Here it comes again…

One of the two purposes of this blog is to utilize the heckler effect to stop any fast-moving globalist plots, thereby forcing them to advance their New World Order (NWO) agenda in a piecemeal effort over the course of years rather than months. So in service to this purpose, this entry will take a more in-depth look at the three-phase globalist plan for 2017 that I outlined in the previous note…

Phase 1: Darkness Falls – In this phase, the globalists will trigger the Big Crisis that will precede the launch of the NWO, and it could involve some or all of the following elements…

• a shooting encounter between the Americans and Chinese in the South China Sea,
• nationwide riots by migrants in France following the first round of the French presidential presidential election on April 23,
• a partial shutdown of the US government after April 28 that will prevent the distribution of food stamps on May 1,
• nationwide May Day riots in the US led by paid “leftist” agents provocateur, who could be joined by restive elements of the population whose food stamps were cut off,
• a sharp downturn in the markets blamed on the US/China conflict and the widespread social disorder, and
• a coup against Trump that will lead to his quick replacement with Vice President Mike Pence.

This phase will unfold in the late-April thru May timeframe.

Phase 2: The Long Night of the Vampires – In this phase, the globalists will use the global financial crisis triggered by Phase 1 to confiscate much of the public’s wealth through a series of bank failures and bail-ins. They will also use President Pence to intensify the confrontation between the US and Russia.

Since the world will be rattled by the shooting encounter between nuclear powers and the unfolding economic crisis, Putin and the BRICS will introduce proposals in the UN “to overhaul and restore confidence in the global financial system” and “to reform the UN so it’s more able to prevent conflicts like the one between the US and China.”

This phase will unfold between May and September, and it is during these months that the alt-media will sell Putin’s UN-to-NWO overhaul to the public.

I was researching for a new entry on the bizarre pseudospiritual side of the New World Order — their heavy promotion of “ancient astronauts / UFOs / aliens / disclosure,” spiritual “ascension,” and the coming of a world “savior king” (and his “evil” dialectic counterpart) — when I came to a realization: Barack Obama is hitting enough of the general prophecy points that the globalists can spin him as the “Antichrist.”

Before I go into how Obama is being stage-managed to fulfill the End Time prophecies, it is important to note that these prophecies come from men, not “God.” All the books of the Bible were written by men, and those books were then translated and compiled into the various versions of the Bible by men. These men had an agenda. And what was that agenda? To make sheep of humanity so they (the priests and “scholars”) could rule us as “shepherds” and fleece us. Put simply, these prophecies were written and compiled by the forefathers of our present-day Occulted Powers. And this being so, they are not “divine predictions,” they are scripts.

Getting back to how Obama fits the script, the Antichrist is prophesied as ruling for seven years, and at the middle point of his tenure, the “abomination of desolation” will “stand in the holy place.” Let’s look at how Obama is fulfilling this…

“The U.S. federal government can stay below its legal limit on borrowing until at least late October and likely do so a little longer than that, Treasury Secretary Jack Lew said on Wednesday.”

“Late October and a little longer than that” would put the debt limit hit very close to the November 15-16 G20 Summit. Interesting.

So as we cast our gaze upon the US budget / debt limit situation, there are three questions that must be asked…

1) Will the Congress pass a budget for FY 2016 before October 1? Not likely. According to this article about the federal budget from The Fiscal Times, House Speaker John Boehner is already talking about the necessity of passing a continuing resolution to keep the government funded past September 30.

2) Will Congress pass a continuing resolution to avoid a government shutdown? Seeing articles like this makes you wonder…

Here is the current Schedule of Implementation for the multilateral/multipolar New World Order as best as I can discern it at this time. As we go forward, I will add more details and supporting material to this page and will modify the timeline as I detect changes in globalist preparatory propaganda.

[Mod 1 – 20 May 2015]

First Half of 2015:
> June 4-18: There will be a notable economic downturn which could be set in motion by either a Greek default or a Federal Reserve interest rate hike (the Greek default seems the more likely candidate). The economic situation will grow worse as we approach September and may be accompanied by increasing war rumors and false-flag terror attacks (of both the real and the “crisis actor” varieties). Bank bail-ins and other measures to harvest the public’s wealth may be implemented in the following months.

> June 16-17: The Federal Reserve’s Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) will meet. If they choose to raise interest rates at this time, it would be a double-whammy (along with the likely Greek default) on the financial system.

Second Half of 2015:

> July 8-9: During this, the 7th month of the year, the BRICS will hold their 7th Summit meeting in Russia. They will likely announce the launch of the New Development Bank (the BRICS Bank) at that time, and Greece will seek membership and aid for the restarting of their economy.

> September 4-5: The G20 finance ministers and central bank governors will meet. Given the economic turmoil taking place, they will stress the critical urgency of moving past the US’ obstruction of IMF quota reform as soon as possible. Later actions and inactions by the Federal Reserve and Congress will be seen as cementing the G20’s arguments.

Austrian economics is a system of thought widely associated with economist Ludwig von Mises, and its development was funded by the Rockefellers. Any talk you’ve heard of the NWO being a police state-like monolithic global government with a socialist/communist economic system was propaganda meant to scare you. The globalists’ strategy has been to get you scared of a boogeyman NWO so you’ll gladly embrace the real NWO when they present it to you.

The real NWO is a multilateral/multipolar global governance system paired with a “free market” capitalist economic system. And when the real BRICS-fronted NWO is publicly seen to defeat the boogeyman Western-fronted NWO (which has never been anything more than a propaganda construct), it will look like the solution to all the problems they have been deliberately creating for us.

How do you get the traditionally oppressed nations of the world to enter a global government built by their oppressors? You bring them into the planning and construction of it and you hand them a set of keys.

I just came across a Zerohedge article titled “Is Russia Planning A Gold-Based Currency?” To give a simple answer to the question posed by the title, “yes,” both Russia and China (and possibly other BRICS allies) are planning to go to a partial gold backing for their currencies. And once they do, the globalist propaganda organs will laud the move as “the masterstroke that peacefully defeated the Western banksters.”

The (globalist orchestrated) BRICS move towards a partial gold standard goes beyond their own national currencies, though. To “save the international financial system from cataclysm,” they will also offer a portion of their gold reserves to back the IMF’s SDR, and they will receive a large allotment of SDRs in return. This “gold for SDRs” strategy was hinted at in a (UK) Royal Institute of International Affairs paper titled Adding Gold into the Valuation of the SDR…



According to the globalist script, in return for “saving the IMF and the international financial system” with their gold, the BRICS (particularly China) will demand sweeping governance reforms of the IMF and the rest of the UN Complex, as well as a Chinese IMF head. The Chinese would then “own” the New World Order system in the way that George Soros described back in 2009 (if you haven’t read the linked article, please do so; you’ll find it complements this one quite nicely).
