DARPA Commits $65M to Brain Implant Program for Super Soldier Project

The U.S. military is disclosing a super soldier project, revealing to have allocated funding of $65 million dollars for a program to develop a ‘Brain-Computer Interface’ that would allow participants to plug into a computer like the movie The Matrix. No this isn’t science fiction Neo, this is the future that the MIC wants for its soldiers.

Earlier last year in January, DARPA launched Neural Engineering System Design to research technology that could turn soldiers into cyborgs.

The military wants to use these programs to “give soldiers supersenses and boost brainpower.” Four teams will be responsible for increasing vision and two on hearing and speech. The military adds that this will help develop “new treatments for patients with sensory disorders.”

The program is being backed by Brown University, Columbia University, The Seeing and Hearing Foundation, the John B. Pierce Laboratory, Paradromics Inc and the University of California.

These organizations have formed teams to develop the fundamental research and component technologies required to pursue the NESD vision of a high-resolution neural interface and integrate them to create and demonstrate working systems able to support potential future therapies for sensory restoration,’ official said.

The goal of the project is ‘developing an implantable system able to provide precision communication between the brain and the digital world,’ DARPA officials said.

Recent geomagnetic shifts have resulted in alterations and failures in the way microwave technology, harvested and produced by alien black hole technology, primarily black subtle forces, circulate in the earth and humanity. Black Subtle Forces are contained in dark matter, gravitational waves and are generated by the artificial magnetism in lunar transmissions. The manipulation of the earth’s magnetic field and gravitational forces are designed to manipulate DNA, control the carbon based matter on the earth body, as well as simulate these substances in labs, for use as nanotechnology weapons.

Essentially the alien’s technological manipulation of the black subtle forces and dark matter have been used to manipulate and suppress the molecular structure in matter, producing artificial magnetic effects in order to compact and compress the molecular structure of the earth body and the human body.

Molecular compression is similarly to the piezo-electric effect, as matter is being squeezed it gives off biological light emissions. In order to comprehend the nature of primal subtle forces, and the reasons behind the NAA proliferating more and more of the black subtle forces in the earth, we will discuss these primal forces more deeply.

At the base level, there are black forces that exist in the Negative Polarity that especially connect to the material earth elements and the force of Gravity. It is the principle of unconsciousness or falling asleep in the material world, and its weight is very dense and heavy. As a result it tends to produce inactivity, darkness, dullness, and an absence of light, while it obstructs the person’s action potential or movement forward.

When a person holds too much negative polarity of this black colored subtle force in their energy body, they will show effects of ignorance, delusion, insensitivity, unconsciousness and a lack of sensory feelings with little to no Empathy. This type of person is very high risk for running AI signals in their body, brain and nervous sysytem. The profile of this type of person will also have deeply buried psychological or emotional blockages, with the tendency to be stagnant, repressed, depressed or internally chaotic, making them distracted and unaware of what their problems really are.

They allow negative forces, dark forces and other people to completely control them, usually in the victim role, refusing to take responsibility for their lives. By refusing to take responsibility or make productive actions, this only allows their problems to escalate along with the amount of black substance they generate as blockages in their body. Without balancing the black substance and transmuting it from their consciousness, they will digress into a state of internal chaos or apathy, with sensations of great physical, mental and emotional pain, or numbness, leading to states of disease. This is truly the state of hell, of the lost soul.

Elon Musk launches Neuralink, a venture to merge the human brain with AI

SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk is backing a brain-computer interface venture called Neuralink, according to The Wall Street Journal. The company, which is still in the earliest stages of existence and has no public presence whatsoever, is centered on creating devices that can be implanted in the human brain, with the eventual purpose of helping human beings merge with software and keep pace with advancements in artificial intelligence. These enhancements could improve memory or allow for more direct interfacing with computing devices.

Musk has hinted at the existence of Neuralink a few times over the last six months or so. More recently, Musk told a crowd in Dubai, “Over time I think we will probably see a closer merger of biological intelligence and digital intelligence.” He added that “it’s mostly about the bandwidth, the speed of the connection between your brain and the digital version of yourself, particularly output.” On Twitter, Musk has responded to inquiring fans about his progress on a so-called “neural lace,” which is sci-fi shorthand for a brain-computer interface humans could use to improve themselves.

The Economist magazine once again has released another cryptic message on its cover using classic occult symbology by means of a tarot card deck. Tarot cards are used as a divination tool and are used gain insight into the past, present, and future.  There are many types of tarot decks but common occult tarot decks consist of 78 cards divided into two parts, with 22 cards associated with the Major Arcana and remaining 56 cards relates to the Minor Arcana part of the deck.  The Economist uses their own artistic interpretation of the Major Arcana cards.  Looking at the front cover of 'THE WORLD IN 2017', you will notice that they have selected 8 cards from the Major Arcana tarot deck and laid them out on top of an image depicting the cosmic space of the Universe.  Many say that Space exploration is the "Final Frontier" for human kind, but I suggest that the "Final Frontier" is actually understanding and knowing who you truly are. Knowing YOURSELF is the final frontier, but I digress.

I am not a Tarot card expert in any sense and do not know if the position of the cards play a role in the interpretation and meanings of the cards.  With that said they are positioned starting with THE TOWER card, JUDGEMENT card is next, followed by THE WORLD, THE HERMIT, DEATH, THE MAGICIAN, WHEEL OF FORTUNE, THE STAR.  I have taken screen shots of each card from The Economist tarot deck and included interpretations from multiple sources including Benjamin Fulford, David Wilcock, Tarot expert James Rioux, and a website called BiddyTarot.com.  I have also included a few personal observation notes for your consideration.

AscensionWithEarth:   The first card placed on this magazine cover should send the most vivid and powerful message.  Seeing imagery of the Vatican Church crumbling to the ground does bring into question as to what is about to be disclosed to the public.  One would think that the global Satanic Pedophilia network linked to the Vatican church is about to be come to an end.  Remember back in 2014 when the Pope delivered a shocking message to the world stating that 2% of Catholic Priests are pedophiles?   I'm am sure that number is much higher than claimed but at least that was a significant acknowledgement to the satanic powers that permeate throughout the Vatican network.

Henry is known for his work in deciphering iconic art from antiquity as well as researching the hidden techniques of ascension or the Rainbow Body as described by eastern philosophies. 

I have yet to read Henry's book but one might assume that the lines between ascension and transhumanism are being blurred. However, I think the idea of merging with machines to gain super-human abilities is the Cabal's way of trying to appeal to the primal urge to evolve and grow within each of us. 

Transhumanism in this sense, is a kind of lame version of ascension, also known as enlightenment, spiritual awakening, self mastery, transfiguration, to name a few 

In case one concludes transhumanism is beneficial, I offer the following.

The idea of upgrading biology and consciousness via merging with machines is similar to ascension. But the major difference is how one achieves transcendence. If it requires dependence on technology, it's probably not desirable in the long term.

The synthetic agenda

is the over-arching agenda of the New World Order worldwide conspiracy. Think about it – so many aspects of the conspiracy are about supplanting the real with the fake, the organic with the inorganic, the carbon with the silicon and the biological with the artificial. In the synthetic agenda, everything in our world is being threatened with replacement by an inferior version or fake replica of itself – which sells itself as superior so as to increase the acceptance and assimilation of it. As I covered in the series Everything is Fake: Top 40 Pieces of Fakery in Our World (part 1, part 2, part 3 and part 4), almost everything around us is a facade, fake or fraudulent. For instance, we have vaccines, petrochemical drugs and radiation masquerading as “medicine”, foreign corporations masquerading as “government”, mainstream science masquerading as “knowledge”, GMOs masquerading as “food” and fiat paper masquerading as “money”. However, as David Icke in Phantom Self has been saying, the deeper reason is that all these fake things are being created from some sort of virus or distorted force that has hacked the source and digital-genetic code of life itself – and is madly spewing out an inferior version of everything in the only way it knows how. Ultimately, this force is using the synthetic agenda to entrain us onto its frequency, and transform us into a hybrid species that will no longer be able to be called human.

This is the infamous letter from one of the heads of the Illuminati family named "Cassandra".  Cassandra is known as one of the "The Parents" that is of an age over 7,000 earth years according to Shane of the former "Ruiner Blog".  Shane had a close relationship with Cassandra when he was as young as 15 years old.  Cassandra is said to be linked with the Annunaki bloodlines.




In related info, David Wilcock released some information at the Consciousness Life Expo from February this year 2015 (40 minute & 20 second mark) , about these types of beings who were given life extension technologies and super healing powers.  Apparently this technology works by becoming a vampire and sucking the life force of another human being during some sort of satanic ritual.  David says that the victim has to consent before the ritual takes place.  In order to kill one of these Illuminati "Parents" one needs to cut off their heads.
