen from cell phones and computers around the world, is then analyzed and sorted in terms of potential value.

Many of these images are then used to blackmail politicians and other influential people, forcing them to collaborate with the agency or face public sex scandals.

Mr. Snowden claims that this program has already caused the fall of many politicians, including former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer, who resigned in March 2008, and David Petraeus, who resigned as Director of the CIA in November 2012.

In a series of tweets, former National Security Administration (NSA) contractor and whistleblower Edward Snowden explained that recent attacks against a cyber-espionage organization tied to the NSA may be a warning worth heeding.

Members of the Equation Group, an organization of powerful hackers often associated with the NSA, was recently the target of a cyber attack. One of the items allegedly stolen was the attack code Equation cyberspies use regularly, also known as a “cyber weapon.” During an online auction, hackers allegedly involved with the attack offered to sell their discoveries to the highest bidder.

According to Snowden, the hack itself is not news, but the fact hackers used the opportunity to expose these cyber weapons is. “The hack of an NSA malware staging server is not unprecedented, but the publication of the take is,” he wrote on Twitter.

Because a “rival publicly demonstrating” they have been able to crack the NSA’s code is unheard of, Snowden went on to argue, this attack is likely a message from Moscow.

The document authored by a Dr. Campaigne, presents a series of 29 messages received from outer space. Here’s an extremely interesting snippet from the journal:

“Recently a series of radio messages was heard coming from outer space. The transmission was not continuous, but cut by pauses into pieces which could be taken as units, for they were repeated over and over again. The pauses show here as punctuation. The various combination have been represented by letters of the alphabet, so that the messages can be written down. Each message except the first is given here only once. The serial number of the messages has been supplied for each reference.”

FREEDOM Act passes, effectively kills freedom

With the passage of the USA FREEDOM Act, mainstream media outlets and even some “privacy advocates” are hailing the passage of the bill as a welcome step forward and a sign of defeat for the USA PATRIOT Act, the bill that was itself passed in the wake of the 9/11 attacks and widely representative of the United States’ rapid descent into outright police state tyranny.
Unfortunately, however, the passage of the FREEDOM Act is no victory for freedom. In fact, is an insultingly sound nail in freedom’s coffin.

The bill, which has been promoted and supported by many of the same members of Congress that supported the PATRIOT Act (notably, James Sensenbrenner) now comes on the heels of a 2nd US Circuit Court decision that bulk telecommunications data collection was not authorized by the PATRIOT Act, unconstitutional, and therefore an illegal act.

To be sure, the FREEDOM Act has been in the works for passage since 2013 when lawmakers began pushing it. At the time, the bill attempted to actually extend the PATRIOT Act provisions through the end of 2017 as well as maintain a number of violations of civil liberties and privacy concerns.
The new version of the FREEDOM Act is no better, except perhaps in the language being used to promote it.

Senate blocks measures to extend NSA program

Washington (CNN)Opponents of the National Security Agency's bulk collection of telephone data successfully blocked multiple attempts in the Senate early Saturday morning to extend the expiring law that authorizes the program.

The developments, coming in a rare overnight session, leave in doubt the ability of Congress to keep alive the Patriot Act program that many feel is critical to national security but has also alarmed privacy advocates for its sweeping nature.

First, the Senate blocked two separate measures. The first, a House-passed bill that would shift responsibility for holding data from the government to telecommunications companies, while also imposing stricter limitations on how authorities could access the information, failed in a 57-42 vote. The second measure was a two-month extension beyond the current law's June 1 expiration date, which was voted down 54-45.

Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul, who's also seeking his party's nomination for President, led the charge against the program, repeatedly objecting to requests from Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to extend it by just a few days. 

"We have entered into a momentous debate," said Paul, who said he objected because his request for a guarantee of two amendments on a future bill dealing with the NSA program was denied. "This is a debate about whether a warrant with a single name of a single company can be used to collect all of the phone records of all of the people in our country with a single warrant. Our forefathers would be aghast."

He worked for the agency for more than thirty years, and was the leading code-breaker against the Soviet Union during the Cold War. He’s had quite the run, starting in 2002 when he let the public know of a system (‘trailblazer’) intended to analyze data carried on communication networks (like the internet). He exposed the agencies eavesdropping program and has faced harassment from the FBI, NSA and more. He has been in and out of the court room ever since he decided to resign and blow the whistle.

House votes to reform NSA surveillance with USA Freedom Act

Today the House of Representatives passed the USA Freedom Act, a measure to end the NSA's bulk collection of metadata. The bill received broad support in the House, with 338 votes for the bill and 88 against, but will now face a tougher road in the Senate.

The Patriot Act's Section 215 expires June 1st

The vote's timing was no coincidence: on June 1st, the NSA's authority to obtain phone metadata, granted by Section 215 of the Patriot Act, will expire. Rather than granting a full renewal of that authority, the Freedom Act keeps that metadata in the hands of telecoms, who can search for the information after receiving a court order that specifies information like a person or account. The bill also takes transparency measures, giving telecoms more options to publicly report on national security requests.

The bill is meant to bridge the divide between Democrats hoping to fully end the NSA's power and Republicans hoping for a full renewal under the Patriot Act's Section 215. (President Barack Obama has also thrown his support behind the bill.) But the Freedom Act has still proven controversial: last year, a version of the bill was passed in the House, but eventually voted down in the Senate. 

Civil rights groups like the Electronic Frontier Foundation have declined to support the new bill, arguing that it doesn't go far enough to stop NSA spying. Meanwhile, high-ranking Senate Republicans — including Majority Leader Mitch McConnell — have publicly denounced the bill, with some hoping instead to pass a so-called "clean" renewal of the Patriot Act. While the House was expected to approve the bill, its chances for survival in the Senate are much less clear.

The Second Circuit Court of Appeals held in the case, which was brought by the ACLU, that the telephone metadata collection program "exceeds the scope of what Congress has authorized." The court did not rule on a larger Constitutional issue and sent the case back down to a lower court for further proceedings. 

The program gathers up bulk telephone records to enable targeted searches based on telephone numbers or other identifiers associated with terrorist organizations.

A three-judge panel held that the text of the Patriot Act "cannot bear the weight the government asks us to assign to it and that it does not authorize the telephone metadata program."

"If Congress chooses to authorize such a far-reaching and unprecedented program, it has every opportunity to do so, unambiguously," the court said. "Until such times as it does so, however, we decline to deviate from widely accepted interpretations of well-established legal standards. "
