Many of you are asking where we are on Tank's (and others) transfer? This will give you an idea. Also, I am going to apologize in advance for the "tone" of this update, but it's only because I "strongly dislike" these "cabal stooges".

As many of you are aware the "RV" did not happen as yet with only a few tricklings of rumors that "some guy somewhere exchanged", however that person (much like the "elders") does not come forward, is always "nameless" and then a new date is set for the "lay folk" as in anyone who has a name, fogs a mirror and isn't from the "land of oz". Who is that wizard guy anyway? Are these "RV/GCR/Dinar" folks really the good guys? Who is the Alliance? Hmmm. I will explain.

So everytime the "RV" doesn't happen every single bank I am working with gets a call from the "cabal stooges" telling them they are from homeland or some other govt entity and not to work with me. I will tell you who that is in a moment, but let me first explain. Yesterday I cleared compliance and today I didn't.. Same old crap. The cabal's bill was due yesterday, The Fat Guy, whom I have affectionately named "Humpty Dumpty"(because he is round and has taken a great fall), most of you know this person as Henry Kissinger shows up in Trump's office and pleads on behalf of his cohorts (who shall be named below) for 24 hours. Ok fine, that brought us to today. 48 hours ago the bank did all their verifications of funds, received US Department of Treasury Foreign Asset Control Reports and were very satisfied with the Trust, from their compliance department's lips to my ears. So flash forward to today, the bank is saying now they can't help us. Why may you ask? I will explain with great pleasure out on the internet for the whole world to see. Will they attack me for this? Oh probably, but hey what have I got to loose?

Although I am used to this (and normally race against the RV clock) because if I get my transaction closed before the Dinar is to pay out and the Government is being promised yet another date for funding (along with most governments) then I am golden.. If I pass by an RV date then poof next day deal is dead. It's the truth and now some of you are seeing it first hand.

In order to understand all this information that is being presented to you M1’s, Marcos, Trustees, Claimants you firstly have to understand the ORDER, the STRUCTURE and the PLAN. Marcos held the position of PINDAR aka “Penis of the Dragon”, the PINDAR was/is the controller of the families. The 13th seat, the highest ranking member of all DRAGONS. Marcos legally died in the 80’s but continued his position for many years later until 2015 when a new PINDAR was appointed.

That position has changed hands 2 more times since, every year in October as each one failed to do what the “Families” wanted. Votes were cast, virgins sacrificed and to whom may you ask? Well lets get down to that now.. What do the families want? CONTROL. One World Council, Divine Council of 13. Full control of all assets a task given to the Pindar each time a new one is appointed. In the middle you see the Sun Tzu Wheel, this is the hierarchy of the ORDER..No Pindar here. 3 in the middle, a Father Mr. A, and his two Sons, Mr. M (Not marcos) and Mr. E… All gone now, but this is their old structure. The next layer out on the wheel is “The Parents” herders of “The Children” 21 originally.

Next layer out you have Coven Masters,Then Coven Members, these were the makers of alchemy and black magic summoning the Jinn/Demons/Lucifer/Satan etc… Then you have a whole brood of “Slaves” in the big block below them.. Still not to THE FAMILIES yet… Below the big block of initials you then get down to “The Families” and “Governments” below.. This is why I tell you, names? Trustees? Sukarno? Keenan? Hudes? Wolfgang? Monroe? Old documents? All just crap for the Slave Masters to feel important. Titles? Rings? Who cares. Given to Slave Masters to make them feel important so they will sell their souls.. But why hasn’t it happened yet, and when and if it does happen, what form will it take? Observers like James Rickards have for years been talking about the International Monetary Fund (IMF) taking over as the world’s central bank. The story goes something like this: since all developed-world countries are equally bankrupt, they will come together and agree to “kick the debt up one level higher” to the IMF, and then the IMF’s Special Drawing Rights (SDR) will become the “one world currency”. Suzi Update about Anna von Reitz, GCR, Grandfather

 

To the Investor/Lightworker Community,

I am happy to write that Anna von Reitz provides us with a brief status update both in Paragraph 1 and at the end of her article #731 published today. She is honest and acknowledges that the can was kicked down the road another 90 days, and perhaps this might forestall some portions of the RV. It does appear that at this point the time frame might not be etched in stone, the way I read it her first paragraph.

A bit of intel: Today, I had an unexpected communication with an individual who will be doing several large projects and hence is extremely vested in and on top of the zillions of funds to be released. This person told me on good authority that "Judge Anna and Grandfather are working very well together" to get this all sorted out. I believe this person and will share more if I am able. In my opinion, this is EXCELLENT NEWS.

From the last few paragraphs, we can fully see that this GCR/RV is not only dependent upon what gets done in America, or what gets done to America. ALL OTHER COUNTRIES have a vested interest in converting to unincorporated governments, and I can hear the clack-clack of all those legal documents being typed around the world accomplishing this as we speak, and indeed, I imagine this has long been under process.

David: So you're equating the Chinese with the Alliance in some way?

Corey: Yes. Well, the Chinese are a large part of the Alliance, and they're the ones that have been predetermined to take over that financial system, or lead it.

David: So let's just be clear on what is the Chinese plan? Are they wanting to do exactly what the Federal Reserve did? Are they wanting to enslave us?

Corey: It would be a different type of Babylonian slave system, money magic system, of course, as long as there is a financial system, but it's suppose to be a fairer system that is fairer globally, and is based on gross domestic product and other things, other than how much wealth one country has accumulated and using that wealth against other countries.

I sent another email to Mr. Cottrell asking if he had any additional information about when he might receive the CODES.

This is his response:
Re: Update regarding release of CODES, etal., per the GOLD TREATY (21 March 2013)

The last communication received, June 2016, from the "Authorities/INTERPOL" stated that the Protocols itemized in the above mentioned "GOLD TREATY" are "Written in Stone" and are "NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE."

Therefore, per the last communique with you, (March 13 and 14, 2017), nothing has changed. We, including me, must wait until the word is given by the GOLDEN DRAGON, and the subsequent visit to release the CODES, and the FIPS, CMKX FUNDS, etal.

There is nothing more that I can add. Sorry.

Except a word of caution ---- NO GURU KNOWS WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN BEFORE IT HAPPENS regarding the release of the CODES. If you believe anyone of these folks, you do so at your own emotional peril.

This letter can be released to anyone you choose.

The biggest developments were at the top ranks of the Vatican where the Vatican Finance Minister and Number 3 honcho, Australian Cardinal George Pell was suspended after being indicted for child rapes. Banking, even in its "fiat forms" was based on a value, (this is the reason for the "infinite accounts" mentioned by Ferdinand Marcos and Swissindo, the value is that of the original depositories, human beings, which was monetized through the birth certificate straw man, various other bonds such as court bonds, prison bonds, etc and kept at the secondary depositories called Central banks, undisclosed to those they monetized (and never paid a bit of interest too).  Its a form of enslavement of current and subsequent generations abstracted by paper, derivatives, stocks, or gold.  The underlying value has always been human beings.

24:00 The international alliance was strongly activated after 9/11. It was an occult act done for a specific reason.  To bring in the Patriot Act..  The cabal controls the press, movies, news, print media. The alliance works behind the scenes to bring down the corrupt cabal.

Terran: References to the Cabal, are actually a group of Orion/Draco hybrids, carrying extreme genetic trauma after Orion civilization fell to the Draco empire. They were brought into the Earth sphere into Eastern Europe and the Middle East, particularly during the period Jewish exile in Babylon.   I think this perjorative term "Cabal" needs to be abandoned because of its linkage to the esoterics beliefs from the Kabbalah practiced by some in this group.  Its also slightly anti-semitic.  They are not always of Jewish beliefs, many are atheistic, Muslim, or even ostensibly "Christian".   Whatever cover works.

What is true?  What is true? 

Well, the truth is that the USA, Inc. went bankrupt on December 24, 2012 when the Federal Reserves 99 year charter ran out (begun in 1913). 

No longer did the American people have to pay 1% interest (in gold) on all debt they issued as a private bank printing American money and bonds without their understanding. 

But the USA Inc.'s largest creditors knew, and they took the corporation to international court in 2013, won, and a bankruptcy work through agreement was reached, and went into an implementation stage in the fall of 2015.

And because the Roman Catholic Church owned the USA Inc. (domiciled in Puerto Rico), its CEO, Pope Francis, came to "visit" the United States on September 22, 2015 and ceremonially transfer power back to the people of the Republic.

Starting with NESARA and my comments on safety..

This is really the story of power and how it corrupts people, organizations and nations. I am often questioned on my beliefs as to what is happening in America. It goes like this, "This is the United States. How can you possibly believe that something like NESARA could happen here?" Then there is my favorite, "How can you say these things and alarm people. That's irresponsible."

American, I ask you. CAN YOU REALLY SIT THERE AND NOT BELIEVE THERE ARE WEALTHY AND POWERFUL PEOPLE THAT WANT TO DETERMINE THE FLOW OF MONEY HERE? CAN YOU PROVE TO ME THAT THERE AREN'T SUCH PEOPLE INFLUENCING OUR POLITICS AND OUR NEWS? Why do I read information in other countries about the U.S. that never shows up on our news? Do you not notice that news stopped being neutral and starting projecting opinions? Have you not noticed the younger generation and how much trouble they are in because they are almost totally addicted to food stamps and hand outs? Are you so unaware?

Now, when I tell you that there are military people, Admirals and Generals and others, that are determining how they can best carry out their charter to protect the U.S.Constitution, perhaps you could take a moment and follow the logic of it with me.

In the 1930's there was a lot of corruption in the U.S. banking system. It wasn't regulated, at least not enforced and it was privately run. It is in the history books. Willie Nelson used to do concerts about the farmer's plight.

The bankers were in collusion with the Federal Regulators at the time. The goal was to obtain farm property en masse. Banks would put clauses in tiny print that later allowed the property to be taken such as indicating that upon the farmer's death the property reverted to the bank. This was done without disclosure to the person taking the loan and often resulted in a nasty surprise for those who thought they were inheriting family farms and could carry on the decades old tradition of working the land. Often the banks would take payments in cash and then never record them, later declaring default and then taking over. The farmers were helpless to stop it.

The situation grew until it involved many farmers and became a class action lawsuit of enormous size. Those hurt by the situation included one General who was co-plaintiff in the Farmers' Cases when it finally went to the U.S. Supreme Court in the 1980's.

Racing through our speedy court system, it reached the nine Supreme Court judges in early 1993. Seven of the nine justices ruled on major issues in a closed court (for national security purposes). These rulings included official court statements that the Federal Reserve Banking system was unconstitutional, that the U.S. had been operating outside of the Constitution since March of 1933, that major reforms of government and banking systems were required, and, most importantly for us here, that financial redress and remedies must be provided for financial losses due to bank fraud suffered by generations of farmers.

Multiple, reliable sources inside the world’s intelligence agencies and secret societies are predicting major changes in the world’s power structure in October. The struggle is centering on who will control the United States and its military industrial complex, the sources agree.

CIA and Pentagon sources are now both saying neither Hillary Clinton nor Donald Trump will become the next president of the United States. However, they disagree on who will become president, showing that the issue is still up for grabs.

US based CIA sources are still insisting Vice President Joe Biden will become President only to be quickly replaced by VP candidate Tim Kaine. These sources are also saying there is a faction pushing to have Michelle Obama become President thus de-facto prolonging the Obama Presidency.

However, Pentagon sources say a Biden Presidency “would be a disaster.” They are saying that instead “The October surprise may have the Republic restored and new candidates for President like speaker Paul Ryan (R) and Senator Elizabeth Warren (Dem), who gained national profile for publically flogging Wells Fargo CEO.”

The White Dragon Society, for its part, is recommending that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau head a North American Union. When the US and Canada parted ways in 1776, the Americans opted for “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” while the Canadians promoted the more prosaic “good government.”
