Selamat Balik! We come today with some very interesting news! The dark continues in tunnel-vision mode to try desperately to come up with some way to delay what they know is inevitable. Heaven is waiting for the last celestial sign to appear, and once this phenomenon has occurred, we will be expected to act swiftly and sweep the dark's minions into a place where they can do no more harm. This leaves us with a narrow timeframe before this happens, and so we are double-checking with our diverse allies to make sure that what is shortly to occur is all ready to go as quickly as possible. Our liaison personnel are carrying out a very short checklist and are confirming that all groups are fully prepared. In fact, most of them wish that this date were to arrive sooner than later, but despite this frustration the various groups within your major governments are showing great patience with what to them has been a very lengthy wait. Our ships are daily picking up on the dark's increasingly desperate global mischief making, and so we are busy doing remedial work to counter the damage that these misdeeds are designed to effect.

   Meanwhile, our Agarthan family is also busy with the daily adjustments needed to update your numerous Light chambers. They herald the great change that is preparing to manifest. Humanity is awakening from its long slumber and is no longer inclined to allow its earthly masters to dictate which path to follow. Humanity is now actively advocating that true democracy be established on your world, and the old guard who led the former global kleptocracy is no longer able to force you to blindly obey their commands. Summer stalemate continues but lots going on under the surface in preparation for autumn regime changes

War and rumors of war continue to be promoted by terrorist states like the US, Israel and their secret ally Iran as the desperate criminal cabal that seized power in the West continues to hope they can trigger World War 3 and thus avoid bankruptcy. There are also continuing rumors of horrific new terrorist attacks by the cabal and their “Al CIAda” subsidiary (a nuclear attack on London being one possibility) in a desperate attempt to implement their plan for a fascist New World Order world government.

Their desperation and cynicism has reached the point that corporate propaganda media outlets do not even seem to notice as they report their governments are fighting “Al Qaeda” in Afghanistan even as they finance it in Syria and Libya.

The 150 nations BRICS alliance, for its part, continues to refuse to support terrorist financing groups like the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve Board and is instead promoting the universal human goals of peaceful, environmentally friendly development.

Under the surface, meanwhile, power struggles continue in preparation for regime changes in China, the US and the EU this fall.

The cabal controlled Western governments are beating the war drums in part as a negotiating strategy first to get them past the September 31 fiscal half-year financial deadline and second to strengthen their hand in ongoing negotiations about the new financial system.

What is essential is that our Earth allies complete these tasks and obtain the final legal judgments as this is what is temporarily slowing down the recent thrust toward the changes that we all long for. The dark cabal has been using our legal schedules to convoke a number of 'conferences' to once more examine your many global crises for ways to perpetrate more of their skullduggery. Our defense forces have been put on alert and are monitoring your global flash points to ensure that nothing serious erupts. On another front, we have been busy with last-minute discussions between the personnel of your new governments and our liaison teams. It is vital that a good rapport be maintained between us as the first announcements will be accompanied by a flurry of vital activity which must proceed rapidly and with no unforeseen hitches. When changes of such magnitude and significance as are starting to occur all across the world become known and are made public, it is to be expected that a certain amount of confusion and anxiety will arise.  Do not be concerned, but continue to hold your Light on high as you offer solace and compassion to those who are anxious or unnerved by what they see happening.  Help them to understand the significance of what is occurring, and explain that clarity of purpose and intent in all relationships (personal, governmental, international), as well as peace, harmony, and abundance are to replace dishonesty, conflict, and scarcity that have plagued you for so long.

As honesty and integrity, with concern and general thoughtfulness for others, continue to sweep through humanity, much will be brought to light that has been hidden from you by those in positions of power and authority as they followed self-serving agendas to protect and enrich themselves and their cronies.  There will be widespread amazement and shock as information disclosing the many “irregularities” perpetrated in the name of “public security” and the “wars” on terrorism, drugs, crime, cancer, poverty, and many others is made public.

Those responsible will no longer be allowed to hold office, and they will be replaced by people of incontrovertible integrity so that the whole corrupt system that causes so much suffering for so many can be replaced by a totally new system that is simple, honest, and transparent.  As all the information that has been withheld from you is brought out into the open via the media – initially the alternate media – there will undoubtedly be a public outcry against those responsible for bringing about this unconscionable state of affairs.

In Asia, conferences have recently been held to determine the prerequisites for the new reality that is shortly to spring into being around you. At these meetings it was agreed that a number of prosperity funds would be used to create permanent wealth for Asia. Similar conferences were held in Europe and in the Americas. The vast amount of wealth accumulated by the Ascended Masters will be spread around your world to end poverty and to promote health and well being for all. Funds will also be given to preselected individuals in order to create another avenue for disseminating these spectacular amounts of money. These resources are to be used to introduce the new technologies that will be made available to your world in the areas of health, agriculture, and transportation. Together, you will form partnerships with each other that permit a great deal of long-suppressed information to be made public. This new information and new technology will be the basis for shifting your present societies to the Light.

    The new governance and the new financial system will be greatly facilitated by this new global abundance. Heaven has been using her infinite powers to ensure the acceleration of this immense shift in consciousness. We are just one part of this complex operation to shift your world to the Light. Another point to be made here is that the demise of the Anchara Alliance abruptly halted the support that the dark cabal had previously relied on. This week’s newsletter was delayed for a day because of sensitive ongoing negotiations involving the Japanese, Chinese, Russian and US governments among others. The negotiations are still going on as of this writing and there is much we still cannot report. However, we can confirm that the Japanese government has agreed in principle to set up a 1000 trillion yen (12 trillion dollar) fund to be used to end poverty, stop environmental destruction and roll out previously forbidden technology in a responsible manner. The problem now is how to sort out the massive geopolitical repercussions this fund will create.

In what may be a related development, there appears to have been a regime change in China because Xi Xinping, the man widely assumed to be the next president of China has not appeared on the official Chinese Xinhua news site since March 31st, while his erstwhile rival, Li Keqiang, is being given massive coverage. This is only one of many signs of massive changes in planetary governance.

In the US, the Pentagon has begun asking citizens to stock up with 72 hours’ worth of food because of possible disruptions associated with the imminent replacement of the US dollar with a new Treasury dollar, according to CIA sources in California. This move is also expected to be accompanied by a massive clean up operation aimed at draining the corruption out of Wall Street and Washington D.C. in order to restore the US to its former moral and economic greatness.

Any new treasury dollar will initially have much lower international purchasing power than the US dollar now being used. This will make Americans buy made in USA products and will make US exports competitive again. It might be a good time now to go out and buy Chinese stuff at Wal-Mart before it suddenly becomes more expensive. Also, do take the Pentagon’s advice and stock up on food to tide you over the transition.

Another sign that something big is about to happen is that a European CIA source asked the White Dragon Society for the names and addresses of members of the following organizations: the committee of 300, the Bilderberg group, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Club of Rome, the Trilateral Commission and the European Commission. In any case, the most concrete and detailed intelligence available to this writer comes from Japan where government officials say that for technical administrative reasons, it will take a couple of weeks to set up the 1000 trillion yen fund. These reasons include maintaining payrolls, pensions, tax revenues and other administrative nitty gritty. However, there are no goons available now the Kissinger, Nakasone, Bush, Rockefeller, Rothschild, Koizumi old world order people so their removal from power in Japan is a given.

The big question to be solved now is how to set up mechanisms to handle the disbursement of the 1000 trillion yen to the countries of the world. The only thing decided for sure on this issue is that it must no longer be a secret, centralized system held in private hands. There is also an agreement in principle that the Japanese government will administer 500 trillion yen while the new international economic planning agency will get the other 500 trillion.

This agency, tentatively named LIFE (Long Term Investments for Everyone) will finance European and US economic restructuring as well as promote massive development projects in the rest of the world. However, before it can be started, a small planning staff will begin the process of selecting international talent to run the agency. Exactly when this will happen is subject to ongoing negotiations but hopefully the first usable cash will be delivered as early as the middle of this month.

The BRICs nations will, for their part, set up their own, independent fund as announced at the BRICs summit last week. This fund will be run by China, Russia, India, Brazil and South Africa and will presumably use a basket of currencies dominated by the Renminbi and the Ruble. This group will work in close tandem with the G20 nations, according to their declaration:

at the Boao forum reveal him to be a moderate centrist and thus likely a compromise candidate between powerful behind the scenes factions. We also know from various sources that the Chongqing party boss Bo Xilai was backed by Henry Kissinger and the old world order cabal he represents. No doubt he was promised the job of dictator of China and the world in exchange for his cooperation. Memo to Kissinger and the committee of 300: the world does not want a dictator.

When the dust settles, the world will have harmonious collective leadership.

Is this the real Emperor of Japan?

 Naoshi Onodera holding what he claims is an 8000 year old Sumerian object, the Japanese imperial “Jewel.”

 

 Naoshi Onodera claims he is the legal and rightful emperor of Japan and that Emperor Akihito is descended from a group of illegitimate pretenders who were put up as puppet rulers by foreign cabalists who use the Satanic star as their symbol. He says the sitting emperor is using fake replicas of the three ancient imperial treasures used to justify his position on the throne. These items are known as the jewel, the sword and the mirror and are said to be the oldest inherited items on earth. The real ones are in his possession and he is willing to have scholars and legal experts verify this and other evidence, Onodera says. This is an extremely important claim because it is intimately connected to the start-up of the new financial system and the possibility of fundamental regime change in Japan.

 

In recent years Japan has been controlled by a small clique centered around Hiroaki Fushimi, a distant imperial relative who has been trying to seize the throne and thus take control of the Japanese financial system. As a part of this plot, Fushimi arranged the murder of Princess Masako’s fiancée Katsuhiko Oku in order to force her to marry the crown prince so that he could substitute one of his own children as Masako’s child and heir to the throne, according to several imperial family members. Oku, who worked for the North America Number 2 Division at the Japanese foreign ministry was sent to Iraq where he was murdered, they claim. Fushimi has been an agent for George Bush Senior and has provided the Bushes with fraudulent financial documents, they say. Emperor Akihito has been a powerless puppet manipulated by this clique which includes the Prince Hitachi, the imperial family sources say. Fushimi refused to confirm or deny these claims when reached through his secretary. 

This clique is now isolated and hiding in the Imperial Palace behind 6,000 uniformed guards. However, since White Dragon Society members are part of the inner staff of the Imperial palace, they must surrender and allow Eijiro Katsu, the senior Ministry of Finance Bureaucrat and Bank of Japan Governor Masaaki Shirakawa to open up the BOJ Black Screens and release the funding for the new financial system. Japan’s Ministry of Finance will then receive an initial payment of $10 trillion to be used fort post-earthquake rebuilding and to set up a new International Economic Planning Agency.

The issue of who has the ultimate legal claim to ownership of the vast hoards of Japanese Imperial Treasure that helps back up the new financial system will have to be decided by scholars and jurists at a later date because the new financial system needs to be started up ASAP. The man on the spot with the actual legal signing rights is Eijiro Katsu so for now the sword of global destiny is hanging over his head.

In any case, Onodera is undeniably in possession of some extremely unique and historically valuable artifacts. The “Jewel” he holds above has an eight petalled flower carved on it. Onodera says this object has been in his family for 8,000 years and has its origins in ancient Sumer. The flower is the oldest known example of the eight pointed star or the seal of the prophets, he says.

The other object he showed was the “sword.” The sword has an inscription on it saying it belongs to a king.

Onodera says it dates back to his Zhou dynasty royal ancestor from 1000 BCE. The sword is the oldest known Chinese sword, he says, and it is badly eroded.

The third treasure, the “mirror,” dates back 2100 years and is originally from Korea, he says.

Apart from holding what he claims are three treasures of the Japanese Imperial throne, Onodera had many other interesting items such as this item:

Tibetan Kings used this to sacrifice virgins until Tibet was conquered by China a thousand years ago and the Chinese emperors put an end to the practice, he says.

The other point to be made about Onodera’s claims is that many of Japan’s Yakuza gangs and right wing organizations support him. Onodera has been under the protection of the Nichiren Buddhist sect and has kept his identity, and claims, secret until now.

According to Onodera, when foreign armies invaded Japan in the 1850’s and 1860’s, they found the Japanese government owned 3/4ths of the world’s known supply of silver. In order to get their hands on it, they supplied an impoverished Northern lineage with rifles that could shoot 400 meters while they sold the richer Southern “legitimate” lineage rifles that could only shoot 100 meters. The symbol of the Northern Army’s flag was a 5-pointed star, the symbol of Lucifer, also known as Satan. The Southerners were massacred and foreign banking families got their hands on some of the treasure. Ever since then, he claims, Japan has been run by these puppets of foreign financiers.

 Onodera also makes a more startling claim. He says his family is directly descended from the biblical Abraham. His claims are backed up by the fact that the family tree of Abraham corresponds exactly with the family tree in the Japanese foundation myths. To confirm this Onodera produced what he claims is the original stone tablet of the 10 commandments. He says it was given to his ancestor by “celestial beings.”

 Onodera says all of the items in his possession are available for expert scrutiny so long as he and his staff are able to monitor the objects at all times.

Needless to say, Onodera also has complex genealogical tables, documents and other evidence to back his claim to being the heir of the oldest known, still extant, royal lineage on earth.

Dratzo! We return! The time is near for the distribution of your prosperity funds. The Ascended Masters have promised that the fund transfers from their secret world trust are ready to begin. These transfers were to begin only when the necessary security was in place. The dark cabals have had stop orders in effect on these transfers for the past two decades. Originally, the cabalists intended to usurp the funds once their New World Order governments and accompanying martial law edicts were fully in place. As you can see, this has not taken place. Nevertheless, the Ascended Masters wanted to make sure that friendlier governments were either in power or else ready to be put into power before the actual releasing of the funds began. This requisite is now happening, and so the transfers of this money are about to happen. The movement of this money is a signal to the various secret sacred societies that the moment has arrived to begin the removal of several dark-oriented regimes. This will begin with extensive arrests of top government officials within these regimes.

    The first item on the agenda for these new governments is the confirmation of the full legitimacy of the many international court orders and arrest warrants against the former leaders of so many major governments across the planet. What is taking place is the breaking-up of the false legitimacy of Lex Romana. The Church used this batch of documents after the fall of Rome in the 5th Century AD to legitimize its power in the largely lawless world that was Western Europe. This legal tradition continued into modern times and remains the basis for establishing the legitimacy of the modern nation state. This tradition was embraced by the dark and used to validate its actions since the earliest days of the Holy Roman Empire. This power will be rendered null and void by the institution of your new caretaker governments and a new era in governance will then be in effect. This new governance signals the start of the last phase of your journey back to full consciousness and your reunion with your spiritual and space families.

    Our task is to monitor your world and support the various activities leading to your new reality.
