I and my Peer Group are ‘Prosperity Program’ oriented including ‘Freedom’ and Farm Claims. WE have been chasing news for 20 years and writing a update for 10 or more years. For several years, due to our extensive contacts here, in Europe and in China, we were, frankly, light years ahead of others in knowledge and reporting. We have been slip sliding off our imaginary  ‘pedestal’ for some time now as our primary sources have died off and some, such as Ying in China, have turned out to be on the wrong side of the fence. WE have therefore, as you suggested, become more of a Journalistic endeavor than a provider of hard and current news as we were for so many years. We have met face to face with some of the ‘players’ over time, including Ying, and we were very close to ‘Bulldog Lady’ who argued our positions before the World and Supreme Courts and talked regularly to such as the Queen and Merkel. ‘Casper’ is apparently well known in that place we call The Pink House, having been the focus of several verbal barrages by the Pres. We are reliably informed. A review of the Casper updates from two or three years ago (archived at Fourwinds) will provide  much clearer examples of the ‘insider intell’ we were providing before losing so many key sources such as key Domestic Bankers (B.of A.) and access to ‘The Old Man’ and ‘Granny’ in China. WE believe we are one of the reasons for the Extreme Secrecy now prevalent as we were disclosing, as a matter of habit, a wide array of items upsetting to the establishment including the locations of Bank Accounts long before you and yours broached the subject in your reports. As matters stand right now we are not without ongoing contacts here and abroad, including China, and from them we are given to understand that Obama and his allies are still squirting super glue into the ‘transmission’. We know very little about the various Lawsuits you folks write about and do not view them as directly affecting ‘Our Business’.

Who may I ask Tman, are you? Are you a White Hat? A leader of same? Or an observer and reporter of White Hat Activity? Are you a Lawyer? A principal in one or more of the Lawsuits? Are you in the U.S.? Can you assure us you are not affiliated with any Government Office or Agency? Do you have knowledge beyond the lawsuit activity written about in the White Hat Reports? You mention that copies of the ‘letter’ showing potential tax disbursements has been moved around in D.C. and copies of ‘The Documents’ delivered to Geithner as if this is a big deal. Are you unaware that Geithner is up to his eyeballs in everything and most especially the ongoing delays? Are you under the impression that the Congress does not know, without receiving a copy of ‘the letter’, everything that is going on and is fully aware of the escrowed taxes derived from
the Programs and ‘F&P’ Funding? Certain of your comments lead me to guess that you are not well versed in the 20 years of activity preceding Wanta, Bonney, Falcone, etc… Is this correct? We can not say with complete certainty, but as you can observe from our many hundreds of updates we do not expect the ‘Settlements’ and the ‘Program Disbursements’ to occur within the existing Fiat Monetary System resulting in what would surely become a ‘hyperinflationary blow off’.  Do you have a different understanding?

To summarize this brief initial introduction Tman, WE are interested in doing all possible to facilitate the ‘change’ and the ‘distribution’ but we are unclear whether our ‘tracks’ are complimentary or simply parallel. WE look forward to your reply and request that you specifically address your understanding of the Iraqi Dinar R.V. as you appear to confirm that as reality in your reports whereas our contacts believe it to be a  scam designed from inception to recapitalize Bush/Clinton/Obama etc.. For some time now WE have been receiving negative reports about ‘The White Hats’. These reports caused us to ‘investigate’ as best we could and the intel we developed on our own says they are See Eye Aye.

Recently I wrote to Fulford asking for his opinion since he mentioned them in his updates. My letter to Fulford and his response is copied below.

Prior to these recent happenings a mutual contact had suggested casper and T-man should talk. At his request I sent a letter to T-man, also displayed below. The letter was not answered, you may judge for yourself why not after reading it.

I have not listened to T-man’s most recent 4 hour recording because his first recording was enough to convince me that, like ‘Whistle Blower’ before him, he knew very little about “our business”. Since WE have no dog in his various legal fights and do not view Our Business as dependent upon his endeavors I saw no need to listen to his recording or to pursue any further the unanswered letter.

WE know who T-Man is but see no reason to identify him personally.

I am posting these communications for two reasons. First, there appears to be substantial reason for concern regarding the 29 previously posted ‘White Hat Reports’, their validity and their purpose and ‘The Peoples’ belief in them. Second, the Dinar aspect of things. T-Man pushes the validity of the Dinar R.V. which no doubt influences others to buy still more. Fulford says the R.V. is a scam and T-Man works for Bush Senior. OUR POSITION was posted months before the Dinar R.V. ‘went viral’. When we first addressed it we said the bad guys, led by the Bushes, were going to try to use Iraq’s oil in the ground to justify an attempted R.V.. WE said at the time, ‘our sources say it is a scam’. Since then WE have reported many times as a courtesy to Dinar Investors that our sources have never backed off one inch from their original interpretation. WE said, at one point, ‘our intel says the R.V. is happening every day as Bush and the others sell Dinars to the public through brokers worldwide. The R.V. is in fact occurring and ‘they’ are getting rich as it happens’. WE still do not believe the R.V. will come to pass but this is not our business and WE do not follow Dinar News closely for the same reason I have not listened to T-Man’s recent 4 hour update, it’s just not our affair so we pass along our news that might affect others decisions then we get back to our business. inside cabal controlled countries of the G5 and their 30 or so client states. It

is a shell game with them constantly trying to launder their dollars elsewhere. However,

I have directly confirmed cases of some dollars being refused by banks here in Japan

because they had the wrong serial numbers. We have a guy in the BIS who they have

tried to kill twice (once it was a Vincenzo Massaro of the Italian P2 lodge and a

commander of the Teutonic knights was caught near his house with a sophisticated

lock picking device and a gun) who says they will shut down all the trading platforms

in November to try to purge the bad guys from the system once and for all.

We all want to get these scum out of the financial system ASAP.

Who is T-Man from the World Global Settlements & White Hat Reports?

Tman was a former intel guy who used to work for the Illuminati (dark hats). He switched sides and is now part of the white hats and working against the dark hats to get the world global settlements (WGS) released. He knows how the dark hats operate and many of their secrets, but I believe Tman has been compartmentalized for many years and his primary job now is gathering the evidence against the dark hats and getting the WGS released. He seems to be ignorant of many other things like regime change, new caretaker government, a return to the Republic, NESARA, St Germain Trust, White Dragon society, ETs, etc. and any other area outside of his expertise. For this reason, I feel Tman is unaware of all other dominoes that will fall after he and his team complete their task. He did admit that the release of WGS is the first domino that falls, even before any arrest of any high profile people.

Summary: Tman lumps the PP and farm claims into the total package of WGS, but said farm claims were outside the 12 tiers. His number for the number people in the PP seems to be way too low compared to what other messengers say. He does not believe NESARA, if it exists, has any relation at all with the WGS. Tman says the WGS will get done. It may get done in 24 hours or take two or three more weeks. He expects it to be completed in a couple of days if there is no more interference. He says it depends on what Obama, Geithner, Bush and Clinton do. He says things could have been completed 18 to 20 months ago, but all the delays have been caused by Obama and former presidents wanting their NWO. Tman does believe we are moving to a gold backed currency and says this falls under the Basel accords and leaves it that. Tman says if you take a look at Obama’s financial statement it shows he has taken profits from transactions that he should not be taking profits from that now total $11 billion. He said this money is coming out of your pocket and the rest of the world. According to Tman, WGS must happen before IQD can RV because the U.S. is sponsoring the RV but is bankrupt and needs the funds of WGS to do the RV. Obama, Biden and others have been going all over the world recently to find money to prop up the U.S. govt. Obama is looking for 4T to put into a trade. So far, every nation has said no. Tman says most of the world does not recognize Obama as the president of the U.S. because of his fraudulent background. Tman believes the current Obama administration is completely incompetent when it comes to economics. He mentioned that Geithner stole a massive amount of money when he worked for the FRB of New York under the Bush administration. Tman said the U.S. main stream media is directly involved in the conspiracy. In other words, they are aligned with the NWO guys. According to Tman, Mass arrests of the high profile people (Bush, Clinton, etc.) will not take place until after the WGS are completed and released. We read in Sheldan Nidle’s last update that the authority has been given to make these arrests. I believe due to time constraints, it is possible that arrests of these high profile people could go forward if necessary but probably won’t if WGS are as close to being released as he says. Tman says there are 12 tiers to be paid out and it should happen in the span of about one week. I believe the most important part of the interview is the first 45 minutes. After that, the conference call is opened up for callers to ask questions. At the 2:28:00 & 2:56:00 mark Tman has some interesting things to say about the Obama job bill. One caller asked if Obama blocks things, how will you get around his blocks. Tman said they already have gotten around his blocks and that is why WGS will be going out shortly. Tman says nothing that Fulford talks about has any relation to what he and his team are doing with WGS. Again, Tman’s knowledge seems to be very narrow and focused on what he and his team are doing. Tman says the U.S. government under Obama is turning down 100T dollars that the WGS would provide, as well as help put the rest of world back together again, now why is that? This is still valuable Intel as this is the person to listen too as he is at the top of the World Global Settlement pyramid structure.  He may be at the top of this pyramid but most of you probably realize that there are many other pyramids that reach way higher up the "food chain".  That of which is Galactic and Spiritual in nature.  

I must also inform that there are other major funds that will be distributed that contain much more money than what the World Global Settlements are worth.  You may want to research a trust called the Saint Germain World Trust. I may do a blog article that will discuss this trust fund when I have some time and provide you with information to help you understand the staggering amount of money this trust account has accumulated for hundreds of years.  The GFL talks about this fund often and is one of the main triggers for the new prosperity and new asset backed financial system of this world.
