The latest ‘fad’ to being going around is what is called the Treasury Direct Account technology.  It is gaining momentum at a rapid rate, but my observation on this is a bit different, perhaps, than many other people.

The concept of ‘treasury direct’ is well known, and stems from the system of global finance established long ago and is the basis for our ‘commercial redemption’ concepts. It has to do with the Global Debt Facility and the Collateral Accounts under the control of Dr. Ray C. Dam of the Office of International Treasury Control. The gold of the Collateral Accounts under write, or at least that was the way it was designed, the world’s currencies. But there have been some shifts in that concept over the years, until at the present moment; it would seem that it is not even considered.  An attempt to assassinate Dr. Dam occurred in 2010, and he went into recluse.

In essence, the Collateral Accounts are the surety to guarantee the use of the world’s currencies all of which are debt currencies with the exception perhaps of the Postal Currency known as Postal Money Orders.

A common definition of the word “surety” is that one entity guarantees the debt of another entity so that in the event of a failure or default on a debt, the surety would step in as the insurance policy to deal with that debt. When the surety intercedes in such a situation, then the surety has rights in regards to the defaulting party.

I apologize for not responding sooner, but I had much more important matters to attend to, and I truly spent much too much time on this internet nonsense already. You have made many statements and assumptions I am again obliged to address in a public venue. Having read your article I conclude that you really have absorbed what I stated some years ago, and you are wisely blunt, without being arrogant, in the way you have structured your article which I admire.

You are of course totally correct in what you have stated.

The Prosperity Programs are a scam and were based upon the illegal use of Collateral Account Assets. These Programs were blocked and the Collateral Account Assets seized and returned to the Collateral Accounts along with any generated profits from Trading activities. 

Having said that, people still believe that these Prosperity Programs will pay out at some time in the future, and no matter what is stated to the contrary, the people involved in same still live in false hope. 

One really has to feel dreadfully sorry for such people because they must be living their lives in complete desperation, not knowing which way to turn and having to believe in some benevolent system somewhere that will get them out of trouble, irrespective of whether such a system is legal or illegal.

On the RV and GCR. Again these are dreams turning to nightmares for people who bought Iraqi Dinar from Scam Artists, or waiting for the Global Currency Reset.

1. Let me begin by apologizing for an unfortunate choice of language in our last exchange. I admit that I acted emotionally and in haste, and genuinely regret a lapse so out of character. Particularly so, as a business as serious as the Global Debt Facility is deserving of sound, well balanced dialogue.

Your apologies are accepted, so please let’s all try to be civil on these matters because the subject matter is of immense importance to the whole world and the people of the world.

2. My grievance in dialogue with you to date has two aspects :-
You lay claim that Office of the International Treasury Controller has control and oversight of the Global Debt facility, yet offer no substance to support that claim, other than reference to claimed Treaty documents all housed within extensive Secrecy Agreements. In order to wholesomely accept that claim, I, - and I am sure others - need to observe a certain substance, which is not forthcoming.

If I may quote your own words to answer, in part, your points here. You once stated to Ms Hudes that the subject of the Global Debt Facility was “Cloaked in Secrecy”, which is totally correct. For that reason I, in any article posted, have only issued information that can be publicly revealed until such time as the International Treasury Controller establishes a way to de-classify specific documents. This is not so easy as it sounds.

        We received, by Registered Post, originating from America, a copy of the Certificate being displayed by this so-called and self-claimed M1, King of Kings, Mr Seno, from Indonesia.

        The first thing we did was to check the return address which doesn’t exist, so we can assume that this was sent to us anonymously and deliberately.

        Surprise, surprise, The Certificate is one that has been quite recently issued against assets of the Collateral Accounts, which is total Fraud as the only entity authorised to issue Certificates, Bonds, Notes against the assets of the Collateral Accounts is the Central Bank of the International Treasury (A legally registered company and legally operational inside the ITC’s operations).

        The issuers appear to be the World Bank and the Committee of 300 with UBS involvement as it appears to have been issued against assets held under Custodianship by UBS, Switzerland.

        The signatures, all of them, on this Certificate have absolutely nothing to do with the Collateral Accounts, for which none of whom have any authority or power to handle anything connected, related, or relative to the Collateral Accounts.

        This whole thing with Mr Seno and this Certificate is total Fraud and a very elaborate scam by some of the highest authorities in the world. For what reason is unknown at this juncture but we can be sure that it is not for legitimate reasons or for assisting the World and its people.

Mr Dan Lutz is definitely referring to the so-called Mr Sino (Usually spelt Seno in Indonesia) who is definitely NOT M1, nor is he KING OF KINGS.

There is no such humanistic title as KING OF KINGS in respect of the Collateral Accounts. Mr Seno appears to have a very big ego and is, for whatever reason, clearly over glorifying himself without any basis whatsoever. Such JOKERS always enter the stage in a dramatic manner and then start to postulate in such a way that makes the JOKER appear to be the SAVIOUR and a person of great importance. Of course some people will believe him because their lives are in such a mess that money is their GOD and they cannot face the reality of life.

What a JOKE. In my books Mr Seno, and those around him, are nothing more than a Frauds, an insane fools and a conmen, all joining the ranks of many others who know very little about the Collateral Accounts, how it is all set up and how it works.

This is not the first KING OF KINGS we have come across, there is also one person in the Philippines who claims the same position, is as arrogant as anyone can possibly be, and nothing or no one else is right or true, only what he believes is the truth. They all have an excellent and vivid imagination and they would do well writing “Fairy Tale Books” for children.

As for Mr Dan Lutz meeting 4 times with M1, this guy must be on a high of some description, entirely mesmerized, or plainly lacking in common sense or knowledge of the Collateral Accounts. Being a Caucasian with a German / Austrian Family name (But he could be American), I can only say that his relationship with Mr Seno may have a lot more beneath the scenes than what the public can see, are allowed to see, or are ever informed about.

As many readers will remember I stated some months ago that by October / November this year we would be able to inform the readers of some highly positive information, subject to any interference that we may incur along the way.

I have to state that we are a few weeks behind schedule because of the enormous amount of interference we have experienced since I made the initial statement. This interference has been initiated by the Government of America, the CIA, the Federal Reserve, and some Governments Allied to the Americans (Naming Germany, the UK, France, Japan, and others ------ 2 of which, with America, were part of the corrupt and defunct Trilateral Trillenium Tripartite Gold Commission), and although making our lives a little difficult and uncomfortable this has not deterred us. Interference has also been directed against us from the World Bank and the IMF, both of whom have been served with Official Notices to Cease and Desist from unlawful use of the Collateral Accounts and to submit / return the 3,000+ MT of Gold (i.e. 3000+ MT to the World Bank and 3000+ MT to the IMF) belonging to the Collateral Accounts which was granted to them as their Collateral Base to use for the benefit of countries around the world; by America back in 1945 / 46 for which they have grossly abused.

The Federal Reserve, the BIS, and the United Nations have also been issued with Official Orders relative to their unlawful acts against a “Sovereign” and the “Combined International Collateral Accounts”. We expect all the aforementioned Official Orders to be ignored by their recipients.

Having not even deterred us, in fact, it has not even deterred the various countries we are dealing with, quite the opposite in fact whereby some Bankers have already been removed from their positions and others will be relieved of their positions in due course. The Governments involved have confirmed our status via various groups of Elders throughout the world, who in turn have used direct routes to verify us rather than route through the inept and corrupt United Nations. We thank those Elders (who will always remain anonymous to all but about 5 people) for their courage, tenacity, and assistance. They have done the world and its people a great service which is recognised by us but will probably never be recognised by 99.9% of the world’s people because of the lack of knowledge and understanding that surround the Collateral Accounts, and believing in Myths, Supposition, and basically outright lies by persons who in the main are all connected to America; both in the historic nature and the more recent 50 year period.

In a nutshell there is no connection between us and the person or party referring to themselves as Cobra. 

I should also explain that after the Ray Dam demise which was generated by CIA, it is not easy for anyone to get to work with the OITC. All persons now go through an DD undertaken by our intelligence unit. If the initial checks are O.K., then a deeper investigation is undertaken. The few who have got through these checks are those not connected, either in the past or at present to our opposition, any sect, political parties, religious organisations, or similar, and are totally clean. They must also have a degree of spiritualty as we do not want people around us as Ray Dam did, all of whom were working under cover for a particular Intell agency and only considered themselves, were full of egoism, and very rarely told the truth. 

We can not comment of the pronouncements made by Cobra, nor do we desire to make such comments re: any EVENTS or similar he talks about. To us this is all hypothetical because there is no real proof being put forward for anyone to be able to verify same. In other words it is all talk at this stage, whereby talk is easy, real action is a lot harder to achieve and sometimes even impossible. The SDR system is one promoted by the cabal utilising the IMF as its base operator. If people didn’t already know then they should be fully aware that the IMF are part of the cabal. Christine Lagarde paid two visits to the Philippines last year alone with the intention of obtaining more gold (Collateral Account Gold) for the IMF. She was unsuccessful. The IMF already have in excess of 3,000 Mt of Collateral Account Gold (The same applies to the World Bank) which was assigned to the IMF in 1945/6 when it was institutionalised, to form the basis of their capital. This was assigned to them by America as part of the TTTGC, although America did not have the authority to do so, or approval from the then Master Holder and signatory, Ferdinand Marcos. If that is what Cobra is referring to then it is a “White Elephant” as the International Treasury Controller will NOT allow more gold or more power to pass to the IMF especially based upon their ruinous performances of the past.
