When I first started to wake up and “all my hidden/suppressed unhappy stuff” was coming up, happiness was a small dim thing, yet there was a tiny spark inside. This “spark” of my SOUL grew bigger and bigger and so vast as I opened up to allow it through, as I embraced this aspect of myself, as I got over my own judgment, resolved my own separation as it presented to me/in my physical reality, as I took each step into “fears” (illusory beliefs) and BEcame my purest, kindest, most abundant, appreciative, grateful, considerate and POWERFUL aspects of me and dissolved my own human-ego to RETURN to a space of such purity, such love, such immense peace, that JOY and happiness were no longer a “thing” to seek, they were me, a way of living/existing, so no matter what I did, these were alchemical ingredients that were necessary for every reality.
Does that bring you JOY, Peace and Happiness? This is what I would ask myself each time. Does this inspire me/others, does this SUPPORT our NEW EARTH EXISTENCE or is it of an “old program” again? I started using THESE as my way of SEEING what was aligned and what was not. I started ADDING more into my own space/life that brought more joy, inspiration, kindness, happiness, peace and love through for every experience to become this. I learned to IDENTIFY what presented me with my own disempowered mentality beliefs, what represented my own lack, where I still compromised and make a decision to no longer ALLOW this to occur in my own reality world. CHOOSING is a POWER that our human aspect fears/avoids. Recognizing my own ego-fears-distortions-illusory beliefs, gave me a POWER that I did not have before I awoke to what duality was and the reasons we require polarity to catalyze us.

Every new year most party late into the night, get intoxicated by various methods, make resolutions only to break them within the week.
Or are we empty – seeking outside of ourselves for love, joy, bliss, abundance etc.
In the macrocosm our dysfunctional relationship with society and the planet also is coming up for healing.
The uncovering, chaos, changes on every level are the symptoms of a planetary awakening.
The manifestation time between cause and effect is happening much quicker going into the days of instant karma. What took years is happening in days, what took days is happening in hours.
We have talked about Universal Law, The Quickening, and the 9th wave. This is all having a major impact on humanity and the Earth, how we flow with these energies is up to us and the choices and actions we take. Some will try to continue business as usual, live in denial, project and blame refusing to be accountable or heal their own victim patterns. They will not fare well in the days to come because the manifestation time between cause and effect is happening much quicker going into the days of instant karma. What took years is happening in days, what took days is happening in hours. Where ever you go there you are and though it might require some space to process the processing and releasing of the past cannot be avoided.
This new year I would strongly suggest finding the quite time to ask yourself, am I creating heaven on earth?

We are in the pivotal shift between the end of a Dark Cycle and the beginning of a new one. During this incredible time of moving parts, shifting dimensions and timelines, we look forward and backwards for deeper clarity. Summarizing and shedding the multiple levels of NAA influence and energetic siphon, we place special focus on the energetic quality of parasites. What does it take to extract ourselves from parasitic values, unplug from vampiric systems, clear out physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parasites? Protecting our health and life force, valuing our spiritual embodiment and ability to self-source, is a major part of how we are preparing to be responsible co-creators in this new cycle.
The alignment that occurs between Earth, the Sun and the Milky Way is magnified into a specific demarcation point in the timelines that separates the worlds, which begins another stage of mass soul transiting on the cusp moving from the constellation of Ophiuchus and into Sagittarius. Many groups of souls and entities that have been in the lower dimensional planes of the earth for multiple millennia, will be transited out through the Galactic Window. As this wave of soul groups leave the lower dimensions of the earth realm, within the celestial structure that mirrors the planetary body from the heavens, the unified solar principle returns through the birth of new stars.

Every once in a
while, I do healing work on a client who carries a genetic pattern that is not
only important for that person to transcend, but is also a significant pattern for
humanity as a whole. It very much
depends on the issue that the client would like to work with, their readiness
to address that tissue, and what shows up in the session. Of course, their Higher Self is ultimately in
charge of what shows up to be worked with!
This past week I
worked with a client I will call Jane, and 2 very significant genetic patterns
showed up to be transcended. Everyone
needs an issue to work with, and in this case, my client’s general issue was her
difficulties in feeling very stuck in life, going nowhere, lost and giving up very
easily, thus not completing tasks and projects.
There was a lack of passion in life, and also a sense that Jane’s inner
and spiritual connections were not as they should be.

We are at the end of 2017 and O M G have we reached the moment of truth or what?
2017 has been marked by many people as the year when the end of the Old Paradigm of Light vs Dark comes to an end.
And it has.

The experience was radically different to all the other timeline “Inelias” I had visited previously. It was so radically different that I actually thought it was just a figment of my imagination. Unlike the other instances that were real to me.

As things are heating up now in the external fields, there is an
incredible amount of confusion that is intentionally being used to
spread the forces of chaos and obfuscation, as well as many new players
rising. Both human and nonhuman groups have been jockeying for position
to gain the most advantage in the strategic chess game that is happening
on the earth at this time. We are ending a creation cycle and moving
into a new platform for morphogenesis, a platform which has changed
architecture, in which many of these forces are attempting to reverse
engineer what is currently happening in the field architecture. The
observation is upon what is shifting in the timelines now so that those

Dear Ascending Family,
As the distance between the bifurcating energies is increasing, we can see that a lot of people are starting to fall through the cracks. This time is especially challenging for those who do not have a strong moral compass and core sense of self. As the negative polarity and positive polarity spirals are becoming more extreme and amplified, those who are consciously or unconsciously serving both, are beginning to fracture and lose coherence. In order to stay deeply connected into our core self and to withstand the massive impact of these opposing forces colliding, we must take conscious steps now to embody personal integrity.
The 3D mind control set up is purposed to intentionally destroy the coherence and stability within sets of normative values that both define and model standards of behavior throughout human civilization. Through the mass promotion of the anti-human value systems, it destroys integrity and trust within the fabric of society, and directly erodes the development of Personal Integrity. Personal Integrity is the quality of being truthful and honest with yourself and others, of intentionally aligning personal behaviors and actions to be congruently aligned with your own value system, moral principles, and ethics. It generally requires personal choice and commitment to align ourselves to stay consistent with personal values and ethical standards, so that when we speak we mean what we say.

All is energy. Energy is all. Everything exists as a result of the perpetual dance of subatomic particles. This intelligent energy is the Infinite Creator. Nature is creation perpetuating itself.
One could think of the cosmos as the omniverse, a vast expanse of energy in countless configurations. The fabric of the omniverse is time-space or space-time, meaning everything exists not only somewhere but somewhen. There are many different universes, different timelines, and different realities. One can liken this to music. If the universe is a song, a parallel universe would be a remix. The omniverse would contain both of them and many more songs — a complex and enigmatic album.
We are the music. We are the musicians. We are the listeners.
Consciousness (also referred to as soul or spirit) is a form of energy distinct from the container of the physical body. It is common for the soul to choose its own journey from one lifetime to the next. This natural process is known as reincarnation. Although consciousness has long been a mystery to mainstream scientists on Earth, this isn’t the case elsewhere. (Some species have even mastered the ability to move a soul from one compatible physical body to another through advanced technology. This doesn’t circumvent reincarnation but provides a shortcut for it.)

We allow the space-time we need to pull away, be alone, hold our own field and not need to take care of/look out for others while we are doing this…. One thing these new higher frequencies have delivered over the last few months is our “fed up with human aspects” and breaking the programming of “doing for others” and “helping others” before we take care of ourselves…. I found that every time I stepped up to be kind, to help…. where there was any human’ness in the other, I got whopped upside the head with a “lesson” to teach me to stop trying to help… and the higher message kept being “let them deal with their own reality, stop trying to be kind”…. jeesh…. the opposite of what we had to do when we were opening our hearts over the years and did to live in Unity Consciousness, so it’s hard to stop doing for others when this is a part of Unity here….

Lisa Renee Update - Being the Spiritual Catalyst
Dear Ascending Family,
Once you become seasoned on the
Ascension path, or as a Starseed person, one will start to recognize
that you have the role of being a Spiritual Catalyst for others, whether
you want to or not. A Spiritual Catalyst instigates potential awakening
or consciousness shifts in the people, places and things that become
connected with or exposed to your personal sphere of influence.
Sometimes, this may appear to stimulate other people around you into
some really strange types of unconscious behaviors, such as spontaneous
eruptions of subconscious reactions, transferred projections, acting out
in angry impulses from out of nowhere, or our personal favorite here in
ES, the dreaded red wave of Victim-Victimizer programming.
This is a very surreal, strange and
disorienting time on planet earth, to observe what is happening in the
larger collective consciousness during a time of deep psycho-spiritual
crisis. We may observe how the current events and psychological
operations have instigated a lot of mental confusion and chaos, and
sometimes, this instigates aggravated fear and violence in the unawake
people and 3D based organizations around us. When people's identity are
fully enmeshed or connected to a mental position or belief system,
taking sides in the polarity of forces, they can become mentally rigid
and emotionally dependent on that specific belief system or mental point
of view. We refer to this as the bi-wave polarity consciousness,
it’s when a person gets stuck in the extremes of one side or another,
and staunchly will defend their beliefs, many times at their own expense
and even while generating harm to others. As example, the archetypes of
Hero/Savior and Enemy are really the same position in the bi-wave of
duality and exaggerated by those playing its archetypal game in order to
create sides for division. This is the main divide and conquer tactic
by the NAA mind control that is used to keep people arguing and killing
each other over petty disagreements that are being taken as major
offenses. Recent events with the amnesiac barriers dissolving, rises up
subconscious contents which for many have been deeply internalized and
personalized by people's sense of identity, and they easily take offence
or feel hurt or slighted, because their 3D point of view or mental
belief system is being threatened in a big way.

Lisa Renee – Preparing for Cosmic Citizenship

Humanity is evolving into learning how to better function within
group consciousness through many different social settings that present
an array of personal challenges as a byproduct of the bifurcation and
Ascension cycle. The higher frequencies and new chakra orb body
configurations are thrusting us into a whole different energetic
foundation, which pushes us to get the highest lessons of our evolving
consciousness, that content that we are being forced to learn at this
time. Before we can achieve personal sovereignty and join the Universal
Consciousness Community, we must be developed in our ability to navigate
in alignment with heart based group consciousness, in service to
others. This requires us to learn how to live honestly, transparently,
authentically, we cannot hide behind any masks of deception or still use
manipulation forces to get what we desire, to take the upper hand over
other people. If we use manipulation and force our personal will into
the reality to serve the self, or to feel more comfortable, these
energies feed the fears of the predator mind to grow. In order for us to
become Cosmic Citizens, if we truly want to live God, Sovereign and
Free, in the Law of One, we have to obey these laws and practice them
right now in the physical world, so that when the GSF timeline opens, we
have the full opportunity to join the rest of the Galactic Community,
if we are not of criminal or predatorial minds.

In the Ascending future timeline, as a GSF Cosmic Citizen, all is seen as an energetic signature within the lightbody, there is absolutely nothing that is hidden. If there is an act of brutality, harm or criminality, every last detail will be known and seen by others in the Cosmic Community, if they observe your consciousness, they will see everything inside your lightbody. If there is criminal activity in your consciousness record, if there is low ethics or disdain held for other people, the lightbody will not be strong enough, it will not be bright enough to hold the higher frequency needed, which means that consciousness cannot exist in that time and space, the higher Aurora Earth. Or on advanced planets that are in the alliance of the Interdimensional Free Worlds, that live totally and completely in alignment to the Law of One as the way of life.
Thus, many of us are purposefully thrust into difficult social situations that involve navigating group consciousness, such as in communities, organizations, memberships, professions, and a multitude of other types of group relationships. Many people on the ascension path are guided into some form of contributing directly to alternative social situations, such as practicing new guidelines of behavior like STO, or treating all people as mirror reflections of the higher collective selves, while participating in a spiritual or consciousness community. This is not only to learn and develop ourselves spiritually, but to explicitly gain self-knowledge in how to successfully navigate group dynamics by improving conflict resolution, and communication skillsets without being negatively triggered and acting our destructive behaviors. We have to learn how to get along with each other peacefully and harmoniously in a group setting, and many of us will be facing these kinds of different and difficult social challenges now. As we face an array of social challenges, we will be measuring our energetic output and input as forms of available energy, in order to determine what activities expend too much energy, and when we need to conserve energy. Many of us realize that if we are in the presence of deception, it takes a huge amount of energy to keep working around the façade being shown, while the truth, even when its unpleasant and hard to face, actually increases the available energy into all social situations. If we want to restore energy to a place where deception has existed, we tell the truth as we know it as accurately as possible, because it is the only option to return the energy back to the areas where the energy had been depleted by that which was propped up by deceptions and lies.

We are beyond perpetuating the old earth realities anymore. There is never an excuse for disrespect and this time of mass collective awakenening has been spoken of “forever”, it’s what we’ve been re-educating through highest consciousness for, that is resisted by ego/separated human mindsets that cannot comprehend that we are on a multi-dimensional earth where each now experiences THEIR OWN REALITY with THAT COLLECTIVE and not every dimension is experiencing the same realities…. vastly different ones. This requires the inner & outer work necessary for each to transcend their own inner realms of “hell” and “purgatory” to completely re-create realities aligned with each’s soul now. These ultra high frequency encoded light activations that bombard all with Christed Light (and more), are to shake/rattle and knock loose all those old programmed realities of distortions that represent (and play out) as Hell on Earth. Heaven is only accessible by going within…. each one of us have to if we desire Physical Body Ascension vs. physical death, where our Soul has completed it’s missions/purposes and it’s time to exit the body vehicle to awaken all that are left. This is a UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS AWAKENING where the Purity of our Souls emerge, often in the depths of hell, for we were so shut down/resistant, we would listen to anything else.
I love you. Each now have the ability to do so with greater ease, as they/you/we are ready. Not until….
Until each’s heart has opened enough to activate/open the pineal gland for holographic access to be enabled, then the only reality visible is the one our human eyes see, the ones experienced in dreams and by way of feelings to indicate/show what’s going on inside. We have to do this ourselves, each one of us… or the reality we continue to get is an unconscious one that plays out in our physical until we do.

LISA TRANSCENDENCE BROWN – ZERO POINT RANGE – Gatekeepers, Gridkeepers Continue Deep Anchoring – Integration of New Soul-Star Codes activated with Eclipse –
This Eclipse was a huge activation in so many ways. With it, so very much…
I’ve yet to share, as we continue the immense integration phase of anchoring these mega-high-light encodements into our physical forms and the Crystalline Grids of our Earth Gaia for more NEW Earth REALities by way of experiencing Heaven on Earth more here. It’s been profound, prolific, powerful and a very sacred, beautiful and magical experience that continues as we HOLD these new encoded geometrics here.
We’ve entered a whole new Zero Point range that will change the dynamics of REALities for us all here. I will be sharing more soon, as I continue to anchor/integrate as an intentional Gatekeeper/Gridkeeper here. These new codes are immense and require all of our attention and energy until this process is complete. This whole week has been dedicated to this anchoring/integration process, which should complete over the next few days. As our EARTHly bodies complete this cellular and molecular re-coding, re-calibrating and re-tuning processes, StarGates charge up ever so slowly/continually until we’ve reached Critical Mass and a new tipping point. The Eclipse was one. This is another. A completion phase of a week long integration process (or however long it takes).
StarGates now charging up to synchronize all, this synchronization re-aligns realities to all new geometric and equation codes. As our new StarGate Systems sync up, old timelines that no longer serve dissipate, dissolve, fall away as new ones prepare to materialize/arrive/take their place. At this point, we still have a couple of days (it appears). We never know until this starts to occur, which is what I normally share with you all ….
